    Used on a business trip—better than expected!

    I had a series of business trips to Osaka and tried different Hotels each time to compare them. This Hotel had been on my shortlist from the beginning, but since the trip was expensed through my company, I needed to keep Accommodation costs as low as possible. On my third stay, there happened to be a sale, and I’m not sure if it was because it was last-minute, but I chose the “Room assigned on arrival” Plan. I checked in just before 21:00 after finishing work. When I opened the Room door—what?! It’s spacious! It was a corner Room with windows on two sides, and the bathroom had a separate washing area with no shower curtain… at this price? Even though I usually just take showers at home, I ended up soaking in the tub. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet with an upscale feel. I chose this Hotel hoping it would lift my spirits during a tough business trip—and it was absolutely the right choice. The surrounding area also suited me well. I’ll probably be coming to Osaka for business again, and I’d love to make this my regular Accommodation—but I have to think about company expenses… Maybe I’ll start scheduling my trips around the “Room assigned on arrival” Plan or sales.     I’d love to stay again, but…

    I stayed here on a business trip to Osaka. I usually have a regular Hotel I use when I’m in Osaka, but this time this one caught my eye and I decided to Reserve it. Is it a newly opened Hotel? The interior was clean, and the Room was well maintained. The location is very convenient, close to Umeda Station. The Yodobashi Camera building is right nearby (it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say next door), and there are restaurants and a supermarket underground, which was very handy. My Room was on the 5th floor, and as noted at the time of Reservation, the view was completely blocked by the wall of the neighboring building. Since I arrived at night, it wasn’t an issue. The Room size was just right for one person and perfectly fine. Amenities were provided in the typical Business Hotel style—take only what you need from the elevator hall. As a coffee lover, I usually bring drip coffee from home, but there were enough servings for night, morning, and even before check-out, so personally I don’t mind this setup. At check-in, I asked if they could keep my ice packs in their freezer. They kindly agreed, and at check-out the next morning they even came out from behind the counter to hand them back to me. Their service felt very attentive. After staying here, I learned it’s part of a JR-affiliated Hotel group. It reminded me that I once stayed at Granvia at Osaka Station; perhaps because it was during COVID-19 restrictions, but my impression then wasn’t great—so I was pleasantly surprised by how different (and better) the hospitality felt here. I’d definitely like to stay again. That said, I imagine it may not be common to find this class of Hotel at the price I paid this time. Still, on my next business trip to Osaka, this will be one of the first Hotels I look up. One thing that startled me: when I got into bed ready to sleep, there was something like a tiny flying insect and for a moment I thought “Wait—could that be a tick?” But since I immediately crushed it and threw it away without checking closely afterward،I couldn’t identify what it actually was. To be safe،I checked around all four corners of bed for any signs but found none،so it likely just wandered in from somewhere۔ In other countries，I always check upon entering room，but this is first time I've done so in Japan۔ I'm relieved it's probably nothing serious۔

    The hospitality is excellent.

    This was my second stay. Watching the front desk team, I feel they are always kind, courteous, and wonderful with every guest. They treat both Japanese and international visitors warmly and equally, which I truly admire. Although this Accommodation is very popular and often busy, I was able to use the lobby and elevators without any stress, making my stay very comfortable. Having the front desk on the first floor is also extremely convenient.

    Whirlwind Trip

    I had originally planned a day trip to Osaka, but I was feeling a bit tired, so I decided to stay at this Hotel. The front desk staff were kind, and I received pleasant service throughout. The Room was clean, and there was nothing to complain about. I stayed on the No Meals Included Plan, but there is a café on the first floor of the Hotel where I could enjoy a stylish breakfast. When I visit Umeda again, I would like to stay here. Thank you very much.

