  Clean and cost-effective Hotel

  I had a comfortable stay. The facility was very clean, and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

  Room Again

  Thank you for your hospitality again. I stayed just two weeks ago, and surprisingly, it was the same room as last time. Is this a common occurrence? However, the room, bathroom, and toilet were clean and well-maintained. The curtains seemed new as well. The purified water that can be drunk directly is also a great feature. Am I the only one who feels there are many inbound travelers? I would love to stay again in the future, so thank you in advance!

  Comfortable Hotel

  I have stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn multiple times, and this time, despite some issues like a burnt-out light bulb and a curtain partially detached, I appreciate the prompt responses. The purified water in the Hotel that can be drunk directly is also a great feature. The breakfast selection is limited, so I hope it could be expanded. Considering the quiet Room and cost performance, it was excellent overall. Free drinks for Hotel members were also fantastic!

  2-night stay for a business trip

  I used this during my business trip to Osaka. I was unsure where to stay since I had several places to visit, but it was very convenient as multiple stations were within walking distance. The service was excellent, and the Facility and Room were clean and comfortable. I would like to use it again for future business trips.
