    For early morning departures.

    I stayed the night before because I was worried about not being able to park my car for an early-morning flight. It’s very close to Keikyu Kamata Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s right in front of a famous onigiri shop. The Room also had a microwave, plus a ReFa shower head and hair dryer—such a nice touch for women. I felt it was a really well-designed Hotel. The staff greeted me with a smile, which I truly appreciated. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Highly recommended.

    The refrigerator doesn’t come with an ice tray, but we were able to get ice, so it wasn’t a problem. The towels feel great on the skin, and the tissues are soft, which made me happy every time I used them. The bathroom is also stress-free because the shower curtain is very easy to use. The only thing I’d like improved is that the shower head tends to move on its own. All of the staff provided very polite service. It would be better to ensure that the order of guests waiting for check-in does not change, as guests may be waiting for various reasons.

    Room wear and carpet

    This was my first Tokyu Stay Hotel since visiting Naha City. Four days ago, I made a Reservation right away because it was the last Room available and the price had dropped. It was a reliable Hotel. Having a microwave in the Room was very convenient. However, the loungewear smelled strongly of men’s sweat—an unpleasant odor that made me feel a bit sick. Also, the carpet on the floor felt slightly sticky.

    We had a pleasant stay.

    Thank you very much for the upgrade. Thanks to that, even though it was a short stay, I was able to spend my time comfortably and with great convenience. The room was directly opposite the elevator, but there was no noise at all. For a stay of several days, having access to a washing machine and microwave would also be very convenient. Another big plus is the spacious desk. It’s close to the station, and it seems there is also a supermarket at the station. The nearby convenience store is well stocked as well, making it ideal for an overnight stay before or after a flight at Haneda. I would love to stay here again next time I need a pre- or post-flight overnight stay.

    The complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch.

    I’ve stayed at other Tokyu Stay properties before, but this was my first time staying here. The coffee machine on the first floor was excellent, and it even had decaf. Everything tasted great and I really enjoyed it. It was also nice to be able to get tea and water, so I could stay well hydrated in my Room—much appreciated. The Room also had a washing machine; I didn’t use it this time, but it’s a great feature. I did use the microwave, and having one in the Room was very convenient because I didn’t have to go out each time. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your support over a long period of time.

    Since the COVID era, commuting more than two hours each way has become tough, so I’ve been staying here about 60 nights a year at my own expense. In another six months I’ll turn 65 and won’t need to stay overnight anymore, but after staying at every Hotel in Kamata, this is the only one I’ve been truly satisfied with. I’ll be staying with you for about six more months.

    Business trip stay

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip to Tokyo. There were no issues with the service or the Room facilities, and I had no problems during my short stay. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, so I was able to enjoy going out for food and drinks in different places. I was traveling by car, and it also helped with expenses that I could use a coin-operated parking lot at a price that didn’t feel like central Tokyo. If I have the chance, I would stay again.

    Thoughtful care from the male staff member on the night shift

    I stayed here at short notice so I could get to Haneda Airport early in the morning. I have stayed at Tokyu Stay in Shimbashi before, and I think the appeal of Tokyu Stay is having a washing machine in the Room and ReFa amenities. This time, because I checked in late, all ReFa hair irons were already out on loan, which was disappointing. After a while, I received a call in my Room saying that one had been returned and could be lent to me. Since I had already changed and didn’t feel like going out of my Room, I told them so, and a female staff member said she would bring it to me. She was very pleasant as well, and I was impressed by the city-hotel-level service. These days many Hotels have a lot of foreign staff, so I don’t expect much from a Business Hotel, but this kind of service makes me want to stay again.

    My favorite Hotel.

    I have been using this place quite frequently since around December. The Room is always clean, spacious enough for a single guest, and very comfortable. The bath is quite large, allowing you to stretch your legs fully and relax deeply. The soundproofing of the Room seems to be well-done as I hardly hear footsteps or voices from neighboring rooms, ensuring privacy and peace of mind. Additionally, the convenient location with many nearby amenities such as convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants is another great highlight!

    Very comfortable!

