    I was very satisfied.

    Perhaps because we stayed on the Sunday after the Obon holidays, the price was very reasonable. It was close to the station, and the Room had a large sofa, so we could relax and enjoy our stay. If I had to mention one issue—partly because we hadn’t properly completed our Check Reservation—our booking was listed as one male and one female instead of two females. We informed staff at check-in, but the loungewear prepared in the Room remained set for a male and a female. Even if it wasn’t needed, I would have appreciated it being checked. (Since we didn’t notice until bath time, my daughter slept in her clothes for the next day.)

    Close to the station, spacious Room!

    Thank you for the upgrade! The Room was spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was my first time trying Awajishima milk. The coin laundry was a bit hard to understand, so it would be even better if a washer-dryer combo could be installed someday.

    This is a comfortable Hotel.

    Thank you for the upgrade. This Hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of JR lines, private railways, and the subway. The Room has a large sofa, making it easy to relax. The bed has a comfortable firmness. The amenities are well stocked. I will stay here again.

    This has become my regular Accommodation in Kobe recently. It’s close to Kobe Station and the shopping arcade, so you’ll have plenty of dining options, and with JR, Hankyu, and the Kobe Subway stations nearby, the location is extremely convenient for getting around. The Room isn’t large, but it has a comfortable sofa where you can relax. If possible, I think a small table by the sofa would be nice for enjoying tea.

    Within walking distance of the Anpanman Museum.

    We stayed here to visit the Anpanman Museum. It’s very convenient, within walking distance even with a 3-year-old child. The parking lot is far away, which is a downside, but the road in front of the Hotel is fairly wide and we were able to stop briefly to unload our luggage. Since it’s right near Kobe Station, the location is perfect for those arriving by train. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and the Accommodation rate was affordable—we were very satisfied. The Room had an odor at first, but we got used to it quickly. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

    The window seemed to be less than 50 cm from the neighboring building’s wall. Very little natural light came in, so the Room was dim. The rattling sound of trains was clearly audible. There was no noise from other directions. Since the elevator can be used without passing by the front desk, I had concerns about security.

    What I liked was that it’s conveniently located near the station, and although the bathroom is a unit bath, it’s spacious enough to stretch out and relax. The bath amenities were also well stocked. It’s a bit away from Kobe’s main downtown area, but it’s close to subway, private railway, and JR stations, and within walking distance of Meriken Park, so it’s convenient for sightseeing as well.

    Kobe Trip

    As I arrived in Kobe early in the morning, I asked them to store my luggage and was able to check in early. The front desk staff were kind and quick to assist. They also held events for children, and we received a small souvenir. Breakfast was very delicious, with a wide variety of side dishes. The location near the station was also very convenient.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    A few days before my stay, I called to check the reservation and confirm the availability of an iron. I was told it could be borrowed at the front desk, but when I checked in and entered the room, I was delighted to find that an iron and ironing board were already prepared. The hotel was impeccably clean everywhere, and although many of the staff were from overseas, everyone was incredibly kind. During my multiple night stay, there wasn’t a single moment of discomfort or inconvenience—I had a very pleasant experience. I also appreciated the service of being able to enjoy coffee anytime in the lounge and used it several times. The location is excellent as it’s right in front of the station with a convenience store next door. This hotel made me want to stay again when visiting Kobe. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I often use this place when I want a change of pace. This time, I mistakenly reserved a smoking room, but when I consulted with the staff, they kindly changed it to a non-smoking room. They handled it without any unpleasant expressions or attitudes, which made me very happy! The staff are all so kind that I plan to continue using this place in the future.

    Close to the station, perfect location!

    I visited Kobe for a reunion with friends and stayed here as I expected to return late. The location was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kobe.

    Thank you for hosting us during our family trip.

    Thank you for the other day. We stayed as a family of three and had a comfortable time. The amenities were not placed in the room but could be taken as needed, which was very convenient. Although there was no shop inside the accommodation, there is a FamilyMart right outside, making it very convenient. Being located in front of Kobe Station is excellent. Additionally, there was a rental service for the latest ReFa iron for 500 yen. I had been curious about it, so I was glad to try it out. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of variety and delicious options. I ate too much! (laughs) We look forward to staying again in the future!

    Comfortable!

    My husband had eye surgery at Kobe University Hospital, and his vision was blurry and he felt unwell, so we urgently searched for a nearby Hotel from Kobe Station on our smartphone. It was our first time staying at this Hotel, but the Room was clean, the price was affordable, and we were able to rest well. Since he had a follow-up appointment the next day, it was very convenient that the taxi stand was close by. It really helped us.

    I traveled to Kobe and was looking for a budget-friendly Hotel when I found one with the perfect location and price, so I made an immediate Reservation. First, the male staff at the front desk (likely a foreigner) was very polite and left a great impression. The variety of amenities and rental items was impressive, including the option to borrow a Refa iron, which was appealing. The Room was clean and flawless. Check-out was smooth as it only required dropping the room key into a box in the elevator if there were no additional charges. I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!!!!

    A very compact Room,...

    A very compact Room, but the unit bath is more spacious compared to a regular Business Hotel, allowing you to stretch your legs comfortably. Amenities are well-equipped. There is also a two-seater sofa, making it easy to relax. The location is excellent. Kobe Station is nearby, and with many shops including those in the underground mall, dining out is very convenient. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kobe.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The reception provided a map with nearby dining options. It's a twin room, but unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs or sofas to relax on—you'll have to sit on the bed without a backrest. The location is conveniently close to the station and highly recommended.

    First-time use

    I used it for a trip and stayed only one night, but the smiling response from the front desk staff was very pleasant and made me want to use it again next time. Also, the room was spacious, and since I have children, I felt that it was worth reserving a large room. I would like to make a reservation again next time.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft, but I slept well. The unit bath was unexpectedly small, but the larger washbasin made it convenient. I was happy to find "bokkake" for breakfast as I wanted to try it. Various dishes were served in small bowls, which helped prevent taking too much food. The contactless checkout was also convenient. It was cost-effective and conveniently located near the station, so I would like to stay here again.

    I would like a hook to hang the bath towel.

    In a typical hotel, there are hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang used bath towels, but this hotel does not have them, so it's difficult to find a place to hang them after use... I would definitely like to have them installed.

    The location is very convenient.

    It is conveniently located very close to Kobe Station, making it easy to get around. There are various tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Unfortunately, the Facility is old.

    It was a reasonable and good Hotel.

    I requested an early check-in (1H/\1,000) and entered the room early. The room and the bath were very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable remote work experience until my night job. This is a recommended hotel that provides service beyond its price. I will use it again when staying in Kobe.
