  The shower water is...

  I stayed for 2 nights in 2 Rooms. On the second night, hot water from the shower only lasted for about the first 3 minutes. It was a cold day due to a sudden return of chilly weather, and the water was freezing, but I still had shampoo and soap on my hair and body, so I had no choice but to finish washing and it was extremely cold. Since I used it just before 1:00 a.m., is hot water not available at that time? If so, I would have liked to be informed at check-in. Perhaps I should have called using the in-room phone at that time, but I was covered in soap, and having to get dressed again, call, wait for staff to come, wait for them to identify the cause, wait for repairs (improvement) or change Rooms, and then take another shower would have taken a long time—so it wasn’t realistic for me.

  Highly satisfied

  I stayed on Sunday. I expected a simpler hotel for the price, but the amenities were well-equipped, the room was clean, and it was quiet, so I was very satisfied. The distance from the station felt a bit far when walking with large luggage. This time, I stayed alone due to feeling unwell on the day of my stay, but next time I would like to stay with someone else. Thank you very much.

  Used for visiting the Kansai Expo.

  Used for visiting the Kansai Expo. The location was convenient and good. It was just for sleeping, so while there were some points to consider, it was tolerable.
