    Best value for money

    After a piano recital, it was getting late, so I stayed in Shin-Osaka. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but still within an acceptable range. The Room was compact, and it was more than enough for me. In the morning, bread was provided; it was an easy-to-eat size and I appreciated being able to take it up to my Room. The staff were cheerful and pleasant. For this price, I have no complaints.

    Thank you for hostin...

    Thank you for hosting me for one night. I stopped by to leave my luggage before sightseeing, and the staff were very helpful, so I felt at ease heading out. The Room was compact but had all the essentials, and I was satisfied. Unfortunately it was rainy and a bit chilly, so it was great to relax in the large public bath. I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the morning bread. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Simple and streamlined.

    There are no amenities in the Room, and you can choose your loungewear yourself from the selection on the first floor. The building, Rooms, and large public bath are all new and very clean. Free water and coffee are available, and there is also a small lounge area. The Room is quite small and mostly taken up by the bed, but it’s very efficient and easy to stay in—possibly the best value in the area. I would like to stay here again.

    The Room was smelly ...

    The Room was smelly and dirty. The refrigerator did not cool at all. Due to the high demand from the Expo, other Hotels were also expensive, so I chose the cheaper option with only a few thousand yen difference. I did not use the public bath, so I cannot comment on it.

    Comfortable and pleasant.

    Access the Shinkansen platform through the South Gate (No. 7) of Shin-Osaka Station. It looks like a metro gate, but you can pass through by tapping your IC card. Navigating outside the station can be complicated and feels unsafe at night. The Room is small but sufficient for sleeping purposes. The public bath was excellent; since it was past 11:30 PM, there were few people, and I was the last one there. The USB port in the Room was out of order, so I couldn't charge my phone as I only brought a cable. Nowadays, some places provide both cables and chargers, but here you'll need to bring your own charger. I registered on Line to receive complimentary water as promised but didn’t get any... There wasn’t any water in the Room’s fridge either, leaving me thirsty and unable to sleep during the night. The Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel might not be ideal; consider buying from FamilyMart or within Shin-Osaka Station instead.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. In one word, it was comfortable. There were no specific points to note about the facility (e.g., areas for improvement), and everything met expectations (albeit standard ones). My rating reflects this with no deductions. One suggestion: regarding the receipt for the accommodation tax, I had to request it myself. It would be even better if you could confirm whether guests need it during check-in (though it's a small amount).

    In the manga cafe corner

    Overall, it was clean and good for the price. What made me happy was that I could have drinks in the manga café corner! Highly recommended!!

    Cost-effective Hotel

    This was my second stay, and I like it because the property is clean and has a large public bath. The free coffee is very delicious, which is also a deciding factor for my stay. It would be perfect if the room were a bit more spacious. It was difficult to open my suitcase.

    It was very good.

    I used this place during my visit to Universal Studios. Overall, it was very new and clean, the staff were kind, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to receive complimentary drinks. The large public bath, shampoo bar, and Mirable were exciting features. Although I believe it was an issue with the guests, there was a lot of hair on the floor, used towels and trash in the washroom, and the washroom was soaking wet. I think guests should observe better manners. I would like to use it again.

    The front entrance of Shin-Osaka Station is easy to overlook.

    Located in a residential area, it is quiet, but walking from the front entrance of Shin-Osaka Station can be difficult for first-timers. The Room and amenities are average.

    Easily accessible from the station, the Room is compact yet equipped with everything necessary, making for a comfortable stay. It's nice to have a large public bath. I plan to use it again when I have business in Osaka.

    It is quiet and comfortable to stay.

    I stayed for one night to watch a theater performance. I accidentally booked a smoking room without realizing it, and the smell in the room bothered me a little. Other than that, I was very satisfied. Free drinks. A public bath (though it wasn't that big). The location. The convenience store right in front. I was a bit anxious about what to do if the room wear was gone by the time I checked in, but I was glad to get it without any issues. When moving around from Shin-Osaka, I think it's in a great location, so I would like to use it again.

    The Mirable shower feels great.

    I stayed for consecutive nights. The variety of sizes for the in-house wear was abundant, and the large public bath was clean. The drink bar was appreciated during the hot season. The Mirable showerhead was pleasant, and although I stayed for consecutive nights, I never used the bathroom in my room. The staff's response was courteous, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast bento changed daily, but the content was ordinary. There is a convenience store in front, and there are restaurants nearby that suit my taste, so if I can't get vegetables from the buffet, I'll opt for no breakfast next time.
