    I stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to the station and has a large public bath, which helped me relax after work. Thank you very much.

    The room and bathroom were clean.

    I thought it might be noisy since it's in Kamata, but the Hotel was quiet, and the Room was well-cleaned and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and pleasant. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Reliable Route Inn

    This month, following my recent stay in Naha, I chose to stay in Kamata this time. I selected this accommodation as I had an early morning departure from Haneda Airport the next day. The building was new, well-maintained, and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The large public bath was also enjoyable to use, and although it was just a one-night stay, it left me feeling refreshed and satisfied. Check-in was done via an automated machine; however, the staff provided kind and thorough support throughout the process, ensuring a stress-free experience. During my stay as well, all staff members were attentive and offered reassuringly polite service with frequent check-ins. Being able to receive consistent quality service across the whole country is truly remarkable. I would love to choose this accommodation again when staying in Kamata. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    I made the Reservation on behalf of my wife, who was traveling with a friend. The price was reasonable, and the transportation access was convenient, making it satisfactory. The Room was a single but spacious, and the bathroom had ample space as well, which seemed to receive high praise.

    This was my second stay. Although I requested a non-smoking room, the floor had a smoking area right by the elevator, and the entire hallway smelled of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. I wanted to ask for a change but couldn't bring myself to do so. The Room towels were inconvenient as there were only bath towels and no hand towels for the toilet. One of the towels was also yellowed, so I had it replaced. The breakfast was disappointing, with fried items like karaage, croquettes, and shumai, which seemed unsuitable for adults. It would have been nice to have something like morning curry, as seen in other Hotels. The hard-boiled eggs were difficult to eat, and I wished there were soft-boiled or raw eggs available. The breakfast staff were always pleasant. I also wished for lockers with keys in the changing room of the bath area. Since I bring my own bath number card, it would be helpful. I wrote these comments because I would like to use this Hotel again due to the large public bath, and I hope for improvements where possible.

    Satisfied

    The Hotel was overall satisfying with clean facilities and rooms, delicious breakfast, and a comfortable large public bath. If anything, it would have been even better if the Room was a bit more spacious.

    Onsen and large public bath are GOOD!

    I enjoy using the morning bath. Since I don't need breakfast, having a Plan without breakfast allows me to use it affordably, which is great.

    It was beautiful and nice.

    I wasn't feeling well, but I arrived before 3 PM and was resting in the lobby when I was allowed into the Room 30 minutes early. Thanks to that, I was able to rest a bit on the bed and go to the live concert of my favorite artist at night. I didn't use the bath, so I gave a lower rating.

    The breakfast start time is late.

    I have no complaints about the breakfast content, but the start time is late, and there are more than 20 people waiting at the opening time. Within 15 minutes of opening, people are wandering behind, making it uncomfortable. I wish it could start a little earlier.
