    It was great.

    The room was clean and very nice. There were restaurants and eateries nearby, all within walking distance. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    The Onsen bath is ex...

    The Onsen bath is excellent, and I have stayed here several times. However, recently I found it a bit disappointing that when the smaller bath gets crowded, it becomes difficult to open the lockers and change clothes. Perhaps this just shows how popular it is!

    Beautiful and well-located.

    The building is clean, the canal is nearby, and the location is excellent. The Room is also clean and stylish.

    The room smells.

    The parking guidance was unkind. The front desk staff's service was inconsistent. They asked the person in front of me about breakfast congestion times and their preferred time, but they didn't ask me anything. The room smelled strongly of body odor! This was the worst part. I reserved 2 rooms, but my companion's room on a different floor had the same issue. The public bath was small, and the breakfast buffet was at a minimal level for a Business Hotel. I regret making the Reservation and will never stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    It was a compact TATAMI Room, but it was very nice. The large public bath was also very clean and excellent.

    I think it is a very good Hotel.

    The room was clean and the staff were kind. The breakfast was also delicious. At check-in, we were informed that there were foreign trainees at the breakfast venue who might cause inconvenience due to their limited Japanese, but that was not the case at all. They were polite and earnest, which was rather endearing. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten something on the way to the station by taxi and returned to the hotel. However, there was no staff at the front desk, and even after ringing the bell for a while, no one came out. Since waiting any longer would have caused me to miss my scheduled train, I reluctantly headed back to the station. But when I called on the way, I was able to reach them, and they delivered the item to the station. I apologize for being selfish, and it would have been fine if they had refused, but I am truly sorry. However, I am grateful for their sincere response. Thank you very much.

    A nostalgic public bathhouse

    I stayed here for the first time and liked the retro atmosphere. The room was well cleaned, and I was satisfied. Just one thing, it would have been nice to have disposable towels for the bath and hand towels in the room.

    It was very nice that the Otaru Canal and the station were nearby.

    It would have been perfect if there was a sauna. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, leaving nothing to be desired.

    It is quiet and clean.

    Everything is within walking distance, including the station, canal, and Sakaimachi shopping street. The facilities were new and the room was clean. It's nice to have a large public bath. However, at certain times, there was a line waiting for the showers. The reception staff was very accommodating, and the cleaning lady was kind, which made for a pleasant stay. I am very satisfied.

    It was very clean and tidy.

    I made a reservation the day before due to sudden plans over the weekend, but the price was reasonable for a weekend stay. The location was great for shopping, and there was a convenience store nearby, making it very comfortable. The room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying!! If I had to say something, it would be that the parking lot was full, so I had to park elsewhere. It would have been better if I could have parked there. I think it would be even cheaper on weekdays, so I would like to plan a visit next time!!
