    A perfectly ordinary Business Hotel, not bad.

    I was a bit concerned because the average Review score was 4 or below, but there were no issues at all. It’s a perfectly standard Business Hotel, and the Facility is clean. Considering the price and how close it is to the station, I have no complaints. However, for breakfast you’re directed to Yayoiken on the first floor, and it wasn’t very good. That was about the only thing that stood out.

    Clean and Convenient Location!

    Chose this hotel for a business trip within a budget limit. New and clean. Amenities are minimal, and the room's refrigerator requires guests to turn it on after check-in, showing great eco-consciousness. The location was excellent, close to Hankyu Umeda, with many lively bars under the railway tracks. Next time, I’d like to visit with my partner in a twin room.

    Simple Room

    About 10 years ago, I stayed at a hotel in the same location, but it was a different Hotel. The location is convenient as it is close to Umeda Station and surrounded by many restaurants. When I arrived at the Room, I noticed that the faucet in the bathroom was not fully turned off and water was dripping, and there was no humidifier in the Room, which was disappointing. However, overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

    Business Trip

    I had a comfortable stay without any issues. It has become a Hotel I would like to use again when on a business trip to Osaka.

    The location was excellent.

    Amenities can be picked up as needed at the front desk on the first floor, and water dispensers are available in the elevator hall, which I found to be very environmentally friendly. The room is compact but well-designed, so it didn’t bother me much. I stayed here for a performance at Umeda Arts Theater, and the location was excellent for that purpose.

    Only the toilet was a concern.

    After check-in, I found a large amount of long hair floating in the toilet bowl when I lifted the lid. Although it was unsettling, I also noticed hair in the bathtub, which made it clear that cleaning had been insufficient. As I was in a hurry, I did not request a room change and stayed in the same room, but it left an unpleasant feeling throughout my stay.

    Fully satisfied.

    A clean and safe Business Hotel near Umeda Station. Breakfast is served at Yayoi-ken on the first floor, and it was tastier than many hotel breakfasts. The only downside might be that the hotel's location can be a bit hard to find for first-time visitors. Great value for money!

    It was new and clean.

    I was looking around the north side of Umeda Station, particularly near Hankyu Umeda Station. Although it was along the underpass of Hankyu, the location was a bit hard to find, it was a new and clean Hotel. It is more expensive than major chains like APA, but the proximity to Umeda Station is hard to give up.

    Almost a Business Hotel

    The Room and Facility are almost like a Business Hotel. With its location near Kappa Yokocho, even with a Plan without meals, you won't have trouble finding food. It's common with bathtubs like this, but the drainage gets clogged quickly. Even while taking a shower, the drain gets blocked with hair from shampooing, and the water used for washing the body keeps pooling at your feet. I wonder if something can be done about this. Other than that, if you think of it as a Business Hotel, there aren't many complaints.
