    Highly recommended for attending concerts at Tokyo Dome!

    I stayed here when I attended Nogizaka46’s Tokyo Dome concert. I’ve also stayed here for other concerts in the past, so overall I feel very comfortable and reassured. This time my Room was No. 606. It felt luxurious, with ReFa shampoo, treatment, body soap, and a ReFa shower head! The biggest advantage is having a washer-dryer in the Room! The free drinks near the lobby are available from early morning until late at night, which is really appreciated. One downside is the free space that can also be used as the breakfast area. It’s great that you can use it freely, but since there are things like kendama and a soccer board game set up, it can get quite noisy at times if your timing is unlucky. Most hotels have a restaurant, dining hall, or an attached family restaurant, but this Hotel doesn’t have one—so if you’re particular about breakfast, you may hesitate over whether to book with breakfast or not. There are convenience stores, Sugi Pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants nearby, so even with No Meals Included or in an emergency you won’t have any trouble! I’ll stay here again when I get the chance!

    Convenient.

    The location was excellent—arriving by JR and using the Toei lines the next day made it very convenient. Despite the convenient location, it was quiet at night, perhaps because there are many universities nearby. I stayed for business this time, but I have also stayed here when visiting Tokyo Dome privately. Being able to walk to Tokyo Dome City is a big plus. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was conveniently ...

    It was conveniently located near the station. It had a front-loading washer-dryer, a microwave and tableware, and a large TV. The shampoo and other toiletries were provided, and I was happy to find a ReFa shower head and hair dryer. I’d like to stay here again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here for a live event. The provided ReFa shampoo, body soap, shower head, and hair dryer were very much appreciated. Unlike other Business Hotels I’ve stayed at before, being able to do laundry and drying in the Room was a great feature. Having breakfast in the Room was a first for me; I thought it might feel lacking, but the soup and fish were delicious, and I enjoyed eating hot meals at my own pace in the comfort of my Room. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, which is on a convenient line for getting anywhere. There are also some shops nearby, and the Hotel was well-equipped with amenities and beverages. The staff at the lobby were polite and kind, leaving a great impression. The Hotel itself was clean and had a sense of cleanliness. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.     Conveniently located near Suidobashi Station. The room was clean and equipped with a drum-type washer-dryer, allowing me to do laundry during my trip. I was surprised as it was my first time experiencing this. It’s especially appreciated for those on a Multiple Night Stay. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Necessary and sufficient

    I became a fan after just one stay. The rooms are compact, but the accommodation provided an excellent experience. The staff are all very kind and attentive, and despite being close to the station, it is surprisingly quiet. With drugstores and restaurants nearby, you won't find yourself lacking anything.

    There was an issue with the cleanliness.

    The inside of the bathtub in the bathroom felt rough to the touch, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. I wanted to soak in hot water, so I tried cleaning it with a body sponge and body soap but gave up halfway and only used the shower. There was black dirt on the wall right at the entrance of the bathroom. It looked like mold at first glance, but I couldn't tell for sure what it was. The wall next to the toilet bowl was yellowed. The air purifier provided in the room had black dust accumulated around its vent, making me doubt whether turning it on would make the air even dirtier. The walls were also grimy overall. This was by far my worst experience among all Hotels I've booked through IKYU.com so far. It wasn't even one of their cheapest options either. I've stayed at other Tokyu Stay locations before and liked them for their convenience, such as having laundry machines in rooms, so this experience is disappointing. I'm planning to stay at another Tokyu Stay for a week in November, but this incident has made me quite anxious—I might have no choice but to switch to a different Hotel instead.

    A great Hotel that meets all essential requirements.

    Close to the station, yet quiet and comfortable at night as it is located one street back. I enjoyed relaxing in the Room with coffee from the lobby. Heating up packaged sandwiches or meal sets in the Room's microwave was convenient, especially for working or eating without worrying about time. The Room size is acceptable for this price range, and being in such a convenient location in Tokyo made my stay even better. This time, I used a Plan with a late check-out until 1 PM, which was very helpful as my companion had an early morning appointment. I stayed back to work comfortably in the Room and later spent about an hour adjusting my schedule in the lobby while enjoying another coffee. Overall rating: 5 stars—I will definitely use this service again! The late check-out Plan was particularly beneficial; it would be great if such Plans were available for single Rooms too.

