    Very convenient for the Tenjin Festival.

    With Tenmangu Shrine nearby and a subway station within easy reach, the location is convenient as a base for visiting the Tenjin Festival, Osaka Castle, and the Daisenryo Kofun. The only downside was that the view from the Room window was just the wall of the neighboring building, so there was no scenery to enjoy at all. Meals are breakfast only: you receive a ticket that can be used at a cafe about a 1-minute walk away. It is slightly better value than ordering directly from the cafe menu (either an extra drink or an additional snack worth about 300 yen).

    This Hotel has no view.

    When I first entered the Room, what shocked me was that although there is a window, it’s frosted glass and you can’t see outside at all. I’m not looking for a spectacular view, and I understand there are cases where you’d be looking straight into the neighboring house. Still, I would like at least a small glimpse of the sky. More importantly, if a Room has no view, most Hotels clearly state that in the Room description. If that had been stated, I wouldn’t have chosen this Hotel in the first place. This Hotel is built between buildings, so apparently none of the Rooms have any view. I hope they will clearly state this going forward. Not everyone is even mildly claustrophobic like me—some people might still make a Reservation considering other benefits. This was the worst stay of my life for countless reasons (I had planned to stay 2 nights but canceled the second night), including being assigned a Room with severe low-frequency noise. But listing everything would be a waste of time, so here are only the key points. Other Reviews mentioned road noise and blinds that don’t close properly so it’s too bright to sleep—yes, I experienced all of that. If those things don’t bother you, then it may be fine: the Facility is clean, there’s a large public bath, coffee is free-flowing, and it’s reasonably priced. It feels like a capsule Hotel with slightly larger Rooms. If you think of it that way, some aspects may be acceptable—but I want to choose knowing these conditions in advance.

    If I’m staying in Osaka, this is where I’ll book.

    I was very satisfied with my stay again. They provided a spacious, clean Room and kindly accommodated requests such as adjusting the bedding. The ladies-only floor also felt very safe. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

    Simple Comfort

    Everything you need is simply provided, making for a comfortable stay. The Room was clean, simple yet warm and inviting. The women-only floor and elevator Facility were also much appreciated. Thank you very much!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed as a family of four with no meals included. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. I shared the double bed with my elementary school child, which felt a bit cramped, so next time I might book two rooms. The attention to detail in the showerhead and hairdryer was impressive and left a great impression. Since it’s close to the station, we’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area.

    Close to the station

    As soon as you climb the station stairs, the signboard is immediately visible, making it easy to find your way without getting lost. The women-only elevator was a great feature. It was a comfortable stay.

    I will use it again!

    Arrived at the Hotel before check-in. Had lunch at the café space on the first floor and relaxed until check-in time. I was delighted when they kindly changed my room to a ladies' floor as it happened to be available. For breakfast, since my train departure was at 7:00 AM, I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for the opening time. They opened for me and prepared a takeaway breakfast. I carried it in a paper bag and enjoyed it on the Shinkansen. It was incredibly delicious and great value! The meal included a hot dog, coffee, boiled egg, salad in a paper cup, and an orange pound cake from beside the register—everything was tasty. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit for a concert at Castle Hall!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Easy to find from the station, with a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. The hotel was clean, and I stayed on the ladies' floor this time; the room was also clean and comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. The large public bath was clean, and I avoided peak times, so I could enjoy it comfortably. I used this accommodation for the first time to visit Kyocera Dome, and the transportation access was great. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much!

    The Hotel was satisfactory, but the contracted café was disappointing.

    The hotel was very affordable despite being close to the station, having a large public bath, and offering a spacious café area. Since I stayed with my spouse, we couldn't use the ladies' floor, which was a bit disappointing. However, I would love to try it when traveling with female friends. As for the morning service at the café... I've never seen such underwhelming bread served before. Even if it were nearby, I wouldn't visit again. The staff's attitude was also careless. While I usually look forward to breakfast included in hotel stays, next time I'll opt for No Meals Included here.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and the availability of a ladies' floor were deciding factors for choosing this No Meals Included stay. Amenities such as toothbrushes and coffee can be picked up next to the reception as per your preference. The Room was compact but sufficient for a solo stay. I would consider staying here again if I have another opportunity.

    The Room and cost are reasonable.

    The room layout was well-designed, and the bed's firmness made it very comfortable to sleep on. Despite usually having insomnia, I was able to get a good night's sleep. We stayed as two people, and the cost was affordable. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Although it is a beautiful Hotel, there are some disappointments.

    Breakfast is provided through a contracted partner restaurant, and this should be clearly indicated. It was extremely crowded in the morning with many businesspeople before work. If I had known in advance, I would not have chosen the meal option. Additionally, although the gate closing rule is at midnight, it was already closed 10 minutes earlier. Such operational details are disappointing.

    It was comfortable.

    I arrived at the Hotel earlier than the check-in time, but they made arrangements to allow me to check in as quickly as possible. The café corner was also comfortable. The customer service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

    Good.

