    The air conditioner...

    The Room was small but clean, which was nice. However, when I entered the Room, there was an unpleasant smell like an older man’s cologne. I turned on the air conditioner right away, but the inside of it was pitch-black—I'm not sure if it was mold or just dirt. I stayed here to attend a live event at the National Stadium, but I probably wouldn’t choose this Hotel next time. The APA Hotel in Makuhari was comfortable, so this was disappointing. That said, the staff were kind and easy to talk to. The location is excellent as it’s close to an Oedo Line station.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

    The Room felt compac...

    The Room felt compact and nice, but the sink was small and there was no bath mat, so the unit bathroom floor got soaked. After showering, I ended up wiping the floor with a bath towel. A friend who has stayed at APA Hotel told me a bath mat is usually provided, so I wondered if it was accidentally missing from my Room.

    That’s unfortunate.

    I used this hotel for a business trip. The walls were thin, and I could hear doors opening and closing, so I couldn’t sleep well. I also had a Multiple Night Stay, but there was no housekeeping service, which was disappointing… I added breakfast for two days, but after how bad it was on the first day, I decided not to go on the second day. [When I opened the rice cooker, the rice around the edges was dried out and hard; the stir-fried meat was a solid clump of pork belly stuck together.] The only thing that tasted good was the fruit. 　 There were many foreign staff in housekeeping. I forgot something, but it never came back. It was something important to me, so I’m very disappointed.

    Accommodation Review

    The Room had basic amenities and was clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options in a buffet style, allowing you to eat as much as you like. The food was also delicious.

    The staff provided p...

    The staff provided polite service. However, the public bath changing area was very dirty, likely due to the high number of international guests. There were bloodstains on the floor, and towels and trash were scattered, which was very unpleasant. We suggest implementing a paid system for better maintenance.

    Perfectly located right in front of the station.

    There is a park nearby, making it pleasant to take a walk. The area seems to have many residents, as there were people strolling around. Despite being in a big city, the environment felt safe and calm. It was an accommodation I would consider staying at again. As it was my first time using automated check-in and check-out, I felt slightly unsure about whether I was doing it correctly since the specific steps were unclear. I followed my intuition and managed to stay without any issues or warnings, so I believe everything went fine. However, the location for key issuance was hard to find. It felt awkward cutting in while others were waiting for their turn at check-in, so I proceeded cautiously. If there had been staff available to ask questions, the process could have been smoother and more confident for me. Unfortunately, everyone seemed busy and there wasn’t anyone approachable at that moment—this was disappointing. Hopefully, I'll manage better on my second visit!
