    The Room was very we...

    The Room was very well equipped, and the bed was larger than expected, allowing for a comfortable night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the tea in the lounge. Thank you very much.

    Convenient for long-term stays

    I made a one-night Reservation this time. The Room had a fully automatic washing machine (with drying that finishes properly) and detergent, an IH cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator with separate fridge and freezer compartments. There was also an electric kettle to boil water. For a long stay, you could pack light. There’s an elevator that lets you go outside without passing the front desk, which is great when coming and going often or carrying lots of groceries from the supermarket without worrying about being seen. The shampoo in the bathroom was ReFa, which made me really happy. Only toothbrushes are provided in the Room; other amenities are available near the elevators, so you can take what you need. Tea bags are there as well. Check-out can be done at a dedicated terminal, and since you can handle almost everything without going through the front desk, it feels very relaxed. There’s also a lounge with drinks, snacks, and frozen bread (you warm it up yourself in the toaster). Even though it’s a Hotel, it’s convenient because you can stay as if you were spending time in your own place. There’s a supermarket and convenience store very close by, and it’s near the station. A convenient Hotel where you can truly relax.

    Overall, the Hotel’s bathrooms and plumbing facilities are disappointing.

    I have stayed at this Hotel twice so far. None of the Rooms were properly cleaned, and limescale and mold were very noticeable. There was also hair on the floor. When using the shower or sink, the water cuts off after about five minutes. After 2–3 minutes, extremely hot water comes out and I almost got burned. The shower also stops in the middle of bathing. This happened every time, regardless of the situation. In a previous Room, there was no water outage, but there was a sewage drain smell similar to this time. Also, the flushing sound is extremely loud, and when using the toilet at night it always wakes up my companion. The Japanese staff are curt and use rude language. The non-Japanese staff are friendly and kind. The location is excellent, and since there is a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator—and the Room is spacious—it is good for a Multiple Night Stay. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, dirty plumbing areas, and poor/old piping performance, I plan to use a nearby Keihan Hotel in the future instead.

    It was spacious and relaxing.

    I stayed with my child. When I requested a quiet Room, they reserved the Room at the very end, and we were able to rest well. The Room was spacious, and there were many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so we had a comfortable stay. However, on the first night, it was disappointing that the window lock was not fully secured, and I woke up due to noise and cold air.

    The drink corner in the lounge and the Room facilities were excellent.

    The Room was clean, with a large TV, and equipped with a washer-dryer with detergent and a microwave, making it very convenient. The shared lounge had a Costa Coffee machine, sparkling water, tea, and cups to take back to the Room, which was wonderful. Everything tasted great. I was able to relax in the Room. The bath area felt slightly dated but featured a ReFa showerhead, which was nice.

    Relax with a group of 4.

    We found an ideal accommodation for our reunion gathering, perfectly located for guests coming from both the west and east. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room includes a kitchenette, tableware, and a drum-type washing machine, making it perfect for long-term stays. We also appreciated the café machine in the lobby and the complimentary mini pastries in the afternoon.

    Unfortunately.

    The prices in the area were higher on Saturday, but I decided to stay at Tokyu for a special experience. What I liked: The variety of welcome drinks was excellent. What I found disappointing: The clock in the room showed an entirely incorrect time, which was inconvenient as I had an appointment. Additionally, there was a festival event on that day, and the bell used to announce winners made me anxious as it sounded like an emergency alarm. Also, water balloons and trash were left on the entrance tables, making them unusable.

    Close to the station with an excellent lounge.

    I used this for a family occasion. Both check-in and check-out were done via machines, with minimal interaction with staff. Breakfast was self-service, picked up and enjoyed in the Room, which was convenient and comfortable. The lounge had a great selection of drinks, and the interior design was lovely. The Room was clean and pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    It was comfortable.

    The location was great, being close to the station, with a convenience store right next door and several restaurants nearby. Although I noticed many foreign guests and was slightly concerned at first, there was nothing to worry about. The Room was clean and comfortable. The in-room washer-dryer was very convenient, as well as having a sink available. If I had to point out one thing, the breakfast felt a bit overpriced for its value.

    A cost-effective Hotel located in the heart of the city.

    5 minutes to Shinjuku by Chuo Line. Located in the heart of the city, yet the surroundings are quiet, and having a washing machine in the room is fantastic. Meals are microwaveable, but considering other aspects, it's acceptable.

    Washer-dryer available.

    The washing and drying machine was incredibly helpful during the intense heat. It was great to be able to change underwear every time we went out. The fact that detergent was also provided was impressive!

    The noise is too loud to sleep.

    Rather than a Business Hotel, it felt more like an old rental apartment. The national road in front of the Hotel has heavy traffic, and since the windows are not soundproof, I couldn't sleep due to the noise. It affected my performance at work the next day, so I think it would be challenging for business travelers sensitive to noise.

    The walking time fro...

