    This was our first time staying here as a family, and it was more spacious and comfortable than we expected! The kids loved the puzzles, and they were excited to receive some snacks too. Most of all, we were happiest that the bathroom and toilet were separate! It would have been even better if there had been amenities for children.

    Disney Trip

    This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Overall, it was great.

    Check-in and check-out are handled by a machine, so it’s quick and smart. Parking is available both covered and uncovered, but spaces are first-come, first-served. The Room is spacious enough for four people, and it doesn’t feel cramped even with luggage. Meals are breakfast only, and the selection feels more kid-focused than adult-focused; since we have children as well, we were very satisfied. We usually visit Oriental Land as a day trip (it’s close), but because the typhoon was forecast to hit around the time we would be heading home, we decided to stay overnight at short notice. Location aside, for this price—with breakfast included and a Shuttle Service—it offers great value.

    Perfect for families

    My wife and I stayed here as a couple. We made a Reservation that morning, thinking it would be fine as long as we could sleep after Disney. We checked in around 10:00 PM, and it was very lively and crowded with families. After coming back from Disney, we were already tired, and it felt even more exhausting. The elevators were also backed up. That wasn’t really an issue for us, but breakfast and check-out were also crowded due to the number of families, so for just the two of us it felt even more tiring. That said, we were satisfied with the hospitality and the Room. If you’re looking for a quiet stay as a couple, another Hotel might be a better choice.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed with my child. The lobby and our Room were very clean, and the Hotel’s playing card and puzzle theme made my child very happy. The bathroom in the Room was also very spacious, so after coming back tired from the theme park, it was great to relax in a large bath. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and my child enjoyed it as well. After breakfast, my child suddenly needed to use the restroom, so we used the lobby restroom, but I was surprised to find that the bidet seat was very dirty. I’m not sure if it was just by chance or if it hadn’t been cleaned, but that was the only disappointing point. Before our stay, I called with a question and found the staff very kind; on site as well, the front desk staff were polite and welcoming, which made me happy.

    This is my third stay!

    The Room was clean, and it was spacious enough for a family of four! The staff were also very courteous and excellent! We will continue to stay here in the future!

    A microwave is available in the Room—perfect if you’re out and arriving late!

    After spending time at Disney until 8:00 PM, once we got back to the Hotel we didn’t feel like going out again. It was great that we could get to a convenience store from the front desk. Having the bath and toilet separate was also very helpful for four people. The bus stop was a bit hard to find.

    It was very good.

    I stayed here for a trip to Disney. My Room was upgraded, and it was very spacious and clean, making it easy to organize my luggage—really great. Both the Room and the sink area were clean (if you look closely into every corner there are a few minor things, but overall it was clean enough that I didn’t mind at all). When I was having trouble at check-in, the staff spoke to me right away and were very helpful. It’s also convenient that you can access the convenience store directly from inside the Hotel, and I loved that the welcome drinks can be enjoyed as many times as you like during the available hours. I’d like to stay again.

    We stayed here during a trip to Chiba. We stayed in a twin room with our 1- and 3-year-old, and the beds were large. They also pushed the two beds together for us, so we were able to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. If you let them know in advance, it seems they can also install bed rails. I was a bit worried about the buffet, but since most guests were families with children and the atmosphere was lively, we could relax and enjoy it. The meals and Facility offerings were designed to delight kids as well, with child-friendly menu items and capsule toy machines, so they wouldn’t get bored. It really felt like a Hotel designed with families visiting Maihama in mind. All of the staff were kind, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for work. I’m not sure whether this was explained at the time of Reservation, but I was surprised that it was a no-cleaning Plan. It had been a while since I last stayed at a Hotel, and this was my first time at this one. I only used the breakfast buffet, and there is a Lawson on-site, so I could buy drinks and simple meals. You need to heat items in the microwave yourself. There isn’t much around the Hotel, but if you walk a little farther there are restaurants and izakayas; I had dinner there on the first night. It really feels like a family-friendly Hotel for visiting Disney.

    For use at Disney.

    The Room was more spacious than expected, and having a convenience store on the first floor made our stay very comfortable. My husband was delighted to find a microwave in the Room. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on.