    Convenient

    I have used this place several times for business trips. It is conveniently located near the station, a convenience store, and a drugstore. The washing machine in the room is especially helpful. Since it was summer, I could do laundry every day. Breakfast consists of frozen items that you heat up in your room, but the menu is limited and can get repetitive during a Multiple Night Stay. The soups are not very tasty. The staff were all kind and pleasant to interact with.

    The overall experience was pleasant with new tableware, a washing machine, free coffee, and even ice cream (Pino) as thoughtful touches. This time, I stayed for one night, skipped a day, and then stayed for two more nights. It was mostly comfortable; however, the mold in the bathroom was disappointing. The cleaning seemed to have been done by foreign staff. I wanted to relax in the bath but found it unacceptable. When I stayed in a different Room two days later, it was clean and had been cleaned by Japanese staff. Perhaps due to cultural differences, this was quite disappointing. If such an issue arises next time, would it be possible to request a Room change?

    Great location, and having a washing and drying machine with detergent in the Room was convenient. The ReFa hairdryer was also exciting!

    ReFa hair dryer and shampoo

    Three adults stayed at the accommodation. The room had a washing machine, which was very convenient for my daughter who came directly from university and needed to return to school. We visited the LaQua Onsen, so we didn’t use the shower, but there was a ReFa hair dryer and shampoo provided, which my daughter regretted not being able to use. For breakfast, it might have been better to eat outside. The faucet in the sink was wobbly, which was concerning.

    Thankful for the washer-dryer.

    During our stay, it was humid with intermittent rain, so the in-room washer-dryer was extremely helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and having two days' worth of clothes was sufficient. The price was reasonable, and its proximity to Suidobashi Station makes us want to stay here again. The front desk staff were also very pleasant.

    I had a very affordable stay.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. Amid rising hotel prices in Tokyo, I was able to make a reservation at about half the usual price thanks to a campaign. The room had a drum-type washing machine and a microwave, making it feel suitable for long-term stays. Even though it was just one night, I used the drum-type washing machine with drying function—it was quiet and came with clear instructions for use. What made me especially happy was that the shampoo and conditioner were from ReFa! While I've seen ReFa showerheads before, this was my first time encountering ReFa shampoo and conditioner as well. If I have another chance to stay at such an affordable rate, I would definitely like to use this hotel again.

    Affordable and Comfortable Hotel

    Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here during my visit to Tokyo Dome. The location is convenient, being close to the station and the Dome. The Room was spacious enough without any waste, and I was surprised by the variety of amenities like a microwave and washing machine. The Room was bright, clean, and very pleasant. I appreciated being allowed to check in a little earlier than usual—thank you so much! Although the amenities were standard due to its reasonable price... it was a very comfortable and cozy Hotel.     Room facilities upgraded

    The hairdryer, showerhead, shampoo, and treatment are all from Refa. Although the bathroom itself hasn't been renovated, it instantly lifted my spirits. This hotel is conveniently located near Suidobashi Station, offering a great location at a reasonable price. Being part of the Tokyu brand also ensures a reliable stay. There are many international guests as well, but everyone is surprisingly quiet and well-mannered, making each visit pleasant and comfortable.

    Perfect for Tokyo Dome LIVE events

    Check-in from 3:00 PM can be slightly crowded. You can save time by completing simple paperwork when dropping off your luggage in advance. The Room was spacious, equipped with necessary appliances, and comfortable. The bathroom had a slightly musty smell, similar to turning on an air conditioner after a long time, but it was manageable. It's conveniently located near the station and close to the dome!

    The location, Facility, and overall beauty of the property were all very satisfying. However, above all, I was greatly impressed by the smart and pleasant assistance provided by the front desk staff (including those with training tags) in handling luggage and accommodating various requests before and after check-in/out.     Cleaning is insufficient and lacks a sense of cleanliness.

    Food crumbs were scattered on the table, and there was a lot of hair on the Room wear and bed, so I contacted the front desk and was told they would change my Room, and I moved to a floor below. However, in that Room as well, there was hair stuck to the bathroom walls and bath towels. Since it was late at night and I was tired, I gave up and endured it, but it was very unpleasant. The staff's service was good, but the insufficient cleaning made the Room feel uncomfortable.