    Girls’ Sleepover for Three

    We wanted to stay with three childhood friends, and having a Room with triple beds was a must. In the end, we’re so glad we made a Reservation here! Thanks to the staff, we had everything we needed and could relax comfortably throughout our stay. We brought some board games, and there was a perfectly sized round table—so we could even sit around it and enjoy cake together, which we really appreciated. The bathroom was fairly spacious. The provided shampoo and conditioner felt amazing; I don’t know the brand, but I was genuinely impressed. Some people might find the washroom area a bit small. While getting ready in the morning, each of us used the sink area, a full-length mirror, and a tabletop mirror for makeup. Overall, the Facility was more than sufficient. The staff were flawless— they helped us a lot by storing our luggage from the morning, and they kindly provided plates and cutlery whenever we needed them. The breakfast buffet selection was great as well; it even included nostalgic Japanese snacks, which added a fun touch. The ice cream flavors were high quality. It also seemed like wine was available in the morning. Between the excellent service and this stylish, spotless Hotel, we were completely satisfied. We’ll definitely be back!

    Close to the station, we were able to relax in a spacious Room. Breakfast was also very satisfying.

    Used by two people for a business trip in Osaka Located across the street from Grand Front Osaka North Building. Easy access from the station, and since we chose a Room with separate bath and toilet, both the bathroom and the Room were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying, with freshly made omelets prepared to order and a great variety of breads.

    It was comfortable.

    I always stay here when I’m in Osaka. I made a Reservation with the Omakase Plan, and they prepared a twin Room for me, so I was able to relax comfortably in a spacious Room. The staff were very kind and pleasant. It’s also close to the station and convenient for dining and shopping. I will stay here again.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The bright, spacious lobby and the courteous, kind front desk staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. The Room was clean, and the outlets and small side table were very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast we had been looking forward to, especially the freshly made omelets prepared on the spot. We were also happy with the wide variety of vegetable-based dishes. If we have the chance to visit Osaka again, this is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

    Ideal for business travelers

    We stayed in a Visch...

    We stayed in a Vischio Twin Room with four people. We were worried it might feel a bit small, but it wasn’t at all, and there was plenty of space for everyone to open their suitcases. The extra bed and sofa bed were also comfortable—not too firm—and we slept well. The staff were very polite and attentive, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Because it’s close t...

    Because it’s close to Osaka Station, this was my first stay here. The Room was clean, and since the Facility provides only what you need, it felt spacious. Amenities are available for pickup in the lobby. Simple and comfortable. The bed had just the right level of softness, and I slept very well. It was more than enough for a solo business trip. I’d definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    The Room was spacious, and we were very satisfied!

    It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but once we got used to it, it didn’t bother us at all. We stayed with three people, and we were very satisfied—the bath and toilet were separate, and the Room was spacious. Since it isn’t connected to other buildings, we got wet in the rain. The Hotel staff were kind and attentive, and they even wiped down our suitcase that had gotten wet in the rain. Thank you very much.

    This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    I stayed here for sightseeing in Kyoto and Osaka. After consulting an AI, I chose this place because it’s in a convenient, newer area close to where I wanted to go (Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street). In fact, I was able to use the frequent buses instead of the train, which made sightseeing very comfortable. The Room was clean, and the amenities were more than sufficient. Breakfast was excellent, and I really enjoyed delicious Osaka specialties (nikusui beef soup, takoyaki gratin, takoyaki-style omelet, kushikatsu skewers, and more). I would definitely like to stay here again.

    A breakfast venue with beautiful greenery outside

    Although it is close to Osaka Station, I was able to rest very quietly. The Facility was kept very clean, and I could relax comfortably. The beautiful greenery outside the breakfast venue was especially impressive. I was also happy that my Room was upgraded.

    A Hotel in the Umeda area for guests who prioritize convenient access to public transportation.

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. I stay around 70 nights a year at Hotels and Ryokans for work and travel. ●Location Close to Umeda Station and Osaka Station, right next to Grand Front Osaka. It’s very convenient for business trips centered on train travel. The surrounding area also has many relatively clean, well-kept restaurants rather than the typical crowded drinking district you might associate with Osaka. ●Guest Room The Hotel exterior is stylish, but the rooms themselves are quite basic. There’s nothing particularly special, but since it’s a newer Hotel, it feels clean. ●Breakfast Unusually for a Hotel in this class, they offer made-to-order omelets from a live kitchen. There were also local Osaka-style items such as kushikatsu, nikusui (beef soup), and an omelet with takoyaki-style flavoring. Some items—like pancake syrup and miso soup—are dispensed by machines, which suggests an efficient operation. On the other hand, each table had a guide highlighting recommended buffet items, giving the impression that they’ve put thought into the experience within a limited budget. ●Overall Satisfaction Given the excellent location, the Accommodation Fee is slightly on the high side. That said, if you prioritize easy access to public transportation on business trips, this is a very practical Hotel.

