    It varies greatly depending on the floor.

    The renovated lower floors were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Sorry to trouble you, but I left behind a pair of black socks—have they been found?

    Great value for money.

    Overall, it offers decent value for money. If you go for breakfast close to the end of service, the selection is limited, and available seating becomes scarce. The latter was particularly inconvenient. It was nearly full, and some guests who tried to use closed tables were reprimanded. A more flexible approach rather than strictly adhering to rules would have been appreciated. The breakfast staff seemed more focused on completing tasks rather than providing attentive service. My impression is that skipping breakfast here might be a better option—though an earlier visit might yield a different experience.

    Affordable prices are our appeal.

    The hotel is a few bus stops away from the station, making it a bit far to walk with luggage. However, this means it's quiet and free from large crowds of foreign tourists. The price was about one-third of hotels near the station, so I didn't expect much in terms of facilities. While the wallpaper had stains, it was within an acceptable range for me. The outlets and lighting seemed outdated—perhaps from the Showa era—and were slightly inconvenient in today's smartphone age. For leisure travel, the old-fashioned atmosphere might feel depressing, but for business stays where you're just sleeping, it's sufficient. That said, there were some disappointments with service: my suitcase sent in advance wasn't placed in my room; a requested humidifier wasn't provided; and for multiple night stays without cleaning service, I was told to "notify them beforehand" to receive complimentary water (even though this wasn't mentioned anywhere). The front desk service felt lacking overall but seemed reasonable given the price. On a positive note, they offered a happy hour drink service at night where beer was included—a nice touch! Breakfast was also complimentary with limited options but varied dishes each day during my multiple night stay, which I appreciated.

    It was average.

    It was neither particularly good nor bad, just average. I made a Reservation through IKYU.com, but it was inconvenient as the QR code for unmanned check-in was not sent. The one free drink during happy hour and breakfast were okay.

    Thank you to all the staff.

    I stayed for 3 nights while visiting my hometown. The Facility is old, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast and happy hour services were excellent. All the staff were kind, courteous, and had wonderful smiles. I will definitely stay here again.

    I stayed here during a business trip. It was my first time in Okayama, and I wasn't familiar with the area, so it took me some time to find the place. I later realized there were many buses available and decided to take one back to the station on my return. The welcome drink service was excellent—nothing beats a refreshing drink after a long day of walking. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Okayama!

    In the Stay Single Room, there is a washing machine and microwave in the room, along with a refrigerator that includes a freezer function, which is very convenient. The amenity bar is also well-stocked. This time, due to an issue with the door, I was upgraded from a Single Room to a spacious Twin Room. There was even a massage chair, which I gratefully used. The breakfast had a gentle flavor that doesn't get tiring and was very satisfying. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Great value for money

    The building is a bit old, so it's inevitable that the rooms, baths, and other facilities show signs of age. The room is a bit spacious and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, and the welcome drink beer service is excellent. All the staff are smiling, and their service is impeccable. Considering the cost performance, if you're staying in Okayama, this is the best place for me.

    The facility is old, but the service is doing its best.

    It's a bit of a walk from Okayama Station, but it's a straight line and easy to find along the main road. The Facility itself is old, but it's full of welcome services. Check-in was smooth, and the staff's hospitality was courteous. The Room's power is activated by a card, but it turns off quickly, so as long as you know that, it's convenient to use. Breakfast is provided for free, and it was really delicious with rice, and with such a variety of menu options, I think the satisfaction level is high. Even if the Facility is somewhat old, the convenience and warmth of the staff make me want to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Good location, and friendly service.

    There was nothing to complain about. The staff were very pleasant and excellent. Among them, the male staff member at breakfast was very attentive to everyone and left a very good impression. He made me want to use the service again, especially at the very end during checkout.
