    Thank you for always choosing to stay with us.

    Within walking distance of Tomari Port, it’s an ideal location for those heading out to the Kerama Islands. There’s nothing to fault—everything from the cleanliness of the Room to the front desk service is excellent. The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary drinks, are impressive, and having a pool is another big plus. Personally, I highly recommend it. It feels like there are many international guests and a lively crowd. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it may not suit those who prefer a quiet Accommodation.

    Used for business.

    Used for business. Pros: The lounge served alcohol from the morning. The hair dryer performance. Three types of pasta freshly prepared at the live kitchen for breakfast. Cons: There was no desk in the Room—only a small table—so it was not suitable for paperwork. The lounge was small. Overall: Neither particularly good nor bad. I took a taxi from the airport, but the monorail station did not seem very far.

    Excellent value for money!

    The front desk staff and the pool & bar staff were all friendly, kind, and pleasant. Thank you very much. The Room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pajamas were a separate (two-piece) type, and there was also a bathrobe. The bathrobe was convenient for going to the pool—you can change into your swimsuit in the Room and throw it on before heading out. There are many convenience stores and restaurants near the Hotel. Kokusai-dori is a bit of a walk away, but still within walking distance. We were able to relax and enjoy awamori and Orion beer in the lounge as well. It was February, but we could still use the night pool. The wind was cold so we couldn’t stay in for long, but it was a wonderful experience and we had a great time. The pool & bar staff spoke to us kindly and were very considerate, which made us happy—thank you again for everything. We would definitely like to stay again.

    There is no hair iron available.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days! It was a great location—nicely close to Kokusai-dori and facing National Route 56. The food was delicious, and there were several daily pasta options and other rotating daily menus, so I could enjoy it even during a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I especially liked the simmered soki (pork ribs). I also used the pool briefly on the last day; it had a great view and was very clean. The water was a bit cold, though. However, the biggest disappointment was that there was no hair iron available. I knew a hair iron wasn’t listed among the amenities, but after seeing on Instagram that there is a Beauty Bar (a rental system for items like hair irons and shower heads), I didn’t bring my own. When I arrived at the Hotel, all hair irons had already been rented out, and only items like hand massagers were left. It seems rentals must be returned by 11:00, and then the next rental starts from 15:00. It felt like there were probably only around five of each item available. Since I’m almost never at the Hotel at 15:00 while traveling, it was basically impossible to use—and even when I happened to get back around 16:00 one day, everything was already rented out. I wish the website clearly stated that quantities are limited, when rentals start, and that they’re usually gone by around 16:00. Also, even if not ReFa brand, having a standard hair iron available would have been appreciated. That said, the food really was excellent—and next time I’d like to try using the lounge as well—so when I visit Okinawa again, I’d love to stay in an Executive Double or similar room. Thank you for four wonderful days!

    It was relaxing.

    The stay was comfortable, but I have one complaint. The Wi-Fi is too weak! It was often impossible to watch Netflix or YouTube, and even when it started, it frequently stopped midway. If this could be improved, it would be perfect.

    Guest Satisfaction with Breakfast and Pool Improvements

    Breakfast offers a delightful mix of Italian, some Okinawan, and Nordic cuisine. The heated jacuzzi was enjoyable; however, the pool seemed to lack proper sanitation as I experienced itchy eyes starting the next day.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    The location is within walking distance from the Yui Rail station. The Room is clean and comfortable. While the Club Lounge snacks are limited in variety and quantity, sometimes running out later in the evening, it opens from the morning, allowing you to enjoy drinks early in the day. The highlight of this Hotel is its breakfast. With a wide variety of delicious options, it’s a must-try.

    ReFa was amazing, and the breakfast was excellent!

    I was very happy to find ReFa products, as I also use them at home. I was especially pleased because I had never used their shampoo, treatment, or body soap before. The breakfast was very delicious. The night pool required an additional fee, so I couldn't go in, but instead, I enjoyed plenty of drinks at the lounge. It was a Hotel I'd love to stay at again.

    Pool

    We were looking forward to enjoying the pool, but it was very crowded despite being quite small, making it an unappealing situation to enter. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

    I would love to stay...

    I would love to stay on the Club Lounge Floor again next time! Great value for money, clean, and one of the best at this level of Hotel. There were quite a few foreign guests. If I may suggest some improvements: It would be amazing if the pool chairs could be like lounge chairs where you can lie down! The laundry area is small with only three machines, so it might get crowded. Also, drying takes quite a bit of time (haha). It would be great if they could upgrade to more efficient machines. That said, the front desk staff were very kind, and I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Naha!

