    Truly disappointing.

    The location, facility, and cost performance are excellent, but the lack of cleanliness ruins everything. While staff shortages are understandable, it would be better to increase the accommodation fee to strengthen the cleaning staff. Showerheads are often checked unexpectedly, so please address this thoroughly.

    I stayed for 2 nights in September at this hotel, chosen for its good reviews and convenient location, as I was looking for a place with separate toilet and bathroom. However, the room cleaning was very poor. There were many hairs on the floor, and it seemed like the vacuuming was only done in the center of the room. Dust had accumulated heavily in the corners and on top of shelves and other facilities. The bathroom had a lot of black and pink mold that could have been removed with proper scrubbing. While the hotel itself is clean and well-located, it was truly disappointing overall.

    A Hotel you can use with peace of mind.

    Due to unexpected rain, our plans were moved up, and we requested an early check-in, which was kindly accommodated. Thank you very much. The location is about a 5-minute walk from Susukino, making it ideal for exploring Sapporo on foot. The Room is equipped with a separate bath and toilet, ensuring a comfortable stay. We look forward to staying again next time!

    Had a comfortable stay!

    The main highlight is that the toilet and bath are separate. Having a washing area separate from the bathtub is a delightful feature, especially for those familiar with Japanese customs! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's friendly smiles made for a very comfortable stay. It was also convenient to reach without getting lost by exiting from Exit 5 of Susukino Subway Station and using the NIKKA sign as a landmark.

    I am a repeater. I stayed for two nights in a single Room. The bath with a washing area was slightly small but comfortable to use. It would be better if the Room were a bit larger, as it was just enough to open an S-size suitcase. What concerned me was that while the water from the bath flowed well, the water flow from the washbasin was not very good. Breakfast is very simple; however, the soup curry was delicious.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed in a single Room for two nights. It's a bit of a walk from Susukino Station. The roads were mostly cleared of snow, so I was able to pull my suitcase, but there were some icy spots on the road, so I had to be careful. The Room was not spacious, but the bath and toilet were separate, and I was able to relax in the bath with a washing area. The drink service at the breakfast venue and the free morning newspaper service were nice. The breakfast had a limited selection, but the soup curry was delicious. It was nice that orange juice was provided. There were also fruits and desserts, which were satisfying enough. I would like to visit again.

    I stayed at the property to attend a live event. The room was small but clean, which was nice. The toilet and bath were separate, so I could take a bath at my leisure. However, there was a colored contact lens left by a previous guest where the shampoo and other items were placed... it was unpleasant. It was a shame because it was a clean room otherwise. Other than that, it was good.
