    Fan activities for your favorite idol or artist

    I stayed here as a Hotel for a fan trip. Thank you for upgrading my stay. It was helpful, as fewer Hotels offer smoking Rooms these days. The Room was spacious and nice. However, the lighting was warm-toned, which made doing my makeup difficult. I wish there had been a white light near the mirror. I ended up opening the curtains and using natural light while doing my makeup. I understand it’s a Hotel, but the hair dryer airflow was also weak, so it would be helpful if guests could choose a stronger one for an additional fee. The location is good—one stop from Tokyo Dome and close to the station. But I wouldn’t really say it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Dome.

    Housekeeping staff may enter the room before check-out.

    I stayed for one night. During my previous stay, when I returned from the breakfast venue before 9:00, I found my door half open. I asked the front desk about it, but they brushed it off, saying there was a rule that cleaning would not start before 9:00, so it couldn’t have happened. I wondered if I hadn’t closed the door properly, but it left me feeling uneasy. This time, while relaxing in my Room around 8:45 before checkout, someone opened the door and tried to come in. When I questioned them, it was a female staff member who appeared to be a housekeeping cleaner. After this incident, I am convinced that during my previous stay as well, a staff member attempted to enter before 9:00. I reported both incidents to the front desk; perhaps realizing they could no longer deny it, they apologized. However, the rule of not entering Rooms before 9:00 is clearly not being followed. Also, since this was not a Multiple Night Stay, it makes no sense to attempt housekeeping cleaning before checkout. Isn’t room status (whether a guest has checked out) being properly managed? I go to breakfast assuming no one will enter my Room in the morning and leave valuables behind, so this makes me very anxious. Other than this issue I have no particular complaints and I like the breakfast buffet as well, so I would like to stay again in the future—but please do something about this problem.

    They assigned us a larger Room than the one we had reserved. When we asked to add guests on the day, the additional charge was calculated based on the per-guest rate for the upgraded Room, not the Room we reserved through this site. I believe they kindly moved us to a larger Room, but it’s hard to be fully happy knowing the total would likely have been lower if we had stayed in the originally reserved Room. I didn’t review the Accommodation terms and conditions carefully, so I may not be in a position to complain, but with a clear explanation in advance, I might have been satisfied.

    Non-smokers may find smoking rooms uncomfortable.

    Breakfast is delicious, and the service is good. Only a smoking Room was available, so I stayed there. It’s convenient because it’s behind the hospital. Two long hairs that were not mine fell out from the bathroom towels. The Room is relaxing. Since there was only one bath towel, it felt insufficient.

    The property was very clean, and above all, the breakfast buffet was delicious. I even went back for seconds. The front desk staff were courteous, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would gladly stay here again.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Because it was close to the conference venue, I stayed here for the first time, and it really was very close—extremely convenient. The Facility were comfortable and well maintained, and the bathrooms in particular were new and clean, which I appreciated as a woman. The breakfast buffet was quite good as well. The butter chicken curry was great. If there is another event at the same venue next time, I would like to stay here again.

    Highly satisfied.

    I stayed here for an entrance exam. The location was convenient from the station, and I was able to spend my time in a quiet environment. The Hotel staff were also excellent; although the building feels a bit old, the Room was very clean and well maintained, and I was extremely satisfied. The meals offered a wide variety, from light options to hearty dishes. Before the exam it was hard for me to eat much, so the udon and dashi chazuke were especially helpful. The day after the exam, I enjoyed eating plenty of my favorite foods and was very satisfied. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Honestly, the small single room was quite cramped. Since there were no other rooms available, I had no choice, but I felt the room rate should have been set much lower accordingly.

    I used it for a medical visit. Single room. The room was spacious enough. The shower had warm water with sufficient pressure. The curry at breakfast was delicious. I would like to use it again.

    Pleasant service

    The male staff member at the front desk was very experienced and provided courteous service. Thanks to him, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time at the places I visited. I felt that the staff's hospitality alone could make the entire trip wonderful. I am filled with gratitude.

    Cozy Hotel

    A cozy Hotel with a calm interior and furniture. The retro-style key added a delightful touch. The front desk staff were efficient and professional. Considering the price and location, I would love to stay here again. While you might hear an alarm from the neighboring room, the guests were quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. You can also enjoy views of the Tokyo Skytree.

    I requested to have my luggage stored. Usually, it would be kept at the cloakroom, but I was instead directed to lockers with a gesture. I have stayed here several times, and if not for this experience, it would still remain an incredibly homey and excellent Hotel worth more than its price.

    Extremely Comfortable

    This was my second stay. The service was polite, and the Room was great. The location is convenient, and with check-in/out available from 12:00, you can take a nap and still enjoy sightseeing. The soba noodles were delicious. It would be nice if there were combs provided. There’s a warmth unique to an established inn, with features like accordion performances that added to the experience. I’d love to stay here again!

    The front desk is pleasant, so everything is OK.

    As mentioned in the title, the front desk staff were polite and pleasant, which left a strong impression. The Room was hygienic, but the amenities were minimal. It would be nice to have lotion and toner available for those who need them. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and am very satisfied.

    A hotel from the good old days

    The exterior has a Showa-era feel, but the Room has been renovated and is new and clean. Most of the staff are middle-aged men, but they are all sophisticated, traditional Hotel men who notice you before you approach and respond promptly, which was very pleasant. Perhaps it was a good day, as we encountered two newlywed couples taking wedding photos (both in traditional Japanese attire, which was even better), and it became a memorable experience for my daughter, who was very impressed. The only disappointment was the bathroom. The bottom of the bathroom door was slightly open, possibly indicating no exhaust fan, causing a slight odor. Additionally, the drain seemed clogged, as the water remained in the bathtub even after removing my hair, which was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, it is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station (Ochanomizu), and there are three convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient and good Hotel. Also, I was very pleased with the women-only amenities. I received them when I booked the Ladies' Plan. It included hairpins, scrunchies, and even beauty mask sheets. I was impressed that it wasn't just the usual content.
