    Mother and daughter trip

    A trip with my 2-year-old daughter. We stayed here because we wanted to pack light, and having a washing machine and microwave was a big help—we made great use of them! The free drinks at the front desk also gave us a good reason to take our toddler out of the Room during her “no” phase. We’d love to stay again next year.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing in Sapporo and to watch a game at ES CON Field. Overall, both the room and the common areas were well cleaned and felt very tidy. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were also polite, with courteous greetings and service. Breakfast was the same menu on both days, but although the selection was limited, everything was delicious. There were two points that felt a bit disappointing. First, at the umbrella stand by the main entrance, plastic umbrellas were left in a messy way (most weren’t properly folded and were just stuck in), which didn’t look very nice. Second, on busy breakfast days, it would be helpful if the Hotel could assign seats based on party size. We stayed as a family of three but could only find seats side by side at the counter, while some parties of two used four-person tables and sat next to each other rather than across. It seemed like seating could be managed more appropriately by the Hotel. I also got the impression that staffing may be tight, so I understand it may be difficult, but it would be even better with a bit more consideration. That said, access from the station is convenient, and overall we had a good stay. I would like to stay again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you very much.

    I was very satisfied.

    All the staff were kind, and you can see the Sapporo TV Tower from the window in the morning and at night. It was excellent—there’s a renovated restaurant, and breakfast is even provided for free. It was an almost perfect Accommodation. I highly recommend it, and I’d love to stay here again when I visit Sapporo next time.

    The facility and location are excellent, but there are some concerns regarding service and certain aspects of the environment.

    The room's facilities were excellent. It included a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine, making the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was new and had a clean overall impression. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby activities. However, there were some concerns as well. There was a sewage-like smell in the bathroom that persisted throughout the stay. Also, the water pressure for hot water was quite weak and not very comfortable. This might have been due to being assigned a room on the top floor. Regarding customer service, it felt somewhat impersonal at times. There were several occasions when staff did not greet us even when passing by in the lobby, and they seemed to avoid eye contact at times. Furthermore, during check-in, other guests appeared to be offered welcome drinks; however, we received no such offer or explanation about it. Although our check-in time wasn’t late (around 4 PM), we were assigned a corner room on the top floor despite requesting otherwise. After some discussion among staff members following our request to avoid corner rooms, we were told that "this will be your room," with no option for change provided. Unfortunately, this resulted in enduring strong odors from the bathroom for three days—a bit disappointing. Given how excellent both facilities and location are here already—improvements in customer service and attention to detail could significantly enhance overall impressions of this hotel!

    This was my second stay!

    This was my second stay following the summer. Since the hotel is located along a main road, I was initially concerned about winter snow conditions, but its proximity to the subway made it easy to navigate Sapporo without much worry. Above all, having a washing machine in the room allowed me to travel with minimal luggage, and with optional room cleaning services, I could relax as if living there. Highly recommended for multiple-night stays. The restaurant has been renovated, and I was lucky to receive mini parfaits and breakfast as gifts. I would love to stay here again!

    Ruby Wedding Moon

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. The 19 sqm twin Room felt too small, making it difficult to relax. There was a slight odor from the bathroom drainage that bothered me. It was hard to distinguish between the front desk and the restaurant.

    Having a washing machine is excellent.

    I stayed for 3 nights, so I really appreciated being able to do laundry. I washed everything the day before leaving and brought it back, which made things much easier once I got home. The front desk area was undergoing significant construction, which surprised me a bit, but since it's a Business Hotel and not a luxury stay, it wasn't an issue. I'd like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    Second stay.

    This time, I stayed in a twin room. With an early reservation, it was quite affordable at 13,300 yen for two nights. It is very convenient as it is about a 1-minute walk from Exit 34. Unfortunately, the view from the window was not good this time. Having a washing machine in the room is convenient.

    It was a convenient location.

    The staff at the Hotel were kind. The Room had a drum-type washing machine and detergent. However, there was a strong ammonia-like odor in the toilet and bath area. I tried cleaning it myself, but the smell didn’t go away. While it looked clean at first glance, the odor made me question if even the bed area was truly clean. There were also hairs on the bed that weren’t mine, which felt unpleasant. The location of the Hotel was convenient, but perhaps I got an unlucky Room this time. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing a Hotel, and lately, I feel that cleaning standards have become lax in many places. Although I don’t want to be too direct, considering that it cost nearly 30,000 yen per night, I felt it wasn’t worth the price—hence this review rating.

    The Room is extremely hot.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a business trip. Perhaps it's unique to Hokkaido, but the room was extremely hot. The heating was too strong, causing headaches, and on the first night, I ended up sweating while sleeping as I couldn't figure out how to adjust it. From the second night onward, I used the air conditioning to sleep. Additionally, during my stay, the front desk seemed to be under construction? It was hard to identify where it was located, and I couldn't even use a restroom there. It would have been helpful if they had informed me about the construction in advance. On a positive note, every room is equipped with a washing machine so you can do laundry daily. Also, it was very quiet as no noise from hallways or nearby rooms could be heard.

    I stayed here for work. It was just for sleeping, but I was very satisfied. I found out after arriving that the first floor was under renovation, which is why the price was lower than usual despite typically being high, but it wasn't an issue. Thank you very much.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay, and I made the reservation through IKYU. The front desk staff was kind and attentive, and the twin room was spacious with convenient amenities like a washing machine and microwave. The bathroom was also very clean. Best of all, being on the 14th floor with a direct view of the clock tower meant I didn’t even need a watch. I visit Sapporo every three months, so I would love to stay here again.

