    Post-stay Feedback

    The Facilities were standard for the price. The staff were also fine, with no issues in their service. However, the Wi‑Fi was the worst I have experienced at any Hotel. From check-in at 3:00 PM until around 7:00 PM, and again from the next morning through daytime hours, the connection was unstable and speeds were under 3 Mbps. This is a serious problem for business use of the internet. I’m not sure whether there were special circumstances on that day, but improvement is needed.

    It was my first time staying at a Hotel in Kinshicho.

    I’ve stayed at Sotetsu properties in various locations, but this was my first time in Kinshicho. The Hotel wasn’t too far from the station, and since it was a separate-type Room, it was comfortable and consistent with other locations. However, there were a couple of differences compared to other locations. They were minor, but the toilet wasn’t an automatic-flush type, and hot water was leaking from the shower in the bathroom, which was disappointing. As for the shower, I could fix it easily by reattaching the nozzle, but it was leaking enough that it should have been noticed during cleaning, so that was a bit disappointing.

    Clean and Excellent Business Hotel

    It was a clean and nice Business Hotel. However, the Accommodation Fee was high, possibly due to the season or location. At this price for a Business Hotel, I might not consider staying again. The staff at the front desk greeted me cheerfully, which left a good impression. Thank you very much.

    The washroom is

    The Room is small but reasonably clean. What bothered me was the washroom. There was a sewage smell, and one cup had what looked like toothpaste marks from the previous guest, while another cup had moisture and hair in it. In that case, unused clean paper cups would be better. It's unfortunate because the front desk staff were polite.

    Thank you very much.

    When I was struggling with the equipment at check-in, they promptly assisted me, which was very helpful. I am grateful for their careful handling of the luggage delivery as well.
