    Hair on the bed

    I made a Reservation for my son’s stay. He said there was a lot of hair on the bed. That’s very unpleasant.

    It was very comfortable.

    There was no discomfort at all in the operation aligned with the concept. I was also happy to receive snacks in exchange for submitting unused toothbrushes or completing a survey. The staff's attentiveness during breakfast made me feel great from the morning.

    Super Hotel Yoki!

    I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

    It was beautiful.

    At first, I was a bit unsure, but the location near the station and the shopping mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. The water facilities were clean, and the Room even had a ReFa hair dryer and curling iron, which was great. Since it was a women-only floor, I could comfortably use the large public bath. I also got lucky with timing as there were few other guests around, so I could relax. One downside was that the lockers in the changing room didn’t have doors or locks. There were lockers for valuables, but they weren’t suitable for storing underwear. The photos showed lockers with locks, so prior notice about this would have been appreciated.

    Stayed for 5 days.

    Overall, I was very satisfied. I was slightly concerned about the smell in the bathroom, which made me wonder if some guests were secretly smoking.

    The facility was clean and well-maintained. The Hollywood Twin room felt a bit plain for the price, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the water from the faucet tasted great, and with the addition of an Onsen, it was overall a satisfying experience.

    Simple and good.

    I enjoyed a relaxing stay using the twin room for single use. It was great to be able to choose my preferred pillow. The breakfast bread was delicious, and even someone I met in the elevator mentioned how tasty it was. It would be even better if the pajamas were made of cotton. Unfortunately, I forgot to have the welcome drink.

    I stayed for the first time.

    I stayed at Super Hotel Musashi-Kosugi for the first time. The bath and breakfast were good, but it was disappointing that the room wear was only available in free size.
