    The breakfast was a standard Japanese meal, which I liked. They have manga!

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a delicious breakfast and complimentary beer service upon returning, making my stay very comfortable. Since breakfast started at 7:00, there were days I couldn’t make it, so I think 6:30 would be better. All of the staff were wonderful.

    It is a good Hotel.

    This is my third stay at this accommodation. I adjusted my schedule because the rate for the following day was very reasonable. The price was so low that I wondered if the hotel might be operating at a loss. Although there are no twin rooms, the double bed is spacious enough for a comfortable sleep. I appreciate having a smoking room available. The welcome drink is always draft beer, which I look forward to every time. For breakfast, I always choose bibimbap from their selection. The view from the tower in Funabori is stunning, and this time I discovered a great restaurant nearby, so I'd love to visit again occasionally.

    Quiet and clean

    I have stayed here multiple times. It is quiet, clean, and the staff are very attentive. Perfect score! I wish I could keep it a secret... but that's not possible, is it?

    The only but excellent Hotel in Funabori

    The staff are exceptionally friendly. The complimentary coffee in the lobby is a delightful touch. The amenities are surprisingly abundant for the price, which is very convenient.

    Best value for money

    I stayed here when attending an event. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and they offer a wide variety of welcome drinks, along with 24-hour coffee and tea services. The amenities were excellent, including skincare essentials, cleansing face wash, and even body cream—no complaints at all. Considering how expensive other Hotels have become lately, this price was very reasonable. I rated the guest room four stars because while the bed felt clean, the comforter had an unpleasant odor. That said, I understand that the Facility is older, so it’s not an issue when compared to the price. The staff were very accommodating, and there weren’t any noisy foreign guests around either. I would definitely stay here again if given another opportunity!

    The exterior of the Facility felt off, which made me worried. Upon entering the Room, my concerns were confirmed. The Room was outdated with a peculiar smell lingering in the air. There was no air purifier or remote control for heating and cooling; as it was centrally managed by the Facility, I had to endure the smell for an entire day. When using the toilet, it did not flush properly on the first try and required two or three attempts to work. It seemed like maintenance of water facilities had been neglected. The bathroom floor was particularly dirty and stained black. Although I wanted to wash my tired body in the shower, I couldn't bring myself to step on that floor and endured without a shower for a day as well. The only relief came from thinking that at least the bed sheets were clean enough to lie down on; however, when I woke up in the morning without having taken a shower, rashes appeared on my body which left me feeling utterly disheartened. I also looked forward to breakfast (Korean cuisine), but unfortunately found it very disappointing in taste. Lastly, during checkout, I felt let down by how one of your larger-built female staff members treated me—she silently pointed at a card box with an audible sigh before handing over my Receipt without any courtesy or warmth. Feeling shocked and saddened by this experience overall—it became mentally exhausting trying so hard just to endure everything throughout my stay here—it truly felt overwhelming beyond words. Thank you for your attention regarding these matters.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I had business in Shibuya and was looking for a Hotel, but since it was the weekend, the Room rates were really high everywhere. I planned to leave by 9 AM and return around 10 PM, so I wanted to keep costs down and booked a Stays here, even though it was far. Even though it was far, it was convenient along the Shinjuku line, and it was really close to the station, which was great. The Hotel itself is an old-fashioned business hotel meant just for sleeping. There was a coin laundry, and I was surprised to find a microwave in front of the floor elevator. I wonder if it's on every floor? Ice was in the laundry room, but I couldn't find any paper cups to take it back, so I couldn't use it. The Room had no air conditioning, just a fan knob. It was cold in light clothing if you did nothing, so I wonder what it would be like in winter. The bathroom was as small as it could possibly be. It was cramped to move if you have a large body. The shower curtain was so close it stuck to your body in the bathtub. Also, it was very dry. I felt discomfort in my throat when I woke up in the morning. I should have borrowed a humidifier. When I wanted to ship luggage from the Hotel, there were no cardboard boxes available, and I was told to get one myself from a supermarket. I was confused as it was my first time. There was no problem since there was a drugstore next door and an Aeon nearby. Being close to the station is a big advantage, and with an Aeon open until 1 AM right in front, I understood the price for all these conveniences, and considering the current Property situation, it's okay if you're just returning to sleep... I thought.
