    Free breakfast service, Room with a washing machine—perfect for a Multiple Night Stay

    With the recent stretch of very hot days, I was glad to have a Room with a washer-dryer. The breakfast and simple gym services were also nice. It’s conveniently located near Gaien, and I’d like to stay here again.

    I stayed here because I was attending a nearby wedding the next day. Although my stay was short, it was very good.

    The ReFa shower head...

    The ReFa shower head, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner were provided, which was great! *Note: The area from the elevator to the lobby is narrow, so it can get crowded at the start of check-in—please be aware.*

    There is some variation in the staff’s level of customer service.

    I stayed for three nights this time, but the bed was by the window, and cold drafts came in around my neck from both sides of the screen, so it was very cold. I borrowed a blanket, but even though the bed was a double, they brought a single blanket and it wasn’t very helpful. When I requested an additional one the next day, they brought a double-size blanket. The front desk staff service varied: the older staff were very kind, but a younger male staff member came across as condescending and it was somewhat unpleasant. Although the exterior is an impressive building, the Hotel Facility is quite old. The bed springs (coils?) squeaked loudly, and the toilet was not automatic flushing. The carpet also looked worn and was covered with stains. I felt it’s about time for the furniture and furnishings to be renewed. However, the free drinks in the lobby are convenient, and having a microwave oven and washer-dryer in the Room—as well as a mini-kitchen—is a unique advantage. The access from the station is also good, so I may stay again during a warmer season.

    A Hidden Gem Hotel in Tokyo

    When my room key stopped working due to a magnetic issue, the front desk staff kindly and quickly resolved it, which was very helpful. If the breakfast were comparable to other Hotels, I would like to stay again.

    Convenient.

    I stayed here on the recommendation of a family who had used it before. Having a washer-dryer in the Room was extremely helpful for a long stay. It was as comfortable as being at home, and the small services added a special touch that felt different from the everyday. I would like to stay again.

    Great location

    Stayed after watching the World Athletics Championships. Breakfast was included, and a meal kit-like breakfast was provided, but unfortunately, it wasn't to my taste. Suitable for long stays with convenient amenities like a mini kitchen, microwave, and sofa. However, I felt it was not the right choice for what I had in mind as an accommodation. Depending on your purpose, the location might be convenient and satisfactory.

    The experience felt like half the value of the accommodation cost. ① When I slightly moved the TV, the main plug came out, and it stopped working. ② As a result, everything including the refrigerator had to be pulled out for repair. ③ This revealed a dust-covered refrigerator that was disappointing to see. ④ The breakfast did not feel like a proper meal at all. ⑤ At check-in, I requested taxis for both the next morning and two mornings later, and was told "Yes, understood," so I assumed they were reserved. However, when I checked in the evening just to confirm about tomorrow morning's taxi, I was told nothing had been communicated and no taxis could be arranged in the morning—a very disappointing response indeed.

    The location is excellent.

    I used to stay here occasionally about 15.6 years ago. This time, it was my first visit in quite a while. The Room layout and some systems have changed a bit, but I still like this place for its excellent location. I hope the Room cleaning can be improved a little more.

    The room offers a view of the National Stadium.

    You can see the National Stadium, Jingu Baseball Stadium, and Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium from the room. Enjoy the best views from a high floor.

    Basically comfortable. It would be nice if the breakfast repertoire could be expanded.

    I had a comfortable stay. It was close to the station and there was a supermarket, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. Breakfast was a menu to be eaten in the Room by reheating, but since it is basically frozen, I would appreciate it if there were more variety. Especially for long stays like this time when I stayed for more than two nights. Western-style meals are not quite right with just a microwave. I wished there was a toaster. Thank you for lending me an electric stand this time.

    Polite service

    It is appreciated to be able to stay at this price in this area. It is convenient as there are supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. It is also a short walk from the subway. If you just need a clean place to stay, this hotel is sufficient. Check-in was smooth and good.

    It was good.

    Having a washer and dryer in the room reduced the amount of luggage I had to bring. This was a great help. Despite being close to the station, it was quiet and I was able to rest well. In the future, by using this chain of hotels, I think I can reduce my luggage and travel more lightly.
