    It was a very convenient Hotel.

    I stayed here to visit the Kabuki-za Theatre, Shinbashi Enbujo Theatre, Shiki Theatre Company, and Tokyo International Forum. It was wonderful that I could get from Haneda Airport to Higashi-Ginza without transfers, and the Hotel is right by the exit stairs. Cross the street and you’re at Kabuki-za; it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Shinbashi Enbujo Theatre and Yurakucho Station. Hamamatsucho is also just two stops away—very convenient. There’s a convenience store nearby, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to central Ginza. The Room was compact but well laid out and easy to move around in. The two-door refrigerator was also great, especially having a freezer compartment. Having a washer-dryer meant I could pack lighter and avoid doing a huge load of laundry after getting home, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

    I usually stay at Tokyu Stay Shimbashi, but this was my first time staying in Ginza for sightseeing. The Room was compact, and the new washing machine was quiet and easy to use. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    Unfortunately.

    I chose this location for its proximity to Kabukiza, but the Room did not feel worth the price (approximately 110,000 yen for 3 nights). It might be unavoidable since it's in Ginza. Cleaning services are charged for stays up to 6 nights, and I didn't feel the carpets were clean. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor absorbed into the bedding that made it difficult to sleep on the first night. The next morning, I sprayed a large amount of deodorizer several times and let it dry before finally eliminating the smell. Even if covers are replaced, odors absorbed into items like comforters, bed pads, or pillows cannot be removed. The towels were soft and absorbent and were replaced daily, which was appreciated. However, I couldn't bring myself to use the washing machine as its detergent case had black mold.

    The best moderate room!

    The accommodation is conveniently located just a short walk from Higashi-Ginza Station and within walking distance of Ginza Station. Nearby attractions include Kabukiza Theatre, Shimbashi Enbujo Theatre, Ginza Mitsukoshi, GINZA SIX, and Matsuya Ginza, making it an ideal spot for sightseeing. Having stayed at several extended-stay accommodations in the past, this room stands out with a high level of satisfaction. While many accommodations now offer amenities like air purifiers, drum washing machines, and TVs with YouTube access, I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and trouser press here as well. These were very practical and user-friendly. The design seems tailored for business travelers but is also highly appreciated by tourists. It offers the comfort of staying as if you were living in a studio apartment. Additionally, the soundproofing was excellent—I could barely hear any noise from neighboring rooms—allowing me to relax without worrying too much about other guests. I would love to stay here again when traveling to Ginza!

    Very comfortable!

    The simplified check-in and check-out process, spacious room, charming kitchen, and even a washing machine made it so comfortable that I wanted to stay for about a week. Its proximity to the heart of Ginza allows easy access to shopping and dining within walking distance. It has become one of the hotels I would love to visit again.

    A clean Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

    Close to Higashi-Ginza Station, within walking distance to the heart of Ginza. Conveniently located near Tsukiji and Yurakucho. Stayed in a Room with a microwave, making it easy to enjoy warm convenience store meals. However, the bathtub cleaning could be improved—this was a downside. Everything else was GOOD!

    Convenient location near Kabukiza with excellent service.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a Kabuki performance. The location, just steps from Higashi-Ginza, was surprisingly convenient with easy access to all parts of Ginza, allowing me to enjoy sightseeing beyond the Kabukiza Theatre. Although the room was small, it was clean, compactly organized, and very functional. As someone on a multiple night stay, I greatly appreciated having an in-room washing machine.

    Lacks cleanliness.

    The location is very convenient. Considering it was around 20,000 yen in Ginza, the small Room size was understandable, but the cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom area had white mold, and it seemed like the walls around the bathtub were never cleaned. While there were no issues with the sheets, it still made me uneasy. The air conditioning blew directly onto my face when lying down, which was extremely uncomfortable and disrupted my sleep as I kept turning it on and off. Right at the entrance of the Room, there was a large drum washing machine with a microwave placed on top!? With only a narrow desk available—was this meant for dining? It felt more like a Room designed for backpackers.

    Located in the Ginza area, making shopping very convenient. However, the breakfast is not very flavorful and has limited variety.

    It was comfortable.

    The bathroom and toilet lights leak into the bedroom, causing the bedroom to become bright every time the toilet or bathroom is used. We hope for measures to prevent light leakage. Other than that, it was comfortable.

    The staff's service is excellent.

    This time, I stayed for a long period. During my stay, I often had various requests at the front desk, but all the staff responded promptly and courteously with a smile. I have used many hotels, but I think it is rare to find a hotel where the staff's response is as pleasant as here.

    Comfortable Stay in Tokyo

    Great location in Ginza. Just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop for Narita Airport. The Room is very clean and modern. Having a washing machine in the Room is really convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo in the future.

    I was satisfied.

    Stayed here to see the Kabukiza, and it was nice to be close (next door). Meals were also nearby, and it was an enjoyable time. However, I was concerned about the whitened walls in the bathroom. Being in the middle of Ginza, I will use it again.
