    The room was not cleaned thoroughly.

    After check-in, I found a crumpled tissue on the floor by the bedside, and there was hair in the bathtub as well as mold that could be wiped off easily. It was very disappointing despite the Facility being new. Having a washing machine was a plus.

    It was a compact, easy-to-use Room. The showerhead, hair dryer, and shampoo amenities were all ReFa, which was great. However, it was disappointing that the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. Since it’s close to the station, I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The bed was very comfortable.

    What I value most when staying at a Hotel is sleeping comfort. When traveling by car, I’m so particular that I even bring my own pillow to the Hotel. This Hotel’s bed and pillows were excellent.

    Comfortable Hotel!

    You can walk to the Hotel from Ikebukuro underground, so there’s no need to worry about rain or heat. I was prepared for a long walk, but it was enjoyable with many shops along the way. Having a washing machine in the Room was very helpful.

    Late-night noise

    I frequently use business hotels in Ikebukuro for work, and this time I stayed at Tokyu Stay. The room was impeccably clean, and as someone arriving exhausted at the hotel, seeing such a tidy room was very comforting. Additionally, the bathtub was spacious enough to stretch my legs, allowing me to enjoy a more relaxing time. However, one disappointing aspect was that around 1 AM or so, there seemed to be a room playing music or videos at quite a high volume. The bass vibrations traveled through the walls and made it noisy until morning, preventing me from sleeping well. While I understand this is more of an issue of individual manners rather than something to report directly to the hotel, it would be appreciated if guests could be informed about noise levels and disturbances during check-in or when entering/exiting their rooms.

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed at this accommodation several times before the pandemic, and it has been renovated with a brighter atmosphere at the front desk. The guest rooms also seemed to have been updated... though my memory is unclear, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff provided exceptionally courteous service, making my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    Quiet and Elegant

    Conveniently accessible from Ikebukuro Station and very comfortable. However, as is often the case with hotels, the pillows were too fluffy for me to sleep well.

    Cost-effective

    Cost-effective Hotel. Convenient location, just 1 minute from Ikebukuro Station's underground exit. This time I stayed for 5 nights, and it was convenient with a washing machine, microwave, and sink included. The lobby offers free water dispensers, coffee, and newspapers. The lobby feels like a co-working space, making it suitable for work as well.

    I am very satisfied ...

    I am very satisfied to stay at this price. The Room was clean, and above all, it was nice to be able to stretch my legs and soak in the bathtub.

    It was a comfortable stay!

    I called to say that my flight was delayed due to heavy rain and I might not make it in time for check-in, but I didn't know which option to choose on the voice guidance. The bus also got stuck in traffic, making it very difficult to reach the property. Despite being late for check-in, the front desk staff welcomed me with a smile and kindness, which healed my sad heart. The room was spacious and had laundry and drying facilities, allowing me to stay very comfortably. Even though it was next to the elevator, I wasn't bothered by any noise, and although I left first thing in the morning the next day, I wished I could have stayed longer. On that day, I was truly saved by choosing Tokyu Stay as my property! From check-in, my sad Tokyo stay turned into a very pleasant experience! Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable, but under renovation.

    Not far from the station and just a street away from the main road, it's not noisy even if you open the window. Of course, given the nature of Ikebukuro, you might hear the loud voices of drunken people from late at night to early morning. During this business trip, I took time to work out in the fitness center at night and early morning, so having a washing machine in the Room was very convenient. I did laundry once at night and once more after returning from the fitness center in the morning before checking out. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten something and called, and they promptly arranged to send it to my home. One downside was the strong smell of adhesive in the Room right after renovation, which was overwhelming even for someone not particularly sensitive like me. However, after opening the window and running the air purifier at full capacity, it became unnoticeable. Such smells might linger for a while after renovation, so it might be best to keep the windows open as much as possible. Since it's under renovation, there are various temporary setups, and I wasn't sure which way to go after getting off the elevator. It would be helpful if they could put up signs with arrows pointing to the exit. Also, when I called about the forgotten item, there was a process of pressing numbers to select the purpose of the call, and I felt some options were unnecessary, which might lower customer satisfaction. It might be better to set "Forgotten items in the Room" as one of the initial options. I hope they prioritize frequently asked inquiries.
