    You can do everything on your own.

    You can complete both check-in and check-out on your own using the machine. The breakfast was also pleasantly tasty.\nHowever, the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

    A spacious bathtub

    When I arrived around 11:30 p.m., both the first and second floors were completely dark, so I was worried whether I could stay. However, I checked the signboard, confirmed that the front desk was on the third floor, and was able to check in without any issues. Amenities are provided in a self-service style: everything except toothbrushes can be taken from the lobby as needed and brought to your Room. The next morning, I realized I had forgotten to pick up a comb or brush. The Room is not especially large, but it isn’t small either. The bathroom and toilet/washbasin area are separated by a door, and both the washing area and bathtub were spacious (for a Business Hotel), allowing me to bathe comfortably. I was very satisfied. Since it was a same-day Reservation for a single Room without meals, the price was under 9,000 yen, which felt very reasonable. There is also a convenience store very close by. Regarding my star rating: I consider three stars “average,” and if there are points I feel are good, I rate it four or five stars. So even if my star count seems lower than others’, it does not mean my evaluation is negative.

    Kind and helpful.

    Great location right by the station with easy access. The Room was clean even for a Business Hotel, and the in-room amenities were good. After check-in, it was fun to choose the amenities and bath salts you needed. The restaurant was also clean and the food was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind.

    Enjoy delicious rice, eggs, and milk from Chiba Prefecture.

    I’m sorry for having to cancel several times due to the rainy weekend forecasts, but I finally made it. The Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The bath salts provided as amenities had a lovely scent and were very relaxing. Breakfast was also delicious. When I told the dining staff how good the rice, eggs, and milk were, they said everything was produced in Chiba Prefecture. I’m glad I chose the plan with breakfast included.

    Comfortable and pleasant.

    The Room isn’t very large, but it was clean, and having the bathroom and toilet separate made it quite comfortable.

    It was very good!

    I stayed alone in a Superior Double Room! The bed was spacious, the Room was very clean, and above all, the bath was amazing! It wasn’t the type where you pull a curtain into the tub—it was a fully separate bathroom. The washing area was also roomy, and I could thoroughly relax my tired body after walking all day. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were always arranging the dishes so they were easy to take. They did it with big smiles—lively and efficient—and it felt wonderful. It had been a while since I last stayed at Washington Hotel, but it really feels like it has improved a lot! I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Noise throughout the night.

    After 1:00 a.m., I woke up to a loud, groaning noise. I couldn’t tell what it was; it would grow louder and softer, and could be heard intermittently throughout the entire building. I woke up repeatedly and couldn’t sleep. When I asked the front desk, they said, “Kisarazu is a windy area, so it’s noise caused by strong winds.” When I asked whether there had been any similar comments from other guests, they replied, “We haven’t received any such complaints,” acting as if this were the first time they had ever heard of it. That doesn’t add up with their explanation. Since it was windy all day on the day of check-in, if this was foreseeable, shouldn’t they have mentioned it at check-in? While introducing self check-in may improve convenience for the Hotel’s operations, the level of human service is low and has little to do with hospitality. I have trusted and used IKYU based on its quality standards until now, but this experience made me reconsider.

    Hotel in Kisarazu

    Conveniently located near the station, the Hotel's restaurant offers delicious meals, and I was very satisfied with the French dinner. The chef's recommended course, including the bread, was excellent. The Room is user-friendly, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable for a relaxing soak. It's clear why this Business Hotel in Kisarazu is so popular. There are also many dining options around the Hotel.

    Recommended for stays in Kisarazu.

    Close to the station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, offering excellent accessibility. The elevator is card-key operated, ensuring good security. This accommodation is suitable for solo travelers to family trips. The separate bath and toilet are a welcome feature. On the right side of the front desk, there is a hotel-made map with sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast buffet venue also offers takeout coffee, showcasing thoughtful touches that bring joy.

    Since it is not a unit bath, I was able to relax and enjoy the bath. I would like to stay again if I have the chance to visit.

    Very affordable and satisfying.

    The breakfast was delicious! The buffet had a great selection, carefully prepared and presented, including the navy curry and recommended way to enjoy the onsen egg. The staff were also very pleasant. The room was clean, and above all, the bath was spacious and allowed for a relaxing time. The bed was also very comfortable for a good night's sleep. While hotel accommodation prices are currently quite high, this hotel is reasonably priced and offers great satisfaction!

    This was my second stay. I reserved three rooms, but only I was assigned a smaller room instead of the spacious one I stayed in last time.

    It was excellent!

    Stayed at Kisarazu Washington Hotel for golf. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but the front desk service (taxi reservation) and restaurant service exceeded all my expectations. Being from a coastal area, I rarely eat seafood bowls, but it was delicious, and the waitress was very attentive and shared many enjoyable conversations. I definitely plan to stay here again next year.

    Separate bathroom and toilet available.

    This price for a separate bath and toilet with a washing area is rare. The hospitality was warm and much appreciated. However, those sensitive to house dust may need to take some caution.

    Very satisfied

    I used it for business. The facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent, allowing me to spend a relaxing time. I also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was delicious and offered great value for money. The service was particularly attentive, and I appreciated the care given to me even though I was alone. I will use it again.