    Convenient access to Tomari Port and Kokusai Street.

    Convenient access to remote islands and proximity to Kokusai Street within walking distance, along with the new Facility, were deciding factors. I walked to the port with a large suitcase and was pleasantly surprised by how close it was. Although I did not use the rooftop pool or dining services, everything necessary was provided for a comfortable stay. I will definitely use this as a base for future remote island tours.

    Great Location

    When visiting Okinawa for business, I always like to spend one night enjoying a resort atmosphere and often pair my stay with the Route Inn across the street. I usually look forward to the night pool, but unfortunately, due to bad weather and cold temperatures this time, I couldn't enjoy it. However, the breakfast was delicious. Although it felt slightly simpler than before—perhaps due to being off-season or rising food costs—it was still luxurious enough, and the live kitchen pasta was excellent. I look forward to staying here again!

    Includes access to the lounge.

    This time, I stayed in the Executive Room with lounge access. The room was compact, but I was very impressed by the ReFa shower head, hair dryer, curling iron, and straightener. The availability of beauty items for loan was also satisfying. However, it was disappointing that the room was right in front of the floor entrance; opening the door made it visible to people waiting for the elevator. The lounge had almost no drinks available and there were no refills provided. When I asked a staff member about adding breakfast later on, they curtly responded with "We don't do that; please ask at the front desk" (Japanese staff). It felt unhelpful and cold. Since most hotels can provide similar amenities, I felt like this experience depended on my choice of room type. To address my dissatisfaction: - Avoid using the lounge next time - Include breakfast from the start

    Great value for money!

    We stayed for one night as part of our company trip. Great value for money, and the breakfast was very delicious! Highly recommended for company or group trips! The night pool was heated, so we enjoyed it. The Room we used for three people was a bit small.

    Our Regular Accommodation in Okinawa

    This might be my most revisited hotel in Okinawa. It's within walking distance from Kokusai Street. While there are accommodations closer to Kokusai Street, I usually enjoy a full meal and drinks there, then take a leisurely walk back, so the distance feels just right. It's also convenient for trips to remote islands without rushing in the morning. I like lounge hotels, but this one doesn't have much of a lounge vibe. The lounge here offers all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks. However, considering the affordable price and my desire to fully enjoy Okinawan cuisine, it's perfect for a quick refreshment before heading out. I'll stay here again!

    I stayed in the Club...

    I stayed in the Club Twin Room. The room was excellent, and the club lounge was very well-equipped with alcohol, soft drinks, Blue Seal ice cream, and more. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again.

    A Hotel with a good pool and breakfast.

    In this cold season of January, I chose this Hotel because I really wanted to swim in a pool. The rooftop pool is heated and very pleasant; I enjoyed it both after check-in and at 10 a.m. before check-out. Floating aimlessly while looking up at the sky was truly relaxing, and I felt glad to have chosen Aqua Citta. Also, I appreciate that the Room was exactly as I had hoped—quiet with a nice view. I was able to spend my time in relaxation. The bed is spacious and very comfortable to sleep in. The Room is simple and clean. While it doesn't have a resort-like atmosphere, it is an excellent Hotel for sightseeing in Naha, as it was during this stay. It’s within walking distance from the station and also close enough to walk to Kokusai Street. The staff are kind and friendly. Although it falls under the Business Hotel category, they greet you with smiles, and the front desk staff provide clear and polite explanations. The young men at the breakfast venue, in particular, were soft-spoken and courteous, clearing plates promptly after meals. The breakfast itself is truly delicious. There’s a wide variety of fruits, and tropical options like shikuwasa and papaya jams are available. Although it’s Italian cuisine, both the pasta and pizza are excellent. However, I wasn’t a fan of the shampoo in the bathroom. It might just be a matter of personal preference, but it felt a bit cheap. I think a scent that appeals to both men and women would be better. That said, the pool and jacuzzi, which can be enjoyed even in winter, are very appealing to someone like me who loves to quietly relax by the pool. I would love to stay here again.

    I will stay again next time.

    I used the pool both day and night. Even in late November, the heated pool was a bit chilly, but there was a jacuzzi nearby to warm up. Since I stayed on the executive floor, the shower was also ReFa, and it seemed that slightly better shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. Breakfast was buffet style, and the pasta was made to order. The taste was delicious. Also, it is quite close to Tomarin, so if you are thinking of going to a remote island, it might be a good place to stay.