    ・It was great that the questions and answers exchanged via email before the reservation were reiterated at check-in. ・The room had a microwave, which made it convenient to enjoy meals purchased from the convenience store. ・The staff provided courteous assistance even when handling mail, which was very helpful. ・One minor concern was that when using the parking lot, the case for disposing of used parking tickets was overflowing with tickets. It would have been better if it had been tidied up.

    Compact and comfortable.

    The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The setup was enjoyable for children as well, which made them happy. It also had great access to Disney, and we would love to stay here again.

    Highly Satisfied

    We stayed as an accommodation the night before visiting Disney Resort. To prepare for the expenses of the following day, we had a simple convenience store meal in the room for dinner, and the microwave available in every room was very useful. The bathroom with a washing area was also a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in.

    Very satisfied

    We stayed the night before our family trip to Disney. Although we didn’t include meals this time, there is a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, and a shopping mall with restaurants and a food court is located a short distance away, so we had no trouble finding food! The Hotel itself is clean, and there was also a treasure hunt activity for children that they seemed to enjoy! The bathroom was clean and spacious enough for the family to use together, and the beds were comfortable.

    High-quality breakfast!

    I stayed in mid-February. We visited after returning from Disney, and the spacious lobby with sofas for resting was helpful. The front desk staff provided excellent service. There are often areas that concern me when I visit other hotels, but there were none here; it was clean and relaxing! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but the quality was high and it was delicious. The children's corner was fun. The recommended croffle was so tasty that I ended up eating two pieces. As for the disappointing part, waiting time for the elevator felt a bit tedious, and since our Room was on the second floor, having access to stairs would have alleviated some stress (though I understand it's difficult to open them due to security reasons and other factors). Overall, I thought it offered great value for money! It is a Hotel I'd like to use again when visiting Disney. Thank you very much.

    Very good

    I used it for an overnight stay after DisneySea. The Room is spacious and good. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bath has a washing area like at home, which is very nice. There is also a washbasin, so it is easy to use. Overall, it's excellent.

    Will the children be satisfied?

    There is a puzzle in the Room, adding a sense of surprise that children are likely to enjoy. Additionally, the Room is spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, there are hardly any amenities. The breakfast has a fun atmosphere for children, but whether adults will be satisfied is questionable... (the ingredients are on the cheaper side). Well, if you approach it with the mindset of eating at a shopping mall food court, you might be satisfied.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed for one night after returning from Disney. The parking is reasonably priced, and the room has a bath with a washing area, which is great for families with children. The meal was ordinary, but the seating was spacious and comfortable. However, I was surprised when an American child, about elementary school age, tried to grab all the bread with their hands, and I had to caution them. Even basic things for Japanese people might not be understood by those from different countries, so it would be nice to have more pictures or signs indicating the use of tongs. Apart from breakfast, we had a very comfortable stay. There is also a convenience store, and I would like to use it again after visiting Disney next time.

    The atmosphere and comfort of the Stays were good.

    The size and brightness of the room were perfect for the stay. Using the card key for the elevator to stop at the accommodation floor provided a sense of security. If I had to say something, it was a bit disappointing that there were many fingerprints on the wall above the bed, indicating that the walls were not cleaned. Also, I borrowed a pillow to place between my legs, but it had someone else's hair on it. I would like the cover to be replaced every time it is returned. The breakfast was delicious, and I was able to eat until I was full. I stayed for two nights, and I could use the floor with a roof in the parking lot, and having a Lawson convenience store attached was convenient, so I would like to use it again next time.

    This was my first stay, and the deciding factors were the very reasonable price, the spaciousness of the room, and the fact that the bathroom was separate from the toilet, not a unit bath. The bathroom was clean, and the room was comfortable, making it a very pleasant stay! The hotel also has a Lawson attached, which was very convenient for quick shopping! I would love to stay again!

    I was satisfied.

    I am satisfied with this price, which includes meals. The meals were varied and plentiful, and even after using it for four days, I never got tired of it. I am also satisfied with the taste. Although I was a bit concerned about the limited number of shuttle buses to the Disney Resort parks during my stay, it was not particularly inconvenient. I would like to use it again.

    I stayed here for the first time to visit Disney. The room was clean and spacious, with a microwave and plenty of outlets, making it very comfortable. The convenience store on the first floor of the hotel was well-stocked and not crowded, making shopping easy. I wished there were a few more buses from the Disney Resort. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.
