The room was stylish...
The room was stylish, with a ship’s wheel-shaped mirror and a barrel-style cabinet for the refrigerator. There were plenty of power outlets, and having one in the bathroom was especially convenient. A door separates the room from the hallway, which helped with soundproofing, so I was able to sleep soundly.

Mother and Daughter’s First Trip to Hokkaido
I stayed here with my daughter as a base for our first trip to Hokkaido, visiting Otaru. We happened to arrive during a busy check-in time, and after sightseeing all day, standing in a long line was tough on our tired legs. I wished there had been an option like a ticket machine so we could wait without lining up. The Room was just the right size, and the large public bath that helped soothe our tired bodies was kept clean, so we were able to stay comfortably. Thank you very much.

It was great.
The room was clean and very nice. There were restaurants and eateries nearby, all within walking distance. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

The Onsen bath is ex...
The Onsen bath is excellent, and I have stayed here several times. However, recently I found it a bit disappointing that when the smaller bath gets crowded, it becomes difficult to open the lockers and change clothes. Perhaps this just shows how popular it is!

Beautiful and well-located.
The building is clean, the canal is nearby, and the location is excellent. The Room is also clean and stylish.

The room smells.
The parking guidance was unkind. The front desk staff's service was inconsistent. They asked the person in front of me about breakfast congestion times and their preferred time, but they didn't ask me anything. The room smelled strongly of body odor! This was the worst part. I reserved 2 rooms, but my companion's room on a different floor had the same issue. The public bath was small, and the breakfast buffet was at a minimal level for a Business Hotel. I regret making the Reservation and will never stay here again.

It was excellent.
It was a compact TATAMI Room, but it was very nice. The large public bath was also very clean and excellent.

I think it is a very good Hotel.
The room was clean and the staff were kind. The breakfast was also delicious. At check-in, we were informed that there were foreign trainees at the breakfast venue who might cause inconvenience due to their limited Japanese, but that was not the case at all. They were polite and earnest, which was rather endearing. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten something on the way to the station by taxi and returned to the hotel. However, there was no staff at the front desk, and even after ringing the bell for a while, no one came out. Since waiting any longer would have caused me to miss my scheduled train, I reluctantly headed back to the station. But when I called on the way, I was able to reach them, and they delivered the item to the station. I apologize for being selfish, and it would have been fine if they had refused, but I am truly sorry. However, I am grateful for their sincere response. Thank you very much.
