    The service was excellent.

    I truly appreciate your prompt and courteous assistance, even though I realized on the 4th day of my stay that I had entered the wrong number of nights in my Reservation. I would love to use your service again!

    There are too many foreign tourists.

    There were too many foreign guests, and their poor manners made the stay extremely unpleasant.

    Please let me stay again!

    The lasagna was delicious, and the bath was great. The Room was the same one as always, which was wonderful! The special dishes were not tasty. There seemed to be far more foreign guests than before, so maybe the flavors are geared toward international tastes? I would prefer regular meals. Even though I requested late check-out, it was shown as check-out at 11:00, which caused confusion. The locker key in the changing room was broken and I asked for help to open it, but it wouldn’t open and I panicked. However, it’s a Hotel I love and want to stay at again and again. Thank you in advance for your continued support.

    The moment I entered...

    The moment I entered the Room, I heard strange noises, even from inside the bathtub. It was clearly an old Hotel and did not live up to its reputation as a four-star property at all. The air conditioning was ineffective, and the refrigerator did not cool properly. It was worse than Misatys. I will never stay at this Hotel again, and I will never stay at any Mitsui Garden Hotel again.

    The staff are always...

    The staff are always very helpful, and the Room is clean, so we have a comfortable stay every time. However, there are only two towels provided (a bath towel and a face towel). When guests go to the large public bath, many do not have an extra towel and come out still wet, which makes the floor very slippery. If possible, it would be very helpful to have one additional towel available for use in the bath area.

    Daily complimentary water replenishment, the lack of towels in the public bath, and the location

    The complimentary water is not replenished daily. Also, you have to bring the bath towel from your Room to the public bath, and I would prefer towels to be provided there. In that case, Mets near the station might be a better choice. Although it seems well located near the station, it still feels a bit far and inconvenient to walk. It may be fine for overseas travelers, but Japanese business travelers will likely choose Mets near the station at a similar price point. If you are targeting Japanese guests rather than inbound foreign tourists, I would like at least basic items such as daily water and towels to be provided. If this is mainly a Hotel for foreign guests, then I suppose it can’t be helped.

    Surprisingly delicious breakfast.

    I booked this hotel for its great view, but the room I stayed in had no view. Disappointing. The large public bath is not an onsen, but it was still refreshing. However, the cleanliness could be improved. Surprisingly, the breakfast was excellent, so all's well that ends well—rating: 4.

    Excellent

    I always use this hotel during my business trips to Tokyo. It is conveniently located near Shinagawa Station, has an outdoor bath, and offers a comfortable stay with relatively good value for money. The service and front desk staff are also excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

    It was my first time using it.

    The Room was quiet and spacious, and it had a bath, which was nice. The front floor had a nice view, and the terrace where you could have a drink was pleasant.

    We would like to have more Japanese cuisine.

    It was convenient as it was close to the station. It was also helpful that I could catch a taxi in front of the Hotel. The breakfast was at an Italian restaurant, so I would have liked a bit more Japanese food. I stayed for two nights, and the large public bath was clean, and the open-air bath was nice while listening to the sound of the rain.
