    We had a comfortable stay.

    As it was during the Koshien final, many guests seemed to be baseball-related, and there were baseball displays inside the Hotel as well, which really added to the excitement. The staff were all very pleasant, and breakfast included vegetable dishes, meat, fish, oyakodon, curry, and more. Everything was delicious and well balanced. The drink service next to the front desk was truly appreciated—I used it before and after going to the large public bath. The Room was also clean and comfortable. It would have been even better if the Room refrigerator had more depth and if the hair dryer were more powerful, but overall I felt this is a Hotel that really considers guests’ needs. The convenient access right in front of Amagasaki Station was also a big plus.\nI would like to stay again.

    It was very comfortable.

    Right in front of the Amagasaki Station rotary. The location was excellent, and there were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops nearby, so I never felt inconvenienced. The staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was buffet-style, and I was able to enjoy a well-balanced meal. They made oyakodon for me, which was delicious, and I also saw guests enjoying rice with raw egg, natto over rice, curry, and more. Everything tasted great, and the menu had small changes as well, which I really appreciated during my Multiple Night Stay. There is a drink corner at the front desk area where you can have something light after using the large public bath—this Hotel truly feels designed with guests in mind. Ice is provided in a cooler box so you can take only what you need; it was clean ice, so I was perfectly satisfied without an ice machine. It may not be luxurious, but it had everything I needed, and the large public bath was clean and well maintained. The only thing I could wish for was a slightly more powerful hair dryer—otherwise it was truly comfortable. There is also a board showing how crowded breakfast is; you mark your time slot to help spread out traffic around the dining area—a smart idea. I would like to stay here again.

    It was great.

    I stayed here for the first time to watch high school baseball at Koshien, and it was great to enjoy the atmosphere from the moment I entered the lobby. The location is also ideal, with easy access from the station.

    Good value for the price, with convenient access.

    Located right in front of the station, with many convenience stores and chain restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. However, there were some cleanliness issues, such as food crumbs on the bed and hair stuck to the bathroom wall. Since I was able to stay at a low price, I rated it 3 as service appropriate for the cost.

    Incorrect information should not be provided to guests.

    I stayed for two nights to attend a conference at a certain university. The deciding factors were its relative proximity to the university, its closeness to the nearest station, and above all, the large public bath. All of these met my expectations and were wonderful. Additionally, I was upgraded to a more spacious room this time, which I greatly appreciated—perhaps because I am a Diamond member, as I realized later on. Until checkout, my evaluation of this accommodation was excellent. The issue arose around 3 PM when I returned to pick up my luggage after checkout. When I asked the female staff at the front desk about the most convenient way to get to Itami Airport, she mentioned that there is a bus departing from in front of the station but did not know specific times. However, having researched beforehand that buses from in front of the station go only to Kansai Airport and not Itami Airport, it became clear that this staff member neither knew nor made any effort to find out accurate information. To my surprise, she didn’t even offer something like “Shall I look it up for you?” It’s natural for guests staying at an accommodation to ask about their return routes; knowing how guests can reach major transport hubs like train stations or airports should be basic knowledge for hotel staff. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. If individual staff members lack such knowledge, then as an accommodation provider there should be prepared materials or guides available for reference. This incident raises questions not only about this particular staff member but also about management's approach overall.

    Best value for money

    - Good Points I stayed for three nights with my partner during the New Year holidays. The proximity to the station is excellent, with a convenience store and shopping street nearby, and Saizeriya on the first floor. The location is truly wonderful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with easy-to-eat sizes and flavors, leaving us very satisfied. The specialty oyakodon has a sweet and gentle flavor, with chicken that has a slight charcoal aroma, and it was so delicious that we ate it all three days. There are also limited New Year's menu items, which were very satisfying! Despite being close to the station and the street, the rooms were very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise or voices from other guests. - Disappointing Points We waited in the entrance on the first floor until check-in time, and it was very cold. For lower floors, if you don't plan your actions, such as checking out early, you won't be able to take the elevator down (due to it being full from upper floors). We had to use the stairs, which was difficult because one of my legs is slightly impaired. The amenities are not great due to the low price. Since we stayed for three nights, they provided new towels without cleaning, but despite being a stay for two people, there was only one set of towels, and no bath mat, so we had to call and request them. The cost performance is undoubtedly the best. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Amagasaki.

    I would like this to be improved.

    I have used this place several times. I strongly request that the room slippers be changed to disposable slippers. (Or, eliminate slippers from the start.) Other than that, I am very satisfied.
