    I’m satisfied.

    It’s a bit of a walk from Ginza Station, but since it’s Ginza, the walk is enjoyable. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separated was very convenient. For breakfast, you place the small dishes on your tray as you go, so you don’t keep people behind you waiting—stress-free and really nice. Above all, everything was delicious. My husband was especially happy to have shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in the morning. The service was also excellent. Thank you for taking care of us.

    I expected too much from the breakfast.

    I was looking forward to breakfast based on the Reviews, but it was just average. It was nice that the dishes were served in small bowls, making them easy to pick up, but there weren’t as many items as I expected. There weren’t many drink options either. The timing for refilling the menu didn’t seem very good, and several dishes weren’t replenished for quite a while. In particular, the French toast tray was empty, so I asked how long it would take and was told about 15–20 minutes. If it’s right after being seated, I can wait, but at the time I wanted it as dessert I couldn’t wait that long and gave up. Disappointing. The Room had everything I needed. Having a sink in the Room was more convenient than expected. I think they should wipe down the hallway area, inside the toilet room, and the walls as well.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    After lots of walking around Tokyo Station and Ginza, I checked in feeling pretty tired. The process was smooth, and the Room was comfortable. I got tired again in Shibuya and came back to the Hotel. The bath was spacious for Tokyo, so I could relax in the hot water and soothe my tired feet! The amenities were well stocked and available in front of the front desk. I slept well. Since I chose this Hotel for its good breakfast, it really was delicious—I was satisfied from the morning. There’s also a convenience store right downstairs, which was very handy! It turned into a great trip. Thank you very much.

    Although it is close...

    Although it is close to the station, the surrounding area is fairly quiet, and it was very convenient to have a convenience store on the first floor. It felt like only the essentials were provided—neither particularly good nor bad overall. The Room and shared areas were clean.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I couldn’t find the place easily from Shimbashi, but someone from the Hotel kindly came to pick me up, and another receptionist also guided me along the way. Everyone was very helpful. The Room was a single for one person, with a spacious bed and separate bath and toilet, so it was very comfortable. As for amenities, the coffee was instant stick-type and felt inferior compared with other hotels—about average overall. Breakfast had generous portions such as shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, and the menu seemed geared toward foreign guests. There were few side dishes to go with rice, and despite the variety, it didn’t feel very Japanese-friendly. It also starts at 7:00 a.m., but I often leave early in the morning, so I don’t think I’ll use breakfast next time. Overall, it was comfortable for business use, and I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

    It’s clean, and there’s hardly any drain odor.

    The Room is slightly small, but clean. It was nice that check-in was changed from 10:00 to 11:00.

    The location was exc...

    The location was excellent, and for a Business Hotel the property was clean and comfortable overall. However, even considering the busy season in April, at JPY 35,000 per night there were a few points that concerned me. Even after check-in time (from 3:00 p.m.), cleaning equipment and laundry items were still left out in the hallway, which was disappointing. Considering the price, I felt there is room for improvement in operations. Also, the breakfast coffee was a bit too bitter for my taste.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. The compact layout had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well designed, similar to an apartment. I would like to stay again.

    A stylish Business Hotel with well-designed Rooms and breakfast.

    I rarely stay at Business Hotels, but I made a Reservation this time due to work. The Room was very stylish and just my taste. The bathroom had a bathtub where I could fill it with water and enjoy a bath. And the breakfast!! It was delicious, and the menu was amazing. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the live kitchen's Kobe beef and Sendai beef sukiyaki were incredibly tasty. I was surprised by how wonderful Business Hotels can be these days! If I have another chance to stay for work, I will definitely choose this Hotel again.

    Convenient Hotel

    Within walking distance to Shiodome, Shimbashi, and Ginza, this Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the sink doubles as a washbasin in the bedroom—an interesting feature. The breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    Sink Location and Hospitality

    Thank you for your stay. Overall, I was satisfied, but I wonder if there was not enough space to install a Japanese-style bath with a washing area and a separate toilet. As a result, the sink for handwashing was located on part of the desk, which is also used for working on a PC, making it slightly inconvenient and concerning. Regarding hospitality, the front desk staff provided standard service without any issues but felt very by-the-book and lacked warmth. Additionally, the breakfast buffet hall staff did not smile much, which made it difficult to start the morning in a cheerful mood—this was somewhat disappointing. The housekeeping staff were not Japanese but worked very hard.

    It was a delightful breakfast.

    This was my first time using this service. I showed several options to my husband and let him choose where to stay, and when he saw the breakfast photos, he said, "Let's go here." I felt the same way, so I was really looking forward to breakfast. It was a delicious experience. Everything was tasty, but the shabu-shabu was especially amazing. Thank you for such a delightful meal. The Room was cozy and easy to use, and the bath was very relaxing. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance!

    Hospitality

    I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The Sendai beef served at dinner, along with the hospitality, was excellent. The garlic fried rice was wrapped in seaweed, but as it was moist, I personally preferred the usual garlic rice with a fluffier texture. This accommodation offers great hospitality, including umbrella rentals and flexible room cleaning schedules.

    Smoking Allowed・No Meals Included

    In a time when hotels offering smoking rooms are becoming increasingly rare, it was comforting for smokers to relax in the room. The front desk service, atmosphere, variety of amenities, and the room were all highly satisfying. Next time, I would love to include meals in my stay.

    Stayed at the accommodation for Kabuki theater viewing.

    The Room is not very spacious but compact and user-friendly, with a separate bath and toilet, which was definitely a plus. The breakfast plate was also very convenient. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    It was my second time using it.

    This is my second time staying here. The first breakfast was excellent, which is why I chose to stay again. However, due to the seasonal ingredients, the breakfast this time was not as good. My seat was also located near the staff's entrance and the clearing table, making it very cold and uncomfortable, which was disappointing. The male staff member at the front desk kicked the door with his foot, which was a bit of a disappointing response.

    I stayed here before and had a good experience, so I decided to use it again this time. However, when I opened the baggage rack, it was dirty with trash on it, so I decided not to use it. I would like to request an inspection of the baggage rack. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    Great!!!

    This time, we stayed with a family member who needed wheelchair access, and we were very satisfied as the Room was clean, amenities were plentiful, and it was convenient for sightseeing!
