    I guess this is about right.

    Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station, but the Room is small and doesn’t even have a desk or closet. You have to accept it as a reasonably priced Hotel focused solely on sleeping. The chain restaurant on the first floor had a tasty breakfast.

    The Room was bright and clean, and it wasn’t as small as I expected. The staff weren’t particularly friendly, but they handled check-in efficiently, so I had no complaints. The bath may feel small for men or international guests. It was great being close to the station.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was very convenient, located just a short walk from the Shin-Osaka Station exit. Amenities are picked up at the front desk. Pajamas are not provided in the Room, so you will need to pick them up as well. The building faces the railway tracks, so you may occasionally hear train noise, but it wasn’t too bothersome. The Room has highly light-blocking blinds, so I was able to rest well until morning.

    I requested a room on a higher floor, and despite my late check-in, the staff kindly accommodated my request. Thank you very much. I prefer drinking beer from a glass rather than a coffee cup, so it would be great if glasses were provided as well. Thank you for the additional towels!

    The room was unsatisfactory.

    The refrigerator does not cool properly, the bidet has weak water flow, and the hairdryer lacks sufficient power, making the Facility's appliances inferior compared to other Hotels. Additionally, the absence of a tabletop mirror for makeup was a negative point. The TV also did not support internet apps like Amazon Prime.

    Close to the station, perfect for catching the first Shinkansen.

    I used this accommodation for a live event in Osaka. Since I planned to take the first Shinkansen train home the next morning, the convenient location near the station was perfect. It was also helpful that I could leave my luggage before heading to the event. I would love to stay here again next time!

    It might be a little tricky to find.

    This was my first time staying here. Considering the overall price increase due to the upcoming Expo, I found it reasonably priced. The Room was clean, and for a Business stay where you just need a place to sleep, the location is good. However, while it's easy to find and close from Exit 7 of the Midosuji Line, it's very confusing if you're coming from the Shinkansen exit. I got quite lost. The bathroom was a standard unit bath size for a Business Hotel and clean, but it felt cramped, so I rated it lower. It was acceptable for me, but tall men might find it challenging. Overall though, this is a Hotel I'd like to use again!

    The room was new, clean, and comfortable. However, there was a significant step between the room floor and the bathroom, which made me concerned about tripping or straining my back when going to the restroom at night if not careful. Additionally, the faucet was quite large and high compared to the size of the sink bowl, making it difficult to wash my face without hitting it. I believe some improvements in these areas would enhance guest comfort.

    Close to the station

    It's an ordinary Business Hotel. It used to be a JR-affiliated hotel, and although the name has changed and there are changes like picking up amenities and pajamas at the front desk for energy saving?, it's forgivable because it's close to the station. I was resistant to having to write down a lot of personal information at check-in. Is it mandatory to sign the consent form for information sharing within the group? I signed it without fully understanding, but honestly, I was reluctant.

    There are too many pillows, and they are too high, so I couldn't sleep at all. I hope this can be improved.
