    A mother-and-daughter trip

    Conveniently located near Tokoname Station, and close to the Pottery Footpath for sightseeing. Pros 1. The beds are spacious! A twin Room with two beds (one single and one double). 2. The bath is large and clean! It was almost private, so I could relax. 3. Free ice cream after the bath service and lots of manga. There were many titles I wanted to read if I had more time. 4. They stored my luggage before check-in. Cons 1. The Hotel name isn’t displayed near the entrance (it’s faded and hard to read). 2. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the Room lights. It would help to have clear instructions on the table or somewhere visible. 3. I was looking forward to the massage chairs after the bath, but they were out of order. 4. Since the elevator goes up to the rooftop, I went up hoping to see the stars, but it was locked and I couldn’t go out. Overall, it’s a Hotel I can recommend.

    It feels international.

    I stayed for the first time, a twin room for one night. I chose it because there is a large public bath, and it was spacious and nice. The room was spacious enough, but I thought it would be better if the lighting could be a bit brighter. (It was a bit dark...) Perhaps due to the location, the ratio of foreigners was high. It might have been a coincidence, but there were about four large tour buses, so most of the guests might have been foreigners (laughs).
