    A Hotel Convenient for Commuting

    Due to personal circumstances, I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. It’s a 10-minute walk to my office, and there is a supermarket (Maruetsu Petit) nearby. There are also a police box, McDonald’s, CoCo Ichibanya, and convenience stores close by, making it very convenient and safe. The corner double Room had a bathtub, and the Room was also equipped with a drum-type washer/dryer. It was more comfortable than being at home. I chose the plan with breakfast included and made use of the microwave as well. Since I wasn’t used to it, it wasn’t perfect, but soups such as tonjiru (pork miso soup) were relatively tasty. Frozen sliced bread was quite difficult to heat well. I had been bothered by the noise when the microwave was rotating, but on the morning of the second day I pulled it slightly forward and the issue went away—it seemed to be due to its placement. The loungewear wasn’t great, but overall I had a truly comfortable and convenient stay for two days. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    Thank you for your hospitality. I made a Reservation because I couldn’t rest right away after moving. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washing machine was fantastic. I was able to relax in the roomy bathroom where I could stretch out, and then sleep soundly. For breakfast, the two of us tried both the Japanese-style and Western-style options, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again!

    Enjoyed a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle.

    I wanted to stay in Shinjuku, preferably on the west side, at an affordable accommodation with a washing machine and a mini kitchen. This plan was perfect for my two-night stay with my daughter. For breakfast, we bought ingredients from a nearby supermarket, maintained balanced meals during our trip, and could do laundry, which helped us pack light. Although Shinjuku Station is within walking distance, the nearest station is very close and there are plenty of buses available, so it was not an issue.

    The Room is small, but the Hotel is good if you can compromise.

    The building is new and clean. The service is polite and straightforward. Walking from Nishi-Shinjuku is possible. Having a fully automatic washing machine in the room is truly convenient. However, the room is very small. If you only need a place to sleep, it might be acceptable, but it’s undeniably compact. For a multiple night stay requiring laundry, having this option in between stays can be very useful.

    The location is convenient, the Room was very clean, and the Hotel staff were very kind. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, a park, and McDonald's nearby, making it very convenient for meals. The Facility is excellent as well. Highly recommended! I would love to stay here again next time.

    Satisfied

    It was my first stay in a while since before the pandemic. The accommodation has been renovated, and the interior design is completely different, which surprised me. The room is not very spacious, but it has everything necessary and was comfortable. The bathroom is large, with an extra showerhead available, allowing for a relaxing time. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance from Shinjuku if you're up for it, making it very convenient. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a theater performance and an event. Since I had made the reservation in advance, I was able to stay at a relatively affordable price despite it being a long weekend. The staff were courteous, and the room was clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable to stay in. The distance to the station was a bit far, but since the weather was nice and warm during the long weekend, traveling back and forth wasn't troublesome. I had a comfortable stay for three days. Thank you very much!

    Generally satisfied

    The facility is new and clean, making it a pleasant stay. However, for first-time visitors, the area can be confusing due to diagonal roads intersecting the grid-like streets near the high-rise buildings, making it easy to take a wrong turn. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with breakfast included but later felt it might have been better without it. I realized afterward that I could have reserved breakfast portions the night before. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, which was restrictive if you wanted to eat earlier. For breakfast: - Japanese meal: The rice cooker lacked an indicator light, so its status was unclear. The rice turned out hard, possibly due to insufficient soaking time beforehand. Miso soup took 5 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave; fish took about a minute; however, cooking rice required significantly more time. While miso soup had plenty of ingredients, its flavor was too mild for my taste. Fish options were salmon or hirame (flounder), both delicious but left some odor on dishes from their juices. - Western meal: Croque-monsieur with soup—though tasty—felt slightly small in portion size compared to expectations. There are likely better-tasting frozen bread options available nowadays. The Aso milk served was excellent quality! Tea bags from Tea's Earth were also high-quality. Having a washing machine inside the room was incredibly convenient; adding fabric softener would make it even better! The bathroom facilities were decent overall but could benefit from additional amenities like a shoehorn being provided as well!

    Room near the office, comfortable, with a washing machine

    We had difficulty finding a Business Hotel that met all our requirements, such as proximity to the office, reasonably spacious single rooms, and good cost performance for long-term stays for overseas guests and executives. However, we decided to try this Hotel as it offers convenient long-term stay options with spacious Rooms and beds suitable for foreigners, along with Rooms equipped with washing machines. The stay was comfortable, with no noticeable noise at night despite the location, and the surrounding area seemed safe. We would love to use your services again in the future. Thank you very much for this time!

