    A Hotel That Offers Comfort in Every Way!!

    Tokyu Stay offers in-room laundry facilities, which I always appreciate, and the Gotanda location was particularly excellent. Firstly, it is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. The room features practical shelves, a chair with a backrest as well as a stool, conveniently placed outlets, and ReFa products. Additionally, I requested a taxi during my stay and was impressed when they addressed me by my last name even though we had only met briefly at check-in. I would love to stay here again!

    Recently, sheet replacement during a Multiple Night Stay seems to be charged. Could you clarify more simply which services are free and which are paid?

    I used this accommod...

    I used this accommodation for work. I chose it because I had a good impression from my previous stay at Aoyama Premier, appreciated the in-room washing machine, and found it conveniently close to the station I use. The hotel is so close to the station that you can see it from the platform. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so meals are not an issue even without a dining plan. The shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer were by Refa; complimentary coffee and tea were available for takeaway in the lobby; the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff members were all very kind as well.

    I didn't have high expectations.

    Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter. The staff were very kind, and their thoughtful gestures deeply impressed us. Although we didn’t have high expectations when making the Reservation, the shampoo, treatment, hair dryer, and hair iron were all from ReFa, which I had wanted to try, so I was delighted. My daughter also said she would love to stay here again and was very satisfied.

    Good Points:

    Good Points: - Very close to Gotanda Station, making it convenient; everything you need is available nearby. - The staff is attentive and considerate. - Amenities like an ice machine and free coffee are available. - The bathtub was larger compared to typical Business Hotel bathtubs. Points for Improvement: - The refrigerator did not cool at all even when turned on; it stayed at room temperature. Is it broken? - The bathroom had a slight smell of humidity or mold, which was concerning.

    Room amenities could be improved.

    The texture of the duvet cover is not good, and the sheet separating the body from the comforter easily slips off. Additionally, when draining water while bathing in the tub, water accumulates on the bathroom floor. The Room has too few outlets, making it difficult to use a laptop. My Room is 307.

    Would love to visit again.

    This is my second stay due to the great impression from my previous visit. Having a washer-dryer in the accommodation is very helpful during a trip. At some accommodations, there can be competition for washing machines, which can be exhausting and result in not being able to do laundry as planned. There’s a Seven-Eleven nearby, making shopping convenient. The front desk area is small, so I think having both an automated check-in machine and an active front desk would work well together. I like this place overall, so I’ll stay here again.

    Convenient

    Having a washer-dryer is definitely helpful. However, this Room lacked glass cups and containers for hot water, which was inconvenient. I can't recall if they were available during my previous stay. Usually, such items are provided. There was no USB port for charging mobile devices, so I had to purchase a plug charger from a convenience store—it would have been nice to have one in the Room. This time, the Room's proximity to the elevator was convenient, but its triangular shape and slightly misaligned TV made it feel less user-friendly. On the night of April 1st, there was a long line of what seemed like new graduates checking in as a group. If I had arrived at that time, my experience might have been less favorable. Thankfully, I checked in earlier and avoided the crowd!

    Sheet Replacement

    The sheets had not been changed and there were brown stains on them. Additionally, after getting into the bed, I experienced intense itching, and upon checking my legs, I found red swollen bites from insects. The marks from the bites are still visible. I contacted the front desk and was moved to another Room. Although I was informed that it was not bedbugs... considering the state of cleanliness, it’s hard to believe.

    Thank you very much.

    I used it for an exam. Thank you very much for the Room that fulfilled my wishes. The kitchen utensils in the Room were very good. (Unfortunately, I only used the kettle...) I used the drum-type washing machine up to drying and felt the benefit of not having to do laundry when I got home. Also, I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby and newspapers that could be taken back to my Room. Jonathan's breakfast with a drink bar was satisfying in quantity as well. The 11 o'clock checkout was also very helpful. If there is another opportunity, I would like to use it again.

    I had business in Sh...

    I had business in Shibuya and chose this place for its access and price. I was very satisfied with the proximity to the station and the easy-to-understand route to the hotel. The building is old, and the lobby felt more closed off than expected for a Tokyu series, but the guest room floors didn't feel as old and were comfortable. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, it couldn't be helped, but the sound of the room cleaning staff opening and closing doors was quite noticeable and bothered me. If you worry about it every time, your work won't progress, so how about applying commercially available door silencing tape!? I thought. If asked whether the price and Facility are balanced!? it's subtle, but I will use it again for its access, location, and price when I have business nearby.

    The Room was clean, ...

    The Room was clean, and there was a drum-type washing machine, so I could do laundry. Detergent was also provided, which was convenient. The washroom, toilet, and bathroom were spacious, and there was no problem for single use. Free coffee was available in the lobby, and there were newspapers as well. They stored my luggage in advance and placed it in the Room by the time I checked in, which was helpful. Perhaps it was because I paid in advance. It was very convenient as it was in front of the station, with a convenience store right next door, and close to the station. I would like to use it again.

    A drum washing machine would be nice to have.

    I usually stay at a different hotel, but since the cost was the same, I decided to use Tokyu Stay. I heard there are rooms with a kitchen, but I chose a smaller room focusing on the price. The deciding factor was the bed size! The room size is business-oriented, but the mattress width of 160 cm is comparable to foreign hotels, and I slept well on the firm mattress. Since I stayed on the last day of a 3-night, 4-day trip, I used the drum-type washing machine. It was helpful not to be overwhelmed with laundry after returning home. There was also a coffee machine at the front entrance, so it was nice not having to go to the convenience store. I will use it again next time.

    Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pity that I didn't use the various Facilities available. The proximity to the station was helpful.
