  Overall, it’s good.

  Although it was a non-smoking Room, I noticed a cigarette smell as soon as I entered. I prefer Yotsuya because it feels brighter, but once you get used to walking around the neighborhood, it’s a convenient and good location. Given the area, the price is on the higher side, but that can’t really be helped.

  I stayed at this Hot...

  I stayed at this Hotel, which I wouldn't normally choose due to the lack of a breakfast buffet and large public bath, because it was within walking distance to my daughter's exam venue. Although I didn't have high expectations other than the location, I felt very warm when the front desk staff asked, "Are you here for an exam?" during check-in. I was able to relax until check-out time. The mini kitchen in the Room was convenient. It would be especially comfortable for those staying long-term.

  The Hotel was except...

  The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very pleasant experience. The staff were all kind and welcoming. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, yet I was able to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for providing such a peaceful space.

  I had a very comfortable stay.

  We stayed for two nights. The Room was very comfortable, and we were not bothered by outside noise. The mini kitchen and washing machine were very useful. The lobby had comfortable sofas and free drinks (coffee), which were also helpful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
