    We got complimentary happy hour drinks!

    My check-in time happened to fall during the happy hour when you can receive a complimentary drink, and I was happy to choose a lemon sour! The separate toilet and bath were clean and nice. I stayed while being slightly concerned that the washbasin drained poorly. The shower water pressure was also good.

    Completely different from the photos.

    The Room was completely different from the photos, which was disappointing. The wallpaper was peeling and dirty, and the sink was entirely different from the one in the pictures.

    Something disappointing.

    The map on the homepage showed the hotel was right next to the station, so I thought it was convenient and made a Reservation. Later, I realized the map referred to a group Hotel near Hamamatsu Station in Shizuoka Prefecture, which was disappointing. I remembered there used to be a covered walkway along the monorail line leading close to the Hotel, but it seems it's currently under construction and inaccessible. The monorail station is also under construction, making access to JR Hamamatsucho Station South Exit quite difficult. Once you get there, things become slightly easier. The most troublesome issue was that the internet connection didn’t work. It connected briefly but disconnected immediately after use and wouldn’t reconnect even after restarting my PC. I informed the front desk while I was out during the day, but when I returned, it still wasn’t fixed. Since my device could connect to their router, they might have assumed everything was fine. On a positive note: there’s a convenience store very close by; separate bath and toilet facilities; and a large bathtub that fills up almost instantly—though you need to be careful as it can overflow easily if left unattended. Despite being near train tracks, no trains were visible from my Room. Overall, several aspects were disappointing.

    Under the bed

    Trash and slippers from previous guests were left under the bed. Another Room was prepared for us, but it was disappointing.

    Review

    The kitchen and bathroom facilities were as well-equipped as those in an apartment, but it was disappointing that the balcony was not properly cleaned.