    The walking time from JR Yotsuya Station is clearly not 3 minutes as stated, but rather 6 minutes. This is the first Hotel I have encountered with such inaccurate information. Additionally, a cleaning staff entered the Room during my stay, which made everything extremely unpleasant.

    Fully equipped with all amenities!

    Just a 5-minute walk from Yotsuya Station, this hotel is in a prime location! The room is spacious and clean for a Business Hotel, equipped with not only a refrigerator but also a freezer. It even has a microwave, an electric kettle, and a washer-dryer combo! Plus, the hairdryer is by ReFa—and unbelievably, so is the showerhead! When I contacted the front desk to pick up additional items, they provided ReFa hair irons and curling irons—everything was ReFa-branded and exceeded expectations! This hotel offers incredible comfort at great value. I’m definitely coming back! I’ve stayed at many hotels before but was so impressed that I wrote my first Review here!

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night. As it is a Business Hotel, I understand certain limitations, but the shower curtain had a very unpleasant smell. Additionally, hair from an unknown source was found on the bed, sink, and bathtub, which was quite uncomfortable... With this level of cleanliness issues, perhaps the cleaning methods should be reviewed... On a positive note, I appreciated that breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options and was additive-free.

    I used it for a long period during the entrance exam season. The lobby was converted into a room for examinees, and I was allowed to use it even before check-in on the day of arrival. The room for examinees had a very pleasant smell and air, with water in the refrigerator, timers, KitKats, etc., creating a very good environment. My daughter said she felt pressured but ended up using this room anyway. Even when other examinee students used it, it wasn't cramped and provided a good environment. The room also had a spacious area with desks and lights suitable for studying; however, the chair was more like a sofa and not ideal for long study sessions. But since we were already there, I didn't think there would be much more studying to do from that point on; just having an environment conducive to concentration was greatly appreciated. The drainage in the bathroom wasn't great initially; however, after informing the hotel staff about it, they significantly improved it within that day and eliminated any odor. Having an IH stove top (konro) (IH konro), microwave oven (denshi renji) (denshi renji), and washing machine in the room made long-term stays very convenient. There is also a convenience store right next door to the building as well as Super Maruetsu (Maruetsu) nearby where you can prepare simple meals in your room (simple pots/pans & dishes are available). The freshly cooked rice at breakfast was delicious too! Splitting one serving between my daughter & me worked perfectly but if you have boys maybe one person could eat one go? It seemed possible up until two goes worth! Being able to do laundry every day made our stay much more comfortable!! However if you're looking at larger rooms or twin instead of double rooms then reservations should probably be made before summer otherwise they might run out quickly. Although only main schools were decided upon while others weren't yet determined due its location near Yotsuya(Yotsuya), access via various train lines meant getting anywhere easily which turned out really well!

    Close to the station!

    There are a Starbucks, convenience store, and Doutor nearby. The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator & freezer, and washing machine. I didn't use any of them, but I think they would be convenient for those on long business trips. They kept my suitcase before check-in and delivered it to my room at check-in, which was very helpful. Thank you very much. However, there were three disappointing points: The first is that short hair was attached to the nightwear and hair was also found in the bathtub, giving an impression of lack of cleanliness. The second is that there was one bath towel and one face towel each; however, they seemed to have fallen once as they were placed in a wrinkled or crumpled state. The third is that the clock on the table was off by about four hours and wasn't useful at all. It wasn't a problem since I used my smartphone and watch instead but it was slightly disappointing. Even when raising the temperature of the bathwater repeatedly, it remained lukewarm so I felt there might have been an issue with the water heater as well? Being close to the station with such facilities available felt like a missed opportunity due to these issues.

    Is the bath with a washing area a typo?

    I was searching for a hotel with a "bath with washing area" and found Tokyu Stay Yotsuya, so I made a reservation. The room I reserved is the Residential Double. I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and at that time there was definitely no bath with washing area, so I doubted if it might be a mistake, but decided to stay with the expectation that they might have newly installed the Facility. When I checked in half-doubtfully, as expected, the Room's bath was an old type where the toilet and bathtub are in the same space, completely betraying my expectations. Although disappointed, I thought complaining to the Hotel wouldn't change anything and stayed in that Room until checking out the next day. A few days later when searching again for "bath with washing area," once again Residential Double came up as having "bath with washing area" and "shower booth," so I'm writing this Review now. The Room I stayed in is definitely not a "bath with washing area," so I'd like it to be removed promptly.

    It's unfortunate tha...

    It's unfortunate that there will be a significant price increase from spring. The furnishings were like a Business Hotel, but the mini kitchen and washing machine were good, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The desk was somewhat narrow, but it was a size suitable for work.

    I hadn't researched much, so

    I didn't expect to heat frozen food in my room and cook rice with a simple rice cooker. It was nice to be able to eat at my preferred time, but I wished for service at the Hotel. Also, the unit bath and washbasin had an odor.
