  A Hotel with Everything You Need

  I stayed here on a business trip. It was very helpful to be able to use the lounge and get some work done even before check-in. I was also happy that welcome drinks are always available, as some Hotels close this service before check-in hours. There was a wide selection of decaffeinated tea bags, which I appreciated. The bathroom felt spacious for the size of the Room. Amenities were kept to the essentials with no waste. There were no charging cables in the Room, but there is a great selection of items available to borrow, and it was convenient to pick them up at the front desk. Every staff member was pleasant and professional, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was also well stocked considering it is complimentary. Thank you very much.

  Clean and tidy, with a complimentary breakfast prepared with care, and excellent service.

  Affordable prices, exceptionally friendly staff, well-stocked amenities, and spacious, clean rooms. Free breakfast; elementary school children stay free and also receive free breakfast.

  This is a personal opinion.

  There was no explanation at check-in about the nightwear being only on the second floor or details about the breakfast venue. Room cleaning was not thorough. Loud, high-pitched voices could be heard from a nearby room (not even next door) before 6 a.m. The breakfast venue was overcrowded with foreign guests, leaving no seats available and creating a noisy atmosphere. I should have stayed at my usual hotel across the street.

Firstly, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by insufficient guidance regarding the location of nightwear and the breakfast venue at check-in. We will ensure this is shared with all staff to prevent recurrence. Additionally, we apologize for the inadequate room cleaning. We will review our cleaning procedures and work diligently to prevent such issues in the future. Furthermore, we are truly sorry that early morning conversations from other guests and the noise and congestion at the breakfast venue disrupted your peaceful time. We take these concerns seriously and will address patrol methods within our facility as well as improve guidance during busy times. We value your feedback greatly and will strive as a team to enhance both our service quality and environment moving forward.

  Great location and the facility was clean.

  Missed the last train and stayed at the accommodation. The check-in process and explanations were polite and excellent. Highly recommended.

  Time Sale

  Suddenly decided to stay one more night and found the "Time Sale" sign, so I booked the stay. Combs and nightwear could be taken from the shelf in front of the reception. The shampoo and other amenities were neither good nor bad. The room's bath is a type combined with a washbasin and toilet. It's not spacious, so it was truly a No Meals Included type of hotel. I think it's on the cleaner side. Breakfast was included, but as for Nagoya cuisine that I was expecting, maybe just kishimen? Perhaps? It would have been perfect if there had been ogura (sweet red bean paste), but unfortunately, there were only chocolate or jam options available. I had hoped to experience Nagoya's morning meal culture on my own accord, so it was a bit of a letdown for me personally; however, overall the food was delicious so I'm glad breakfast was included. It would be nice if it were slightly cheaper.

  Cost-effective and convenient

  I chose a nearby Hotel for the event at the Denki Bunka Kaikan, and it was the right choice. The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathtub was spacious. There was kishimen for breakfast as well. Great value for money, and I am satisfied. Misonoza is also nearby, and it has become a Property I want to use again. There is a 7-Eleven within a 1-minute walk.
