  The room smells too strong.

  The moment I entered the room, there was a strong damp smell. The bathroom smelled even worse, making me consider using an onsen facility elsewhere. I tried various things like using deodorizing spray, thinking the shower curtain might be the cause, but the room smelled so bad that I could hardly sleep. As mentioned in other reviews, the reception staff's attitude was not very good, and the room cleaning and linens were not very clean either. I will never stay here again.

  Convenient Business Hotel near Hakata Station

  I often come to Fukuoka on business trips, but this was my first time staying here. Since it's located in an area with many business hotels from the Hakata exit, I arrived without getting lost. The interior is clean and tidy, and the minimum necessary amenities are conveniently available either in the room or at the amenity bar. The breakfast wasn't exactly varied, but it had a sufficient selection for a morning meal. However, although the hotel has up to 12 floors, there are only two elevators. When I tried to go down just before 11 am checkout time, there were many foreign tourists with large luggage, and I had to let several full elevators pass by before being able to go down about 10 minutes later (I stayed on the 6th floor this time). It seems that when one elevator is moving, the other might be set not to move as much as possible; it would be helpful if adjustments could be made according to room occupancy rates.