    If location is your priority

    The location is extremely convenient. It’s close to both Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making it an ideal base for sightseeing or business. We didn’t have breakfast at the Hotel, and instead ate at nearby cafes. With a short walk, you can also enjoy breakfast while looking out over the lawns of Umekita Park. It’s not in the price range of an inexpensive Business Hotel, so considering the cost, I can’t say I was fully satisfied with the amenities—but given the location, I didn’t mind the small details.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I have stayed here several times. This time, I made a Reservation with the Room-assigned Plan, and it turned out to be a twin Room for single use. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably—thank you. All the staff were pleasant and responded courteously. Thank you very much. The Hotel is in a very convenient location, and depending on the route, you can get there with hardly any exposure to rain. I would definitely like to stay again.

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location was great, within walking distance of Osaka Station. Like many places, it felt like there were a lot of international visitors. The Room was clean and I have no complaints. It’s a Hotel I’d consider staying at again next time.

    The last Saturday of the Golden Week holiday

    I had originally planned to stay at Hotel Granvia, but switched at the last minute because Hotel Vischio became cheaper. I’ve stayed here many times, and the renovated interior was very pleasant.\nHowever, there were many trainees at the front desk and there were several mistakes, which was a bit unpleasant.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    As I’m not familiar with Osaka Station, I didn’t know the building name and got quite lost on the way. It would be helpful if there were signboards at key points in the station guiding guests to the Hotel. I stayed on a weekday and was upgraded; the Room was spacious, and it was very comfortable with almost no steps, including in the bathroom. The front desk staff were also kind, and this is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed alone on a business trip. The female staff member who assisted me at check-in was extremely kind and left a strong impression. The Room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, so I was able to rest well. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Satisfied with the stay for business use.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for business purposes, and I found the Room to be clean and comfortable. The bathroom gets a strict rating of 3 stars, but it is just a standard unit bath with no issues. There was a breakfast buffet, which was very delicious. I looked forward to it every morning. If I visit Osaka for business again, I would like to stay here next time as well.

    Criticism

    The bathroom drainage malfunctioned, flooding the toilet. Clothes for the next day were soaked as well. The Hotel's response was to offer another Room and provide extra towels, which felt insincere. Terrible experience. The breakfast menu was underwhelming and not worth the price. There were many foreign guests—perhaps that level of quality is acceptable? Especially the mochi in ozoni; it was like chewing gum, not real mochi. Awful. They might as well focus entirely on Italian cuisine instead—it’s currently mediocre and unappetizing. Coffee was terrible too.

    It was a comfortable and safe stay.

    The front staff were very kind and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. The single room had ample space, allowing me to move around easily even with my suitcase open. Additionally, I am grateful to the cleaning staff for their polite response to my sudden request. I would definitely consider this accommodation as my first choice when visiting Osaka again.

    Great location and design.

    The location is excellent, and using Grand Front Osaka made it cool and quick to reach Osaka Station. The semi-double bed was spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast had good variety with chilled tea porridge, skewered fried food, curry soup, etc., but adding more impactful ingredients could leave a stronger impression. While the hotel aims for a luxury image, amenities are self-served at the front desk, linen carts are always in the hallway near rooms, and workrooms are fully visible from the corridor—diminishing the sense of luxury considering the price. The building and front desk design were great, and staff provided polite and excellent service; however, it felt like a missed opportunity. It was unclear whether they aim to be a luxury hotel or a business hotel. If prices are raised further, I would appreciate better consideration of service balance.

    I had a Multiple Nig...

    I had a Multiple Night Stay this time, and I really felt it was great to stay here. First of all, it was conveniently close to the station yet quiet. The Room was spacious enough and relatively new, so it was clean. The buffet is also well-stocked. The only disappointment was that there wasn't a large public bath. Other than that, it was a highly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.
