    We had a relaxing stay.

    The Room was a bit small, but I think it was good value for the price. Having a washer-dryer was great. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea service. The in-room amenities were good as well, including plates, coffee cups, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. It was close to Tsukiji Market, so I was able to enjoy the delicious tuna I had been hoping for. It was also conveniently located near the station with easy access. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Convenient access to various locations

    It’s always within walking distance from Tokyo Station. On the day I stayed, it was unusually cool, so I walked. Tsukiji Outer Market, Kabuki-za Theatre, Ginza, and Tsukishima are all within walking distance, which is very convenient. The bathtub filled up with hot water in no time, which was great.

    The service was excellent.

    The in-room washer/dryer was very convenient for a stay of almost a week. Perhaps because it was during the rainy season, I noticed a musty smell from the shower curtain and linens. Towel replacement was provided in an eco bag, which is great from an environmental standpoint, but I wasn’t sure whether it was the same bag used for collecting used towels, so I had some concerns about cleanliness. The station and bus stop were close by, and everyone at the front desk and on the housekeeping team provided pleasant service. I also appreciated that the lobby had water, hot water, and free coffee available.

    Having a washing machine was really helpful.

    We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We chose not to include breakfast. It rained and our clothes got wet, but the fully automatic washing machine in the Room was very helpful. The Hotel was excellent, with a ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a microwave.

    Every time, I stay at Tokyu Stay Tsukiji. The Room is fully equipped with a microwave and washer-dryer, plus a wide range of amenities, drinks, an ice machine, a coffee server, and more. It’s a Hotel that offers everything you could need, making for a relaxing and very satisfying stay.

    Conveniently close to Ginza—and affordable.

    Acceptable for a Business Hotel. There is no dining room or restaurant in the building, but since it is located within the Tsukiji Market area, you will have no trouble finding breakfast or lunch. There are many appealing restaurants nearby, making it hard to choose. It is very convenient for getting anywhere in Tokyo, as Ginza Subway Station is close by.

    Located in Tsukiji, with many attractions within walking distance. Breakfast is also very convenient—nearby you can enjoy sushi and other fresh seafood.

    Highly satisfying.

    I usually stayed at a different Hotel, but since it was fully booked, I chose Stay. Located in the Tsukiji Outer Market, it's very convenient for breakfast. Ginza, Shimbashi, and Tsukishima are all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient. Kabuki-za is also about a 5-minute walk away. The convenience is unbeatable. I plan to use it again in the future.

    Great location and comfortable!

    I stayed at the accommodation for a business trip. It was a long stay of 5 nights, but the room had a drum-type washing machine, so I didn’t have to worry about laundry, which was great. The microwave was also very convenient. The amenities were well-stocked, including body soap, shampoo, and a ReFa hair dryer, which was a delightful feature for women.

    The location is excellent!

    Walking distance to Ginza, the hotel's location was perfect as I wanted to visit Tsukiji Market in the morning! As soon as you step out of the hotel, you're on a lively street near Tsukiji Market, which was vibrant and enjoyable. I also used the breakfast plan at a partnered shop near Tsukiji for 800 yen and was very satisfied with having a delicious Tekka-don in the morning. The room's washer with a dryer function was extremely helpful during my multiple night stay. Although I hesitate to mention negatives, I hope these points can be improved: The bathtub drainage was poor, and dust had accumulated on the ceiling ventilation fans (both in-room and in the restroom). On a positive note, the staff (two Japanese women at reception) were very kind and pleasant. I hope these improvements are made so this hotel can become even more comfortable!

    Suitable for your stay

    The room was equipped with a drum-type washing machine, microwave, and a large refrigerator, which were truly convenient. I was also surprised by the wide variety of tea available in the lounge. With Tsukiji Subway Station nearby, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    In the heart of Tsukiji Outer Market

    Located in the heart of Tsukiji Outer Market, the location is excellent. Breakfast service coupons are provided, but it's worth waking up early to explore the market. While many shops open at 8 AM, there are plenty that start earlier. Deciding what to eat is part of the fun—sushi or seafood, hormone rice bowls, tamagoyaki, or perhaps taking some eel back to enjoy at the Hotel. Start your day by planning your strategy at Yonemoto Coffee!

    Having a washer-dryer and microwave is very convenient.

    Located in the Tsukiji Outer Market, this accommodation offers an excellent location within walking distance to Higashi-Ginza and Ginza. There are plenty of dining options nearby, but for longer stays, having a microwave available was very convenient for times when I wanted to enjoy a bento meal. The washer-dryer was also helpful for washing sweaty shirts and towels on the same day. Breakfast is provided through meal coupons that can be used at nearby restaurants, offering a variety of choices which I found enjoyable. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity!

    Located right next to Tsukiji Outer Market

    Great location. Convenient access to Tsukiji, Tsukiji Market, and Higashi-Ginza subway stations. The Tsukiji Outer Market is visible right outside the Hotel. It was my first time staying at a Hotel with a washer-dryer, and it was very convenient. The mini kitchen, microwave, and table made it easy to enjoy food bought from outside in the Room. The downside is that the sheets are not duvet-style but spread-style. The sheets come off easily, causing the comforter to touch your skin directly, which can be uncomfortable. Next time, I might bring disposable duvet covers myself.

    Ideal for business trips

    Conveniently located near Tsukiji Subway Station. Enjoy the Tsukiji Outer Market, and thanks to excellent soundproofing, noise is not an issue at all. Although not used this time, a washing machine is available, making it easier to travel light.

    The smell of tobacco is disappointing.

    The room was clean and well-prepared, featuring a ReFa shower head, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the strong smell of tobacco from the hotel entrance to the elevator hall on the accommodation floor was disappointing. Since my room was close to the elevator hall, I even double-checked if I had mistakenly booked a smoking room. Additionally, while there were automated check-in and check-out machines available, it felt unprofessional that the front desk staff were chatting loudly without offering any greetings.

    I was very satisfied...

    I was very satisfied with the upgrade to a spacious Room. It would be great to have a single-serve coffee maker in the Room, as going downstairs for coffee is inconvenient.

    Poor value for money.

    I used the Plan with breakfast included. The Facility is not very new, and the smell around the water area was noticeable. Being close to Tsukiji, the area is lively and feels safe, and its proximity to the station makes it convenient. I had the partnered breakfast, but the portion was quite small... I hope they improve this even if it means raising prices. Looking forward to future improvements.

    Equipped with a microwave and washer-dryer

    For a conference trip, where I won't be going out to eat delicious food and will be stuck at the conference venue all day, only to return, have dinner, take a bath, and sleep, having a microwave and a washer-dryer is truly appreciated. Ideally, a bathroom with a washing area would be perfect.