    The Hotel was clean and the customer service was excellent, no complaints. The morning breakfast was free for adults, but note that children required an additional fee as they were not included in the free voucher. Even so, it was a very reasonable price overall, so I was satisfied! Parking at the coin-operated lot behind the Hotel cost around 2000 yen per day. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    Good accommodation experience

    1. Close to Minamimorimachi Station (Exit 9 with an elevator) and JR Osaka Tenmangu Station. 2. Friendly staff who can communicate in English; free coffee and iced water are available on the first floor, and bottled water is provided in the rooms. 3. Convenience store and a 24-hour restaurant (Matsuya) located next to the hotel. 4. Twin rooms are compact, with limited space for opening two suitcases at once; cleaning started as early as 8 AM on two mornings, which may disturb sleep. 5. The public bath can be crowded even late at night, and there are only three washing machines available (combined washer-dryer units).

    Cozy Hotel

    The previous stay was very comfortable. They pay special attention to women, with features like women-only elevators to the large public bath and several women-only floors. The lobby and concierge have a warm atmosphere that made me feel at ease. It’s also conveniently located for visiting both Osaka-Jo Hall and Kyocera Dome Osaka, so I would love to stay here again.

    Satisfied with features like women-only elevators.

    I realized at check-in that I had mistakenly reserved a smoking room. Unfortunately, there were no non-smoking rooms available, and I regretted my mistake. However, with the deodorizer and air purifier in the room set to maximum, I managed to make it work. What stood out most was the thoughtful consideration for women when going to and from the large public bath. At another hotel in the past, I had a traumatic experience where a foreign guest followed me from the elevator to my room's automatic door (thankfully beyond that point required a key for access). Here, not only is there an elevator exclusively for women providing peace of mind, but upon reaching the 2nd floor, there's a layout where only women's baths are located—an excellent initiative that made me feel very secure. One note: since you need to carry both your room key and women's elevator card together, be careful not to leave your room key behind (I did this once—laughs—and perhaps because this happens often, they ask you at check-in to set up a Verification Code for reissuing keys). Here are some additional thoughts: - The ticking sound of the clock's second hand stopped when placed face down. - Room wear design: Comfortable but looks like something my dad would wear... extremely unfashionable and dampened my mood slightly. - Coffee by reception: Rich flavor and very delicious! I enjoyed it in my room using their takeaway cups. - Nearby FamilyMart: Small store without nail polish remover; ended up walking quite far before finding one at 7-Eleven instead. - Toothbrush: Firm bristles made brushing easy. Although it started off as a mistake on my part, overall it turned out to be an excellent hotel stay! Thank you very much!

    Had a pleasant stay!

    Every two months, I attend an entrepreneurship workshop and looked for a nearby Hotel. I chose this place because it had a large bath, which was appealing. Although I couldn't use the bath due to being tired, the Hotel was incredibly quiet and pleasant. During checkout time, many people were coming down, which surprised me, but there was no noise at all. I was impressed by how quiet it remained despite accommodating so many guests. There is also a lounge where you can spend time comfortably, making it perfect for business professionals. The women-only floor adds an extra sense of security as well. Since I'll continue attending the entrepreneurship workshops in the future, I'd love to stay here again. Thank you in advance!

    Conveniently located near the station!

    The location is very convenient, with two stations (Osaka Tenmangu Station and Minamimorimachi) nearby, and Tenma Station is about a 15-minute walk away! There are many affordable and delicious restaurants in the area, and Umeda Station is also close by, making access excellent! The first floor of the Hotel has an area where you can enjoy drinks and relax! The women's restroom on the first floor was quite small, which was a bit disappointing, but there is also a large public bath, so overall it was very good!

    The ladies' room was very comfortable. Accessing the large public bath via the women-only elevator was completely stress-free. The bed was cozy, allowing for a restful sleep. The price was also reasonable, so I would love to stay again.

    Ladies' floor for your peace of mind

    We stayed at the accommodation late at night after an event as two women, and we felt safe thanks to the ladies' floor and women-only elevator. The amenities, soft drink service in the lounge, and breakfast at a nearby café were all very well-organized and pleasant. We would like to use this accommodation again if we have the chance. One concern was that the foot throw was wrinkled, which affected its cleanliness impression.

    Great value for money, very satisfied!

    I used it for a business trip. Despite my late arrival, the front desk staff warmly welcomed me, which made me happy. The Room felt more spacious than a typical single. The large public bath was very clean, allowing me to relax and feel rejuvenated. As I tend to get cold easily, I was pleased that the pajamas were the type with separate top and bottom! I stay at various Hotels for business trips, but this Hotel was flawless and I was extremely satisfied. I will stay here again!

    Functional and comfortable.

    The Facility was clean and comfortable. The bath is not large, but it's okay because you can check the congestion status. It's very close to the station. It's understandable why it's popular with foreigners traveling to places like Kyoto, as you can easily take the Hankyu train from Higashi-Umeda after coming from Minami-Morimachi.

    Adventure of Daiwa Roynet Hotel

    I visited with great anticipation, based on the completely subjective view that Daiwa Roynet, which has an image of being flawless, extremely stable, and safe (apologies if this sounds rude, it is meant in a very positive way), has designed a Hotel with an African concept. The interior and the arrangement of the large public bath are stylish and quite enjoyable. The pillow rental service was also very good! Therefore, I would like to mention just one thing that was disappointing. There is a window above the head, but with only blinds, it couldn't block the light, and it was too bright to sleep... If there were blackout roller curtains, it would have been perfect!
