    A washing machine and microwave in the Room are convenient.

    Thank you for hosting us for one night. Thank you very much for kindly moving us to a Room with a washing machine. In summer, having a washing machine in the Room is essential. The Room was clean, and amenities such as cleansing oil and toner were provided, so we had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again in a Room with a washing machine.

    The washing machine is a great convenience!

    I chose to stay because the room has an in-room washer-dryer. When traveling, it can be a bit inconvenient to look for a coin laundry or, if the Hotel has one, to go check whether the machines are available. Having a washer in the room and being able to use it right away was extremely convenient. It saves time in many ways—and there’s no need to prepare 100-yen coins! Amenities are picked up from in front of the front desk, and I was glad that toothpaste was available on its own. It’s usually bundled with a toothbrush, but this time I brought my own toothbrush and had run out of toothpaste, so having toothpaste by itself was very helpful. The breakfast ham was delicious. The Kushiro yogurt was also very good. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay at Tokyu Stay again.

    This was my repeat stay. The location is convenient from Shimbashi Station, the Room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the amenities, including ReFa shampoo products and the shower head. I would like to stay here again for business trips or sightseeing in Tokyo. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    A welcome feature for women.

    I used this property for dining and museum visits in central Tokyo. It offers great access to the Ginza and Shinagawa areas, and it was convenient because it is also within walking distance from Shimbashi Station. The Room was equipped with an air purifier, a ReFa shower head, a ReFa hair dryer, and a microwave, and depending on the Room, a washer-dryer—features that are especially appreciated by women. The Room is compact and simple. It’s best to bring your own amenities. Since you can also walk to the Ginza area, I was able to use it casually and comfortably. There is no Onsen. (This item won’t disappear.)

    This was my sixth stay at Tokyu Stay Accommodation.

    I like Tokyu Stay because it offers a great location for the price, the Room is clean, and the staff are very helpful. Regarding this stay, there was just one issue: the Room had a strong food smell that couldn’t be masked even with deodorizer.

    As soon as I entered the Room, there was an unpleasant smell.

    I was upgraded to a Room with a washing machine, but as soon as I entered, there was a sewage-like smell. Since I noticed the same smell when I opened the toilet lid, it may have been due to an issue with the drainage. I turned on the air purifier and did what I could to reduce the odor. There was complimentary coffee service, but I do not like coffee and wanted tea. However, there were no tea bags next to the coffee machine, and I had to pick them up from the front desk, which was inconvenient. It is said to be a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, but for someone like me who is not familiar with the area, it was difficult to find. Thank you.

    Very convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed for 7 nights. The location is convenient for getting anywhere—Ginza, Hamarikyu Gardens, Toranomon, Odaiba, and more are all easy to reach. You can get anything you need near the station, while the Hotel itself is in a quiet area. There’s also a convenience store and a My Basket nearby. The Room is small, but I appreciated the large screen that can connect to YouTube. Having a washing machine and microwave in the Room is a big advantage over other hotels. The Room was kept clean, and the Facility was excellent—trouser press, humidifying air purifier, a desk for working, refrigerator, etc. I’d like to stay again.

    It was great.

    I used it for a business trip. Before my stay, I was worried that the in-room washing machine and microwave might get in the way since I wouldn’t be using them, but the Room layout was designed so well that I didn’t feel that at all. The location is great, and I had a comfortable stay. It was also very nice to be able to style my hair with ReFa products. I would like to stay again.

    I stay at Tokyu Stay Shimbashi every year. The Room is always kept clean, and the staff provide courteous service. I highly recommend staying at Tokyu Stay Shimbashi for its consistently high level of satisfaction.

    This is a Hotel I’ve...

    This is a Hotel I’ve been using often lately when I come to Tokyo. It’s not far from Shimbashi Station, and with a short walk you can also get to the Daimon area. The Tokyo Metro and Toei lines are also within walking distance, so the location is perfect for me! This time I stayed in a standard Room, but there are also Rooms with a washer/dryer, which is great for someone like me who sweats a lot in summer. The coffee service is also nice—I can take it with me on the way out and enjoy it while walking to the station. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    The night staff all looked me up and down with suspicious gazes, making it clear I was not welcome as they didn’t even greet me until I initiated. It seemed they were too busy and perhaps preferred fewer guests. However, the morning staff greeted me cheerfully, allowing me to head out for work in a pleasant mood.

    Shinbashi was convenient.

    It is a bit of a walk from Shimbashi Station, but the location in Shimbashi is convenient with easy access to Ueno, Shinagawa, and Narita Airport. The area is impressive with numerous izakayas. The service was excellent, and the washer-dryer was very convenient. It was a satisfying Hotel.