    The staff was very accommodating before check-in, during late-night check-ins, and even after check-out, including handling forgotten items. The Refa hair dryer and amenities were excellent. The coffee in the lobby was also delicious.

    Perfect for long-term stays

    I stayed here during my trip to Tokyo. The Room was clean and equipped with appliances like a washing machine and refrigerator, which was very convenient. However, I found the taste of the miso soup at breakfast not to my liking. While it had plenty of ingredients, I couldn't taste the miso flavor.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    About a 25–30 minute walk from Shinjuku Station West Exit. Check-in was busy with international guests, but I was able to check in smoothly using the machine in the lobby. I didn’t realize there was free coffee in the first-floor lobby, so I asked the front desk staff member, and he kindly explained it very thoroughly. Nearby are Shinjuku Central Park and Junisha Kumano Shrine, and I enjoyed walking around. In this extreme heat my shirt got soaked, so having a washer-dryer on site was really helpful. The Room size is sufficient for a solo stay. It’s also convenient that there’s a McDonald’s next door for a late-night snack. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

    The previous meal was frozen food. It would be helpful to have a clear explanation of the Room's amenities. When choosing based on size, there might be unnecessary features like a mini kitchen included. However, it was functional with laundry facilities and comfortable overall. One downside was that walking in slippers often picked up long hairs, which was quite unpleasant.

    New and clean, with room features that are perfect for long-term stays. For a residence-style hotel, this price offers excellent value for money. Definitely coming back!

    The bus stop to Shinjuku Station is nearby, providing good access. Check-in for foreign guests took some time, and I realized there was a self-check-in machine. It would have been helpful if staff had mentioned its location. Being in the room at the far end, I couldn't hear hallway noise, which was great. The ReFa hairdryer and shampoo products were excellent. Having a washing machine during summer was also convenient. The price was reasonable and satisfactory.

    The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the self-choice breakfast without time restrictions was great. One thing, the duvet was a bit warm, so a summer option would have been nice.

    Convenient Hotel

    A bit away from Shinjuku Station, but just the right distance for a stroll through Central Park. This is my third time staying here whenever I visit Tokyo recently. For me, this hotel is very convenient and I would like to use it again in the future.

    Tokyu Stay offers reliable accommodations, but...

    The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, so I had to clean it myself. Other than that, it was the usual Tokyu Stay experience. However, the area in front of the shared elevator seemed to have a noticeable stain, possibly from spilled coffee or something similar. The air conditioning in the room and guest floor had a slightly dusty smell. A bit disappointing.

    Stay with peace of mind

    I have stayed at Tokyu Stay accommodations before, and it always feels safe and comfortable. Above all, having a microwave and a drum-type washing machine in the room is great.

    I would consider staying here again if given the opportunity. The Hotel had a mini kitchen and tableware, making it very convenient to use. There was no noise disturbance. The washing machine was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Extra towels were provided, and a humidifier was readily available, which added a sense of comfort and security. The coffee service on the front desk floor seemed nice (though I didn’t use it). However, due to the age of the bathroom, there were some issues such as water stains or dirt around the connection between the toilet and floor area as well as on the stainless steel part of the paper holder; also, some hair was found—this was disappointing. There were no issues with the room itself. The bed had just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. As for amenities provided, they felt minimal; therefore, I recommend women bring their own makeup remover, toner, lotion, etc., if needed. Thank you very much!

    Great value

    Since it was Lunar New Year in Shinjuku, most places were offering higher prices than usual, but this Property was relatively affordable and had a new building, so I decided on it. In reality, it was slightly more residential and quieter compared to the central area of Shinjuku, allowing for a very peaceful stay. There was also a 24-hour Maruetsu nearby, which was very convenient. I warmed up the items I bought there using the microwave in the Room. The staff provided thoughtful service, which was a plus. The coffee machine in front of the reception was also a nice touch. The Room was new and functional. I initially thought I wouldn’t use the washer-dryer, but during my stay, I accidentally spilled coffee on my white pants, and being able to wash them in the Room was a huge help. Next time I stay in Shinjuku, I’ll definitely choose this place without hesitation.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This time, I stayed for three nights, so I chose a slightly larger Room. The access to everywhere was convenient, the Room was clean, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. This time, I opted for breakfast included, but there are many convenience stores nearby, and the Room is equipped with a microwave and other amenities, so I think I will choose No Meals Included next time.
