    Breakfast Buffet

    The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

    The service and the room were excellent. The welcome coffee was delicious, and the daily special drinks were also enjoyable. The bath was clean and pleasant. However, I was surprised when some international guests entered the bathtub without washing their bodies outside first. While it's not about prioritizing Japanese customs, understanding such manners would make the experience even better. I like Route Inn and will continue to use it in the future.

    - Clean and comfortable large public bath available (Although there is no sauna, the facility is excellent considering the accommodation price.) - DOUTOR coffee machine provided for free drinks (Perfect for coffee lovers!) - Staff members provide attentive and polite service (Young staff members also seem to be working hard with great energy.) - Convenient location close to Lalaport Disappointing points: - No lockable storage lockers in the dressing area of the large public bath. (While not for valuables or money, it was uncomfortable that baskets for storing clothes and personal items were completely visible to others.) - Disposable slippers are very flimsy and uncomfortable to wear.

    I had high expectations because the reviews were good, but...

    The most disappointing aspect was the room's toilet and bathtub. At first glance, it looks clean, but the cleaning was not thorough, and when the floor outside the shower curtain got wet, I was disillusioned to see water stains? black objects floating. Also, the indifferent response from the front desk staff was a bit disappointing compared to other business hotels I have stayed at. Since it is a hotel, I thought it would be nice to have service with a smile.
