Hmm… I shouldn’t have used this for my birthday.
I had made a Reservation since January. Since it was my birthday, I mentioned that I would appreciate a Room with a nice view, but I was placed on the 3rd floor, and the view right in front of me was an apartment building. It probably wasn’t possible to see inside while changing, but I still felt self-conscious, and it was far from open or relaxing… After arrival, the front desk service was disappointing. With two guests and two staff members, I expected both counters to be open. Instead, I waited more than five minutes before anyone spoke to me—was the staff member in training? I chose this Hotel based on photos of the meals, but I was surprised at how small the oysters were. It didn’t match how luxurious it looked on the website. On the second day’s meal, we had finished almost everything and thought dessert would be next—then fried food came out at the end… Ending with fried food felt strange. When I said we had already finished our rice, they laughed and said we could get another serving of rice. Please learn proper hospitality—I wasn’t asking because I wanted more rice. The bath is on the first floor; it’s enclosed by high fencing at a street corner, so all you can see is utility poles. Is this really a Hotel for special occasions? It felt more like a Business Hotel to me.

A budget-friendly and reliable Hotel
Stayed during a 3-day weekend, but the price difference from regular times was small, making it a reasonably priced Hotel. For a Business Hotel, the quality of the meals was high, and the Onsen included a sauna with locally produced Ako salt provided, showcasing excellent service quality. Considering this cost, it was satisfying even for non-business use. I would like to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

I visited Ako to enjoy oysters, and the cuisine was excellent.
I visited Ako with my wife during summer, craving the famous oyster dishes, and found Ako Park Hotel online. The food was truly excellent, reasonably priced, and offered great value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and provided exceptional service, making our stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient, being close to Ako Castle, and the Onsen was also fantastic. We will definitely return to enjoy oysters again!

Delicious Oysters
Stayed here during a drive to Kyushu. In addition to the parking lot on the hotel premises, there seemed to be a spacious parking area a few buildings away. The hotel staff were very pleasant, and the food was delicious. Having a plan without breakfast is appreciated for those who don't have the habit of eating a full breakfast. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Both the meals and the Room were comfortable and enjoyable.
The meals were delicious. The location had a calm atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing dining experience. The Shuttle Service to Kirakira Hill the next morning was very helpful. This trip was a healing getaway from caregiving fatigue. Although it was only two days, we felt refreshed. We look forward to visiting again!

Dinner is delicious.
Thank you very much for this time. Every year around this time, I go to the Ako area to eat oysters, but this was my first time staying at the Property. For dinner, I chose the oyster and black wagyu beef course, and the oyster dishes were particularly delicious. I also ordered the salt-baked oysters separately, and they were exquisite. I would like to stay again next year.

My first time in Ako, I was able to relax.
The building is old, but it was well cleaned, which was nice. The Onsen was quite old and lacked a sense of cleanliness. The dinner was a local specialty featuring oysters. Since 5 or 6 dishes were oysters, even for an oyster lover like me, it felt a bit much towards the end.

Ordinary but good hotel!
On my way back from Kyushu to Nagoya, I made a reservation an hour in advance for an additional night's stay. I chose this place based on reviews, and the result was very satisfying. The facility is not new, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The hot spring at night was a bit dark and I was alone, so it was a bit scary, but I found it atmospheric and nice. The breakfast was very delicious. The price was also very reasonable, and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for taking care of me.

I suddenly decided t...
I suddenly decided to stay here alone. I wasn't feeling well during dinner and couldn't eat much, but the staff kindly allowed me to take dessert back to my room. Thanks to that, I recovered and was able to finish my breakfast the next day with a second helping of rice. The hot springs weren't crowded, so I could relax. I look forward to visiting again to fully enjoy the delicious dinner next time.
