  First time staying with us.

  My three sisters and I stayed here because we had an early flight from Kansai International Airport. It was our first time, and the service was excellent—we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again next time!

  The meals are poor.

  The meals were extremely disappointing. It was a shame that the plates were plastic. The ham was soaking in water, turning it pink, and it was lukewarm and had lost its flavor. The temperature was neither here nor there. The pancakes seemed like they were just taken out of a bag and lined up, and they didn’t taste good. The grilled mackerel was cut far too small. I understand the desire to reduce food waste, but at least the pieces should be twice that size, otherwise it doesn’t look appetizing. There is room for improvement with the coffee. There was no fruit either. They said the miso soup machine was broken, so even though there was miso in the bowl, we had to pour in hot water ourselves; I think it would be better not to serve it at all when it’s broken. I could clearly imagine how it would taste, so I didn’t drink it. If you’re going to serve instant soup, I would prefer it to be provided in its original packet. The only good thing was that although their Japanese wasn’t fluent, everyone showed consideration and provided polite service.

  Parking available

  The parking lot was spacious and easy to use, which was very convenient. There were plenty of comics to enjoy. The Room was spacious, and noise was not an issue.

  It's a bit of a distance from the station.

  You have to walk a bit from Rinku Town Station, which can be a bit tough if you have a suitcase. Other than that, there is a large public bath, and the Room was more spacious and comfortable than a regular Business Hotel. It's also convenient to have a convenience store next door.
