  Please increase the front desk staff.

  The location is excellent, and it is a stylish Hotel. However, the front desk seemed understaffed, which caused delays in handling calls, reception, and luggage shipping. The Hotel staff did their best despite the challenges of catering to inbound guests with language barriers. Still, I hope the owner will consider making improvements. Compared to other Hotels in Tokyo at the same price range, the hospitality and disorganization at the front desk stood out as issues that diminished the overall appeal of this otherwise great Hotel.

  The view of the Skytree from the Hotel rooftop is very nice.

  As a design Hotel, the interior is very stylish. The amenities and Room temperature are just right, and I think it's a good location for sightseeing in the city.