    The location is excellent.

    Stayed for 3 nights. The amenities could be improved, especially the razor. The lobby is small, but that's understandable. The location is excellent—quiet as it's slightly away from the busy areas. The washing machine was convenient and helped reduce luggage.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I used this accommodation for the first time, having been curious about it since its construction as I used to live nearby. The room felt more spacious than I expected. The bathroom was also roomy, and I was especially impressed by the ReFa amenities, hairdryer, and showerhead. There was even a washing machine in the room, which I used every day (laughs). Although you need to carry your delivery packages to the front desk yourself, considering the accommodation cost, it's understandable. The facilities are sufficient for a comfortable stay as if living there. I would love to stay again!

    No space for luggage.

    The Hotel is well-located and clean, which is satisfying, but the Room is extremely small. There is no space to open a suitcase, and there’s no closet to hang clothes, so you have to hang them on the bar outside. If two people have many outfits or during seasons with coats, clothes overlap in the narrow hallway and stick out, making it feel even more cramped. Personally, I think having a closet would be better than forcing a washing machine into such a small Room. It might be suitable for single travelers with minimal luggage.

    It was a very satisfying stay.

    The room is equipped with a microwave and washing machine, allowing for a home-like experience, which I found to be a unique advantage compared to other hotels. One minor concern was the water temperature from the bathroom faucet, as mentioned in other reviews. Although I set it to 40°C, it felt as hot as 44°C, so I had to turn the lever significantly towards cold water to adjust the temperature. It might be good to exercise caution when using it for the first time. The front desk and cleaning staff always greeted me with smiles, making my stay very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again during my next visit to Sapporo.

    It became a wonderful travel memory.

    I stayed here in March for a concert at the Sapporo Dome! The hotel is conveniently accessible from Odori Station, and the room had a washing machine and microwave, making it very convenient for a Multiple Night Stay. The thoughtful gesture of providing concert-themed message cards made this trip an unforgettable memory! I would love to stay here again when I visit Sapporo. Thank you so much!

    Very convenient.

    The most convenient feature of the Hotel in the Tokyu series is that there is a washing machine and microwave in the guest room, so there is no need to go to a public laundry room or wait for others to finish. For long trips, I would definitely choose it. However, this Hotel is not near Sapporo Station, and after arriving in Sapporo, you need to go to the dedicated Odori Subway Station. It might be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

    The mini kitchen is very convenient.

    Stayed for 3 nights at Sapporo Tokyu Stay Sapporo from 10/31-11/3 Transportation: The fastest way to the hotel is a 3-minute walk from Exit 34 of Odori Station (Exit 34 has a small escalator going up to the first floor, but no escalator going down to B1). If you have luggage, you can take the elevator from Exit 37. If you take the airport central bus, you can get off at Minami 3-jo Susukino and walk about 6 minutes to the hotel. The hotel has limited parking spaces for those driving. Advantages: Multiple Night Stay for three nights, I wanted to book a room with a small kitchen and a washing machine, so I chose to stay at Tokyu Stay. The room is equipped with a washer-dryer combo, microwave, induction stove, sink, air purifier, pots, kitchen utensils, kitchen paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and a brand new dish sponge. If you need knives and cutting boards, you can borrow them from the front desk. For those who enjoy cooking, you can book a room type with a small kitchen like this! The bed in the room is quite comfortable, and there are outlets & USB ports on the bedside table. For extended stays, a bag with amenities, towels, pajamas, and garbage bags is hung on the doorknob daily. You can leave the garbage outside the door in the morning, and the cleaning staff will take it away and provide you with a new garbage bag. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor (an old model coffee machine, the coffee is not very good). The room is 24 square meters, can open two 29-inch suitcases, has a luggage rack, a comfortable sense of space, smooth WiFi connection, and a separate bath and toilet. There is a LAWSON at the corner of the hotel, and it's convenient to walk to Nijo Market for seafood. If you want to cook at night, it's about a 13-minute walk to the nearby supermarket Toko Store Sapporo Factory Store. If you can't sleep at night, you can take a walk to the Odori Park TV Tower. Overall, the transportation is quite convenient. Disadvantages: 1. There is no view outside the window, and the soundproofing between rooms is quite good, but the soundproofing outside the window is not very good. 2. Washing and drying clothes takes about 4 hours, which is a bit long. It is recommended to put the clothes in for washing and drying before going out, so it will be convenient and time-saving when you return. 以上

    The presence of a washing machine and range in the Room is highly appreciated.

    I stayed at Sapporo Odori. I'm not sure if it was just the room, but the bed arrangement and bathroom door were better at Sapporo Odori. The amenities, especially having a newspaper, were nice. The microwave and especially the washing machine were very useful, and since there was only detergent (fabric softener can leave a smell in the washing machine, which can be very annoying for those who dislike it), I was able to do laundry comfortably without any strange odors.

    The washing machine was a great help.

    A trip from the hot Kanto to the cool Hokkaido After arriving, I was able to do laundry right away and prepare for the return day, so I had less luggage for changes of clothes. As mentioned in the reviews, the breakfast was really delicious. I recommend it.
