    Excellent service.

    The complimentary soft drinks at the restaurant and access to the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel (with Shuttle Service) were excellent. The Shoho Onsen, in particular, was simply outstanding. The front desk staff promptly approached me and were very helpful with everything. Being close to the station, with a supermarket and souvenir shop next door, was a big help for my solo trip.

    We had a great time.

    Not only was it conveniently located near the station, but there were also many delightful services. First, the welcome drinks available until the hot summer evenings in Matsumoto were very soothing. The complimentary Shuttle Service at Shouhou was much appreciated, and the excellent Onsen washed away my travel fatigue, allowing me to have a wonderful time. The breakfast was also outstanding: it included Shinshu specialties and a wide variety of dishes, making it easy to enjoy many different items in small portions. I almost wished my departure had been later so I could have enjoyed it even more. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Right in front of the station, with a supermarket next door.\nWe bought both dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed them in our Room.\nThere is also an eat-in space in one corner of the supermarket, so we had lunch there too!\n(The lockers were inexpensive and very helpful.)\nThe view from the Room was great as well,\nand it made for a wonderful trip.\nThank you very much.

    Convenient location

    Conveniently located for sightseeing in Matsumoto. The property was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We were happy with the breakfast buffet, which included oyaki and delicious bread. It was wonderful to be able to use the baths at a partnered Onsen Ryokan.

    I used this accommodation for a business trip.

    I stayed here on a business trip. As it used to be Matsumoto Tokyu Inn, the Room is solidly built, so I could sleep without worrying about noise. Although the building has some age, the interior was very clean. I used the self check-in Facility for the first time. The air conditioning can be controlled in each Room, so you can set the temperature to your liking. I also liked the chair in the Room—it felt like it had a memory-foam cushion and was very comfortable to sit on. The bathroom in the Room is a good size and you can soak properly. One small thing I really liked was the length of the bath towel. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans, but this was the longest bath towel I’ve ever had. It made drying off feel great. This time I booked a Plan with free parking, which is great for business travelers and tourists. As for breakfast—which I had researched in advance—it exceeded my expectations. It uses plenty of local ingredients, and I ended up completely full and even skipped lunch. The French toast from a local bakery was moist, soft, and excellent. If there were whipped cream or ice cream as well, it would be unbeatable. (I’ve experienced that at Matsushima Ichinobo.) There were also two kinds of curry, handmade tofu, soba (surprisingly generous portions), oyaki dumplings, and sanzoku-yaki chicken—at 1,900 yen this is great value. I didn’t use it this time, but I was also interested in what looked like an izakaya-style restaurant on the first floor where you can enjoy gourmet dishes from The whole country.

    Partner Onsen Open-Air Bath

    The complimentary service allowing group use of the Onsen exceeded our expectations. It takes about 15 minutes by Shuttle Service bus, but the great location—right in front of the station and next to the bus terminal—plus an open-air Onsen bath made it even better. When we visit Matsumoto again, we would love to stay here and enjoy the Onsen as well.

    My stay was arranged at short notice. Despite the snow, my large luggage, and the late hour, the Yamato service and the check-in were handled smoothly. The female staff member assisted me with a warm smile and great care, providing thoughtful and welcoming service. I had to leave early in the morning, but if I have another chance to visit Matsumoto, I would choose an Alpico Group Hotel again. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located near Matsumoto Station and next to the bus terminal. The front desk staff are always kind and pleasant. Amenities can be picked up near the front desk, and slippers are disposable. Soft drinks are available at the first-floor restaurant from 3 PM. Would love to stay here again!

    Please renovate.

    I have used this place several times. The soundproofing is excellent, but I hope the Room will be renovated soon. It feels outdated for the price, and the toilet seat is cold.

    A good Hotel just for staying.

    I stayed here during my trip. The day before, I stayed at an Onsen Ryokan, so when I entered the Hotel room, I was surprised by its small size and lack of services. However, since it was just for sleeping, I was fairly satisfied.

    Access is very convenient!

    The access from Matsumoto Station was convenient. The Room was overall old and smelled of tobacco, which unfortunately caused the smell to transfer to my clothes and belongings overnight.

    Please increase the number of Free Parking Plans!

    I visit Matsumoto every month for personal reasons, and Alpico Plaza has become my regular accommodation before I knew it. The convenience of its location near the station is a plus, but the biggest reason is the sense of security knowing I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Since I always travel by car, the free parking plan offers great value. I hope such services will increase in the future.

    Conveniently Located Hotel

    Conveniently located for both JR and highway bus users. My son arrived on the last Azusa train after work, which was delayed and arrived past midnight. Despite this, we were accommodated, even with an early morning departure. I used the shuttle service to Shōhō alone and enjoyed a very relaxing Onsen experience. The staff were all very pleasant, and I would love to stay again.

    This was my second stay following March. Last time, I believe there were tissues in the Room, but this time they were not provided. Also, the double-sided mirror with a magnifying side that was available last time was missing this time as well... It was a bit disappointing, but we used the large bath at an affiliated Hotel this time and all three of us were very satisfied. The Room cleaning and bed-making were thorough, making our stay very pleasant. I think I will use your services again when visiting Matsumoto next time. Thank you in advance!

    It was supposed to be a non-smoking room...

    I requested a non-smoking Room, but as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell like tobacco! The door did have a non-smoking sign, but the odor was quite intense. It's unfortunate because the Room itself and the service were otherwise excellent.

    Very satisfied with the Shuttle Service to our chain Resort Hotels!

    A Business Hotel was built across the street, slightly obstructing the view of the Northern Alps, which is a bit disappointing! I have also stayed at Alpico Plaza, Shouhou, and Buena Vista before. The staff's hospitality is excellent, so I bought some shares with high expectations when the Alpico Group went public!

    I couldn't use it due to lack of time, but there is a bus service for day-use hot springs that I would have liked to try. The location near the station was very convenient.

    I made a reservation for one night starting March 5. Hearing that the Azusa train would be suspended from the 4th due to snow, I hurriedly requested a reservation for one day earlier. The staff's response over the phone at that time was excellent, and with its convenient location next to the bus terminal, as well as the clean room, I would like to use this place again when staying in Matsumoto next time.     Used as a pre-stay for Kamikochi Even if you arrive late at night, it's right in front of Matsumoto Station, and the next morning, Matsumoto Bus Terminal is also right in front, so there's no worry about getting lost. Even in a single Room, there is a semi-double bed with a wide bed to relax. The breakfast buffet is delicious and provides energy for mountain trips; I ended up eating too much because I couldn't decide between grated yam rice, curry, soba noodles, French toast, and oyaki.

    New Year's Trip

    I used it for a trip to Shinshu at the beginning of the year. Amid rising hotel prices due to inflation, I was relieved by the reasonable price. The room was also more spacious and cleaner than expected. I would like to stay again when I visit Shinshu.

    Feeling disappointed

    There were no slippers. Although the issue was resolved by inquiring at the front desk, I wondered if there were originally no slippers. I would like you to understand that there are people who cannot easily inquire at the front desk. I stayed here for the evening dinner show held on this day. However, due to my complete misunderstanding, the event was at a different hotel. When I asked at the front desk, they simply said, "It's not at this hotel," and did not provide any further information to help me. The staff at the event hotel kindly guided me over the phone, and I was able to get there safely, but the unkind response from the front desk staff was very disappointing. I do not want to use this Property again.