    If you are staying for several nights, laundry can pile up, but you can choose a Room with a washer and dryer here, allowing you to pack lighter. Very convenient, the Room is clean and impeccable. The staff provides courteous service, ensuring a pleasant stay at this highly recommended Hotel.

    Enjoy ReFa to the fullest!

    I stayed here the night before my early morning flight from Haneda Airport. The semi-double room had a larger bed, allowing for a comfortable sleep. Although the bathroom was a unit bath, all amenities such as the showerhead and shampoo were by ReFa, making for an exceptionally pleasant shower experience.

    Thoughtful Accommodation

    When I checked in late at night, soaked from the rain due to a delayed flight, they kindly offered me a towel. Additionally, delicious coffee was served as a welcome drink in the lobby. The room was quiet and provided a relaxing stay.

    Tokyu Stay is becoming synonymous with hotels in Tokyo. Rooms are equipped with a washing machine and microwave, making them very convenient. Recently, REFA hair dryers have also been added to the rooms, which is a delightful touch. However, during my recent stay in Single C after a long time, I found the TV too large, making the desk area feel cramped... I felt that Semi-Double A was more user-friendly as the desk and TV were placed separately.

    Recommended for an overnight stay near Haneda Airport

    I booked this Hotel for an overnight stay before my flight from Haneda Airport. It is conveniently located near Keikyu Kamata Station and a convenience store. The front desk staff provided very polite service, even when handling luggage storage before check-in. I reserved the most affordable Room, so it was understandably compact but clean and sufficient for a stay focused on sleeping. The shared areas like the front desk and elevator hall had a relatively luxurious feel. One concern was the refrigerator—it seemed slightly outdated and didn’t cool very well. Complimentary coffee is available on the first floor, though I personally wished there were also mineral water or tea options. The Room included disposable slippers, which was a nice touch since many Business Hotels provide reusable ones instead. The showerhead was by ReFa, offering great usability, and the shampoo products were also from ReFa. This time I stayed at a very reasonable price, so I would definitely consider using this Hotel again for an overnight stay before my flight. Its proximity to the airport as well as convenient access to central Tokyo makes it highly practical.

    A Business Hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station. I always stay here between long trips, and the convenience of having a washing machine with a dryer in the Room allows me to do laundry while going out without worrying about time. The Room is standard for a Business Hotel but clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is reasonably priced, and there are shopping streets nearby. With a microwave in the Room, meals are not an issue. I also appreciate being able to enjoy coffee in the lobby. This Hotel offers great convenience, making it one I would like to revisit.

    Highly recommended.

    The flight was delayed, and I arrived the next day, but the staff responded kindly. The Room was excellent with ample space. It is conveniently located near Keikyu Kamata Station. There are many restaurants and izakayas nearby, so finding a place to eat should not be an issue.

    Everything was satisfactory.

    Just a 3-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station with great access. The station has a Don Quijote, a supermarket, and there is also a convenience store near the Hotel, making it very convenient. The Hotel itself has friendly front desk staff, and the Room is clean and well-equipped with all necessities. I had an extremely comfortable stay and would love to return!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station with a welcome drink. The Room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the Refa shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    For business use.

    Located between JR and Keikyu, closer to Keikyu. The location is very convenient with shops nearby. Compared to other Tokyu Stay locations, the Room shows slight signs of aging but remains clean and in a quiet environment, making for a comfortable stay. The Refa hair dryer, shower head, and shampoo/conditioner were excellent features. The selectable breakfast is simple but enjoyable as it can be eaten leisurely in the Room. I appreciate having a washing machine available and often use other Tokyu Stay locations for this reason. I would love to stay here again as well. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive—thank you!

    The shower exceeded expectations.

    This was my first time staying here. I usually enjoy soaking in a bathtub even when traveling, so I was initially worried about staying in a Room with only a shower. However, the shower booth had a seating area and a high-volume shower above it, allowing me to enjoy an experience similar to waterfall meditation. It felt almost like being in a bath. Surprisingly comfortable and might become my new favorite!

    Spacious

    I stayed for one night this time! It was more spacious than a regular accommodation! It’s also close to Haneda Airport, making it an excellent location for attending live events! I’d love to stay again!