    A clean Business Hotel.

    The location is about a 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, and it is very quiet as it is separated from the entertainment district by a main road. It is extremely convenient for dining and drinking. The room is clean and well-maintained, with a spacious layout even for a single room in a business hotel. A microwave is available in the room, making it convenient for in-room dining. Bathroom amenities and the hairdryer are Refa products. The room's air conditioning system allows you to set your preferred temperature. On the downside, due to low window insulation, it felt slightly cold during sleep, requiring heating. Overall, this accommodation offers a comfortable stay as a business hotel. For weekend stays in Tokyo at around 20,000 yen, it provides good value for money.

    Beautiful Hotel

    I left my luggage before check-in, and the front desk staff were very kind and greeted me with a smile. The room was clean. The highlights were definitely the ReFa showerhead and hairdryer! These were incredibly appreciated! It's also conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. I would love to make this my regular accommodation when visiting Tokyo.

    Disappointing Toilet (Bidet Seat)

    Highly recommended.

    Conveniently located near the station and within walking distance to Ginza, with a convenience store nearby. The staff were very accommodating, and surprisingly (in a good way!), the bathroom was spacious with a large bathtub, which was very satisfying. Most impressively, ReFa shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer were provided. Breakfast was delicious; however, it was slightly disappointing that the menu remained exactly the same for two consecutive days. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay here again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The room has multiple lights, making it bright and convenient for the elderly. Additionally, having a separate bath (with a washing area) and toilet was a great feature. Next time, I would like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

    Having a washing machine is appreciated.

    Having access to laundry facilities anytime is very convenient, especially since I go to the gym during my stay. The availability of ReFa showerheads and hair irons is also a great feature. While I'm still not used to walking through the nightlife area of Shimbashi, it now feels like coming home in a way. I look forward to staying here again whenever I'm in Tokyo. Thank you!

    The location was good, but disappointing.

    This was my first stay due to the convenient location. The response from the male staff was disappointing (female staff were average). There was no guidance about the coffee service in the lobby during check-in, and I only noticed it at check-out. Generally, there were no greetings from staff when passing through the lobby; instead, they were chatting among themselves. Compared to other hotels of a similar level that I have stayed at before, the facility ranks high (ReFa hairdryer and showerhead, clean bathroom), but staff service is significantly below average. Around 12:30 AM, there was continuous knocking on doors in the hallway. Although I felt secure with an elevator restricted to accommodation floors via card key access, I became uneasy and called reception. The response was curt: "I'll go check on that floor," with no follow-up afterward. Additionally, it seemed like walls were thin as conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly—while not enough to discern exact words, it was evident someone laughing and talking loudly next door.

    In recent years, complete satisfaction

    I often use city hotels for work or short trips, and this one was quite satisfying compared to others recently. Highlights include: - Although I stayed alone, two sets of towels were provided in advance. - The hairdryer was ReFa, offering excellent drying speed and satisfaction. - As a non-smoking room, it was naturally odorless. - The hotel's location is easy to spot thanks to the icon on the rooftop of the building. - The tissues provided were not stingy in quality or quantity. It felt like it took slightly longer than 3 minutes from JR Shimbashi Station, and the path to the hotel goes through a busy downtown area with some clutter. However, I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and amenities—truly living up to the Tokyu brand reputation!

    Very affordable and convenient

    I stayed for 3 nights as I needed to travel between Tokyo and Yokohama for work. I often use Tokyu Stay for stays of 3 nights or more because of the in-room washing machine, but this location exceeded expectations with its excellent room design. Despite being compact, it didn’t feel cramped, making it a wonderful 3 days that helped me recover from work fatigue. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is just behind the building. I would definitely choose this place again when needing a Multiple Night Stay in Tokyo.

    A Hotel with excellent service.

    The access from Shimbashi Station is excellent, and the building is easy to locate, making it convenient even for first-time visitors. The service was exceptionally polite and sincere, far exceeding expectations for a Business Hotel. The room, especially the bathroom area, was modern and very functional. However, there was one disappointing aspect: the refrigerator did not cool well at all. This issue was also mentioned by someone staying in another room. Since there was no temperature adjustment function available, I hope this can be improved in the future.

    Very good Business Hotel

    Close to Shimbashi and within walking distance to Ginza, the location was excellent. The coffee on the first floor was also delicious. The single Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and allowed for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. I also enjoyed the collaboration project with Rika-chan; I got so immersed in it that I stayed up late creating something and was thrilled to receive a gift. Next time I stay in Shimbashi, I'll choose this Hotel again. Thank you!
