    Thank you for your patronage.

    The room was small, making it difficult to spread out luggage, but everything else was great. It was clean, and coffee, drinks, and water were provided. The Onsen was also very relaxing.

    It was a 2-day stay, but I was very disappointed to notice dust in the Room. I like the Hotel and would like to stay again, so I hope this will be improved.

    Stayed here after visiting Escon, as it is close to New Chitose Airport. The accommodation was very convenient, clean, and pleasant. The free and nearby parking was much appreciated. Although the bathhouse and izakaya on the first floor made it a bit noisy, I found it acceptable considering it's an affordable business hotel.

    The shuttle service was appreciated as my flight arrived late at night in Chitose and the next morning's flight was early.

    Although we confirmed that breakfast would be available early in the morning before completing the Reservation, we were told at the breakfast venue that it was "not ready yet." Additionally, a group of guests who arrived later was allowed in before the scheduled time, causing unnecessary crowding. The response was somewhat questionable.

    The attitude and service of the receptionist were unacceptable. This job requires strong communication skills and a spirit of hospitality, so it may not be suitable for her. A career change might lead to better outcomes for both herself and the customers.

    Pleasant service

    The front desk was excellent, with courteous service and everything from changing the reservation for the shuttle service to adding breakfast was handled wonderfully. The onsen is somewhat small, but the water was excellent. I will use it again.

    With my wife!

    I stayed with my wife, booking two rooms! There was a small bath, and I went in right after checking in! Since I traveled by motorcycle, I was able to relax and take my time! We had a reservation at an izakaya called Gorilla, and to be honest, I was a bit worried about the name, but it turned out to be better than I thought. However, even though the seat next to us was empty (they said no one else was coming), they brought us the bill due to the 2-hour limit, which felt a bit rushed! Other than that, it was good, but that was disappointing! If the seats are empty, shouldn't it be okay to stay longer than 2 hours?
