    Everyone was kind.

    The front desk staff and the restaurant staff at breakfast were all friendly and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant stay. The Room was compact but spotless, and my family was delighted that the artificial Onsen left their skin feeling smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful services such as coffee, ice pops after bathing, and body wipes to help with the heat. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Wonderful staff and clean facilities

    The staff’s pleasant service from check-in through breakfast and check-out left a strong impression. At check-in, we were greeted warmly. At breakfast, they promptly asked about omelets and cleared trays quickly. They even stored our luggage at check-out. The Facility was clean, and the bath was very relaxing. I would like to stay again.

    Highly satisfied!

    This was my second stay. The Room, large public bath, and other areas were kept clean and well maintained, making my stay very comfortable. This is a reasonably priced Hotel with wonderful staff who are kind and considerate.

    Every stay was comfortable.

    The rooms are compact yet clean, and the shared Facility is also highly satisfying. I consider this a consistently reliable Hotel. I will use it again.

    It was neither particularly good nor bad, but it was clean and the staff were pleasant.

    Considering the price, it could be said to be good enough, but personally I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Nothing was particularly bad, but I kept hearing an inner voice saying, “Well, it’s cheap so it can’t be helped—it’s comfortable enough. I shouldn’t even be thinking this way.”

    Overall, it was great!

    The rooms and services were generally good. The staff were kind and helpful. However, the coin laundry was not satisfactory; even with additional drying, clothes did not dry at all and ended up smelling bad. It was very disappointing despite paying for it, but aside from the laundry, I was satisfied. This Hotel could be a candidate when visiting Tsu again.

    Best value for money

    This was my first stay. I was initially worried because the accommodation fee was very affordable, but the location right in front of the station was extremely convenient. Both the guest room and the large public bath were thoroughly cleaned, and the reception staff welcomed me with great courtesy. I would love to stay here again. Although I have stayed in Tsu City several times, I had only stayed at hotels without large public baths near the station before. The large public bath that helped relieve my travel fatigue was greatly appreciated, and I also enjoyed the ice cream after bathing and coffee available at reception.

    The floor with the microwave should have been clearly indicated in the guide. The freshly made omelets at breakfast were appreciated, though the atmosphere felt a bit less relaxing.

    Mini City Hotel

    - The bed is spacious and comfortable. The separate nightwear is also comfortable. - The breakfast is sufficient in both quality and quantity. The omelet and Ise udon were delightful. - The desk is large, making it easy to work on a computer. (Unable to comment on Shiki no Yu as there was no time to visit.)

    Onsen is delightful.

    It was indeed a Business Hotel in front of Tsu Station. There are many hourly parking lots nearby, and they are relatively inexpensive, which was good. I tried to have dinner at the restaurant within the same Hotel, but it was closed and fully booked due to being the second day of the New Year. I think it wouldn't be a problem on weekdays. The great thing about this Hotel is that it has a large public bath, and moreover, an Onsen at this price range. That alone was quite satisfying. The staff at the breakfast venue were very kind. Although it is a Business Hotel, there was also a live kitchen for omelets, which was very nice.

    Really good business hotel

    As the title suggests, I truly felt this was a great hotel. The added value is high in every detail. The selection of pillows, the provision of personal slippers and in-house slippers (with insoles), plastic bags for the hot springs, a wide variety of rental items, coffee service, and all the added values found in various hotels are all present here. The front desk service was perfect. I believe existing hotels will need to compete on such added values from now on (cleaning, Wi-Fi, and individual air conditioning are already basic). I am a member of a nationwide business hotel chain, but I made the right choice by staying here, which is close to the station. It's a shame there are few in the Kansai area, but I will definitely choose this hotel when I go to the Tokai region and other areas. The hot springs were small for women, but I was able to enjoy a pleasant bath. Thank you very much.
