    It was a nice Hotel.

    I was surprised when an alarm went off at 6:00 a.m. even though I hadn’t set one. Other than that, everything was good. It seems the large public bath had been out of order until recently, but it’s now available as usual. There was also a morning bath option.

    Perhaps because it was a weekday, it didn’t seem very crowded, which was great. What was disappointing was that the large public bath operated on a rotating schedule, so I couldn’t use it until around 7:00 p.m., and I ended up using the bath in my Room. Since this isn’t an Onsen Ryokan, I suppose it can’t be helped, but I was hoping to enjoy a larger bath than the one in the Room, so it was a bit disappointing.

    Stay strong, Rikuzentakata!

    I stayed here to participate in the "Miracle Pine Marathon" held in Rikuzentakata. The location was very close to the venue, which was excellent. The lounge and bath offered a stunning view of Hirota Bay, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the hospitality of the staff, the cuisine, and everything else. While there is still a long way to go for recovery, I truly hope Rikuzentakata continues to thrive. I also wish for this Hotel to further develop as a landmark of the region.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The Room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable sleep. The freshly prepared breakfast was delicious, featuring local ingredients, chef-made omelets, and rice. The slightly hot public bath was also very relaxing. All the staff had wonderful smiles. Thank you very much!

    The Room was spacious and clean. The service was pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay. Fortunately, I had the chance to listen to a lecture on disaster prevention that day. I am very satisfied.

    Both the front desk and the dining staff

    We received a very warm welcome. The Onsen might be a matter of personal preference, but it was a bit lukewarm, which was disappointing. The meals were a fusion of Japanese and Western kaiseki, centered around seafood. It wasn't the usual Japanese cuisine, and we found it interesting and enjoyable. The samue pajamas with a button at the chest were a thoughtful touch that we appreciated.
