  Day Use

  Although it’s in the city, it was quiet and comfortable. The roomwear was provided as well, making for a very relaxing stay.

  It was wonderful! I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka.

  The Room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful! The location is convenient, so I would like to stay here again on my next business trip to Osaka.

  At check-in, the sel...

  At check-in, the self check-in machine was unavailable, so I had to go to the front desk. After showing my QR code, I was then directed back to the machine anyway—an unnecessary extra step. This happened last time as well, and it is disappointing that it has not been improved. The Room was small but clean and comfortable.

  My go-to Accommodation for business trips to Osaka

  I’ve been staying here for business trips to Osaka for some time. It’s convenient because I can walk back even after dinner meetings in Kitashinchi. This time I chose the Room-assigned Plan, and I had a comfortable stay in a Japanese-Western style double Room. I’d like to stay again.

  Please Note Regarding Parking

  Parking in the underground lot, assuming it was directly connected to the hotel, turned out to be managed by a different company and resulted in a very high fee (exceeding the accommodation cost). Please note that the adjacent parking lot is affiliated with the hotel.

  There are two elevators, but they often take a long time and are usually crowded. This is the only inconvenience; everything else is comfortable.

  Repeat stay (2nd time)

  I had a very comfortable stay during my business trip last month, so I chose to stay here again for this trip. (Thank you for the upgrade as well!) The check-in and check-out process using QR codes is very convenient, and having coffee available anytime is greatly appreciated. The bed was also comfortable with plenty of pillows. If I may suggest, it would be nice to have cleansing products for women available, even if the price increases slightly. Overall, this Hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely use it again on my next business trip.

  Check-in

  Used for day-use while combining with a business meeting. Check-in was expected to be done via QR code, but the machine was unavailable (around 1 PM), so check-in had to be done at the front desk, which was slightly inconvenient. The Room was compact yet clean.
