    They accommodated my late check-in.

    I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

    A Hotel You Can Live In

    We stayed as a family, and it was clean and comfortable. Having a microwave, plates, and spoons and forks was very convenient. With a kitchen and washing machine as well, it felt like you could really live here. The women in our group especially loved the ReFa shampoo and conditioner. Since we often base our activities around Yoga, this Hotel’s location right above the station is truly convenient. However, there are almost no other Hotel options nearby, so it’s a real problem when this place is fully booked…

    Cleaning

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days because it was close to the station, but the air in the Room felt poor, possibly due to the air conditioner. It also seemed dusty as if cleaning had not been done thoroughly. Since I have a house dust allergy, my symptoms flared up and I felt unwell. The sofa also gave me a rash when I sat on it, so there may have been mites. Considering the high price and insufficient cleaning, I will not stay here again.

    Well-balanced and excellent

    I always enjoy staying here. The balance of transportation access, nearby shopping, Room, and Facility is excellent and convenient, making it very comfortable. If I may make a request, it would be great to have instant drip coffee bags available at the service counter near the entrance for guests who want to take them back to their Room in the morning.

    Ideal for long-term stays.

    The room having a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer was surprisingly convenient. Some rooms even have washing machines, making it an excellent choice for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The entrance felt more like a residence than a hotel, but the front desk staff were kind and very welcoming. Are all Tokyu Stay locations outside of Yoga like this? I would definitely consider staying here for business trips involving Multiple Night Stays in the future.

    They kindly accommodated changes to the check-in time.

    I received a prompt reply when I informed about the change in check-in time via email. The staff kindly accommodated my late check-in with a pleasant attitude. In addition to Rafa amenities, the hairdryer was also Rafa. The Hotel is equipped with a drum-type washing machine and tableware, allowing for a stay that feels like living there. I would love to use it again. This was my second stay.

    Comfortable stay

    I stayed in a triple Room with my child, and the Room was very convenient with a washing machine, a work desk, a small table, and chairs, allowing us to study a bit or relax as if in a living room by placing food and drinks. The Room was also more spacious than expected, allowing us to spend our time comfortably. Additionally, the staff were attentive in a casual manner, creating a warm atmosphere in the Hotel. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    I will use it again.

    In Tokyo, this size, this price, close to the station... I will definitely stay again. In addition to the bed, there is also a sofa and a desk, so you can relax while watching TV or work. I think it's perfect for those who don't like cramped single rooms. The free coffee was also appreciated. Just one thing, I stayed in a Room without a washing machine, so it would have been even better if there was a shared washing machine in the building. There was a coin laundry within walking distance.

    Satisfied.

    The convenience was great, and I would like to use it again. I left my luggage before check-in, and the gentleman at the front desk was cheerful and accommodating, which made me feel good. The coffee at the front desk and the computer for researching the surrounding area were also helpful.

    Recommended for Multiple Night Stay

    It was close to the station, and the Room was bright and spacious. There was a drum washing machine with a dryer, so it was nice to be able to wash clothes during a Multiple Night Stay.
