    Clean and comfortable

    Free breakfast is included, and the location is convenient near Susukino. Amenities are free, and you can choose your preferred shampoo and conditioner. The Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

    When I checked in at...

    When I checked in at night, I was a bit concerned about the nearby building filled with nightlife venues, but the free breakfast—featuring Hokkaido-only lactic acid drinks, yogurt, and milk—along with the excellent service from the front desk staff left me with a much better impression.

    Room Clean!

    This was my first time staying here. Previously, I stayed at a slightly larger Hotel nearby, but I think this one was better. Although the check-out time is early at 10:00 AM, I was able to relax. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I stayed in Sapporo in winter.

    Recently, hotel accommodation costs have been rising, but I am very sorry to say that it did not seem to be at the level handled by IKYU. I don't want to write anything too negative, but I felt it necessary to state the truth and facts, so I have written this.

    A very beautiful and highly recommended Hotel!

    The cleaning is thorough and the price is very cheap. I was worried if it's really okay at such a price. I especially recommend the breakfast. There was a wide variety, and the staff quickly replenished the items when they ran out. The soup bar was excellent! The bread was also very delicious! Since I'm overweight, I refrained from eating the curry and sausages I wanted (only one piece of bread). I really wanted to try all the varieties until I was full. In this time of rising prices, I'm very satisfied with such a reasonable price, especially with breakfast included!

    Stayed for a short term

    Since I had made a prior reservation, the check-in process was smooth, and I could come and go with the card key without any hassle. The room was clean, and the twin beds made it feel spacious. Being in the entertainment district, I was concerned about noise, but it turned out to be unnecessary worry. However, the noise from the air conditioner's fan and the 24-hour ventilation was quite noticeable and bothersome. For breakfast, it seems curry is the main menu item (I didn't eat it). Considering the low accommodation cost, it might be understandable, but without the noise issue, I would have been quite satisfied.

    Affordable and well-located

    I didn't have high expectations because it was inexpensive, but although the room was small, the location was excellent, it was very clean, and I would definitely like to use it again if it's just for a group of men.
